Miss Wales finalist who won £6m Omaze house still waiting to move in three months later
Vicky Curtis-Cresswell from south Wales, won the luxury house in Blakeney, Norfolk, in an Omaze and Comic Relief raffle in March, which raised more than £4m for the charity.
The former Miss Wales finalist said at the time that she plans to sell the house and buy a property in Wales.
But North Norfolk District Council has started an investigation into the home after an anonymous member of the public raised their concerns that it had not been built to the approved designs.
Omaze has said it did submit a pre-application for the house and is now also submitting a retrospective planning application for the property.
But while the dispute is ongoing, Ms Curtis-Cresswell is unable to access her prize.
However, there is a possibility the plans could be refused by the authority, meaning it could take enforcement action and force the company to make changes.
The planning documents appear to show the house was built larger than permitted, the BBC reported.
It added that a tennis court and swimming pool built at the property do not appear to have planning permission
Omaze said the planning discrepancies were not revealed during checks and surveys of the property before it was purchased.
An Omaze spokesperson said: 'Omaze continues to work with North Norfolk District Council in relation to recommendations made regarding the property in Norfolk. Omaze has submitted a pre-application to the council and is submitting a retrospective planning application.
'Omaze reiterates that it guarantees no house winner would ever have to incur any costs whatsoever to remedy any historical planning issue. Omaze further guarantees that all house prizes are transferred to winners with good and marketable title."
A North Norfolk District Council spokesperson said: 'At present we are waiting for an application to be submitted by the owners to try and regularise the current breaches of planning control.
'We are expecting an application to be submitted by the end of this month.'

Let's not get it twisted. £150m is still a lot of money to pay for one player. It's a mega deal at the end of the day. It will shatter the British transfer record. But Liverpool have wanted to sign Isak for ages. He's been their man from the beginning of the summer. If they really want him, why not pay the £25m extra from your initial £110m bid in order to get the transfer over the line? Obviously, the condition is that Newcastle need to sign Wissa first. At this moment in time that hasn't happened yet. If it does, the doors will swing ajar for Liverpool to strike an agreement. The situation is still murky and it's hard to predict how this one ends. But Newcastle haven't completely ruled out the possibility of Isak leaving. On the other hand, the Swede has made it very clear he doesn't want to play for the Magpies again. At this point surely Newcastle are better off selling Isak and moving on from this situation.

Insurtech company Roamly has launched its AI-powered Carshare insurance platform targeting shared vehicle and mobility sectors. The platform's introduction follows the company's recent accreditation as a Lloyd's of London Coverholder. Roamly Carshare is engineered to work with stakeholders including marketplaces, fleet operators, mobility services and transportation networks. Rivals Season 2 Cast Just Added These Exciting British Stars
The Rivals cast is set to get even bigger in the show's much-hyped second season. Rivals premiered on Disney+ towards the end of last year, and quickly piqued viewers' interest due to its racy content and star-studded cast, which included the likes of David Tennant, Danny Dyer, Aidan Turner, Nafessa Williams and Emily Atack. On Wednesday morning, it was announced that ahead of its upcoming second run, two more big-name British stars would be joining the action. Hayley Atwell – known for her roles in the likes of Mission: Impossible, Heartstopper and Captain America – will be making a guest appearance as Helen Gordon, the ex-wife of Alex Hassell's character Rupert Campbell-Black.
