Turned Vegetarian: Her relocation to India also caused a change in her diet. 'I became a vegetarian, and it is surprisingly easy here," she stated. 'India offers so much variety to vegetarian food that I don't even think twice about it anymore."
Learned to drive a Scooter: 'I drive a scooter. In the USA, scooters are illegal on most roads, so nobody uses them. But I love how easy it is to get around by scooter here," she added.
Learned Hindi: One of the most significant changes was her decision to learn Hindi. 'It was hard, and I'm still learning, but it is an essential part of living here," she wrote.
Kids Schooling: She can now afford to send her kids to a private school, which was not possible in the US due to high fees.
Bargaining: 'I go bargain shopping at outdoor markets. I enjoy bargaining rates and getting amazing discounts; it's just so much fun for me, says Fischer.
Jet Spray: Last, but most importantly, she has now adapted to Jet Spray and is never going back to using a paper. 'It is far cleaner and just makes sense to clean with water rather than paper."
