Christopher Schwarzenegger Details 30-Pound Weight Loss Transformation

Christopher Schwarzenegger has a total recall of his fitness transformation.
The associate producer—youngest of exes Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver's four kids—recently shared insight into his six-year weight loss journey, including what inspired him to get in shape and lose 30 pounds.
'It was a big process,' Christopher said during his May 10 appearance at the Inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit. 'I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia. I was on this big trip. I made it a big [deal] like, 'Oh, I'm going to go out and do all this stuff in Australia,' and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities.'
In fact, the 27-year-old—whose siblings are Katherine Schwarzenegger, 35, Christina Schwarzenegger, 33, Patrick Schwarzenegger, 31, and half-brother Joseph Baena, 27, who Arnold shares with his former housekeeper Mildred Baena—wanted to 'go skydiving' with his friends, but due to his size at the time, he believed the activity wasn't safe enough for him to do.

And while his time in the land down under made him more aware of his health, Christopher has been trying out different weight loss methods since his teen years.
'I was doing meal delivery things in high school, and I remember feeling like a weirdo when I was bringing weird lunches to school,' he recalled. 'It's not an overnight thing, but it took a lot of trial and error. And even still to this day, when [you see] before and after photos, I don't feel like I'm an after yet.'
Though he hasn't hit his dream weight, Christopher shared the one food item he's ditched to help him reach that goal: bread. He specifically 'gave up' the starch for Lent, the Christian religious observance that lasts for 40 days.
'I was like, 'Well, if I'm giving up bread, I might as well just take the opportunity and I'm a good Catholic boy, so I'm not going to break it,'' he explained of his decision. 'And so I lost 30 pounds just through that.'
While this is the first time Christopher (who often avoids the spotlight) has detailed his impressive fitness journey, he's been showing his weight loss transformation in the last few months. In fact, several weeks before he attended the recent panel, he made a rare appearance on his older sister's Instagram.
On National Siblings Day last month, Katherine—mom to kids Lyla, 4, Eloise, 2, and Ford, 5 months, with husband Chris Pratt—shared a photo of her fittingly smiling with her siblings, sweetly calling them her 'favorites forever and always.'

George Clooney shows off hair transformation at Tony Awards: 'I had to cut it out'
George Clooney is back to his silver fox self. The "Good Night, and Good Luck" star, who was nominated at the 78th annual Tony Awards on June 8, returned to his signature salt-and-pepper hairdo, as seen by Clooney's red-carpet appearance with wife Amal Clooney. The Oscar-winning actor had previously dyed his hair black for his starring role as CBS journalist Edward R. Murrow in the Broadway play. "I had to cut it all out with a weed whacker to get it all," Clooney told E! News. "That black hair dye, I had to cut it out. You can't color that." Despite the hairy ordeal, Clooney, 64, and Amal made a stylish splash on the Tony Awards carpet. The "ER" alum evoked Hollywood heartthrob vibes in a classic black-and-white tuxedo, while Amal, 47, stunned in a white, off-the-shoulder frock. The actor, who was up for best leading actor in a play for his portrayal of Murrow, joked about the lukewarm reception of his darker hair in an April interview with "CBS Mornings." Need a break? "Honestly, nothing makes you look older than being 63 and dyeing your hair." Just like the closing night of "Good Night, and Good Luck," which took place the same day as the Tonys, Clooney's brunette era was bound to have its final bow. The actor hinted at his hair transformation in a June 3 interview on "Late Night with Seth Meyers." "We do a matinee, and then by the time we go to the Tonys that night, it'll be gone," Clooney told Meyers. "I may have a shaved head."

Brittany Renner confirms her divorce to Kevin Gates. ‘I followed my heart'
Brittany Renner said she followed her heart and is getting divorced. (Warning: The below link contains language some may find offensive.) In a recent radio interview with REAL 92.3 LA, the 33-year-old 'Basketball Wives' star revealed that she and her husband, rapper Kevin Gates, are officially going their separate ways. 'We got married April 6 and divorced May 28,' Renner said in the interview, which aired June 7. The social media star says the couple must now enter a 90-day waiting period. The waiting period, known as iddah in Islam, is meant to ensure that a woman is not pregnant. Renner converted to Islam in August 2024, per Complex. 'And then also in those 90 days it's for reconciliation, because Allah wants you to stay married,' Renner explained. 'During those 90 days, you are not to entertain anybody romantically.' Renner and Gates, who converted to Islam in 2016, went Instagram official in April, according to E! News. The couple sparked engagement rumors the following month after Renner appeared at the season 12 premiere of 'Basketball Wives,' which aired May 5, with a ring on her ring finger. Renner later referred to Gates as her husband in a since-deleted Instagram post May 4, per E! News. 'You don't fit on this show and that's why you're a fit for this show,' Brittany wrote in the caption. 'Last night at the #BasketballWives Season 12 premiere party with my huzband.' Renner says she's looking forward to a 'nice 90-day reset' With her 52-day marriage in the rear-view mirror, Renner says she now wants to focus on herself. 'I followed my heart,' she said in her interview with REAL 92.3 LA. 'And that's more than what most people can say in this world.' She goes on to add that she doesn't view the divorce as a bad situation and is ready to move on. 'I don't think anybody gets married to not stay married. So, I think my biggest thing for me is just a nice 90 day reset. Focusing on myself and pouring into myself,' she explained. She said 'what is meant to be is always gonna be.' The divorce comes roughly one month after Renner gushed about Gates in an interview with People. 'I'm with the person that I quite literally dreamed of,' she said in the interview, published May 5. 'And to be able to just wake up next to him and spend time with him, even to have him here behind me, it's like so surreal,' she added. 'He's just the most beautiful person inside and out that I've ever met.' At the time, Renner said that the couple weren't concerned about what the future holds. 'I think that's where people get a little lost,' she told People. 'Like, we gotta stay present and I feel like when we get too far ahead, we don't live in the now and have fun in the now and pour in each other into each other in the now,' she continued. The pair don't share any children together, but Renner does have a 4-year-old son, P.J. Washington III, with NBA player P.J. Washington.
