Mumtalakat CEO Visits Racing Force to Discuss Expansion Plans
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa was welcomed by Paolo Delprato, the Chairman and CEO; Stephane Cohen, the Co-CEO; Aref Yazbek, the CBO and Bahrain MD; and Roberto Ferroggiaro, the CFO. During his visit, Shaikh Abdulla toured the Bell Racing Helmets factory and was introduced to the various functions of the plant. The visit concluded with a meeting with the Racing Force team to discuss the company's journey since its inception in 2014 and its future expansion plans.
Racing Force Group's Bell Racing Helmets facility in Bahrain has employed 400 Bahrainis since its establishment. Additionally, all Bell Racing Helmets products are entirely 'Made in Bahrain.' Since its launch, the facility has produced and exported more than 300,000 helmets, 360,000 Mini Helmets, and over 1 million accessories. This achievement underscores the Kingdom's manufacturing competitiveness on the global stage.

TDT | Manama Bahrain's U20 women fall 8–0 to Uzbekistan in AFC qualifying opener Bahrain's under-20 women's national football team began their AFC U20 Women's Asian Cup 2026 qualifying campaign with a heavy 8–0 defeat to hosts Uzbekistan in Tashkent. Playing at Do'stlik Stadium, the Bahrainis struggled from the outset against an organised and clinical Uzbek side that exploited defensive gaps and maintained control throughout the match. Uzbekistan's attacking depth and physical advantage overwhelmed Bahrain, who failed to register a meaningful attempt on goal. This was Bahrain's first appearance in AFC U20 Women's qualification — a historic step for the programme. However, their preparations were disrupted by travel issues en route to Uzbekistan. The side arrived only a day before kickoff and appeared off-rhythm in their continental debut. Led by head coach Khalid Al Harban, Bahrain are competing in Group G alongside Jordan, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Uzbekistan.
