1. An Impeccable Blurring Second-Skin matte foundation with buildable coverage to help minimize pores and fine lines for up to 12 hours, which means your base makeup can totally outlast your plans from lunch to noon. (BLESS.)
Promising reviews:" This is the first foundation that has ever matched my skin tone. I am very pale and most pale foundations make me look pink or yellow. I love this and will buy it for as long as it is available to purchase." — Crystal35564
"It's great for my oily, textured mature skin. Very happy with this foundation and will purchase again." — kfoxyjax
2. A Brow Wiz pencil if you want to add some volume or shape to your brows without having to worry about your strokes being too big. (Look how perfectly fine the retractable tip is!)
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising reviews:"I live for this eyebrow pencil. I love the control I have with this pencil when filling in my brows. The color is a perfect match and does not smudge." — Anonymous
"If I died with this on my eyebrows, you could dig up my casket 100 years later and my eyebrows will still be on fleek HONESTLY." — Heyreneeee
3. A Cosmos eyeshadow palette because why only taste the rainbow when you can wear it too!? With twelve glimmering shades to choose from, you'll have a whole new eye look in no time.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
4. A tube of liquid lipstick I saw a Labyrinth cosplayer wearing on TikTok, and was sold on. Truly, the lasting power of the color is stunning and it really *will* make you the babe with the power. It has a matte finish without any drying and, like me, a tube may just live in your purse at all times from this day forward.
I dug through my old saved faves to find the TikTok cosplayer wearing the shade "Ashton". You're welcome. I'm also wearing the Ashton shade in the above photo, and it *looks* really dark in the bottle but is buildable, so if you want more of an orangey pink, I can't recommend it enough.
Promising reviews:" Wow I bought 2 of these lipsticks about a week ago and I am OBSESSED WITH THEM! This is literally what I've been looking for, for a long time ... I have bought several other brands and none of them do what this does to my lips it's a long stay matte look, is just perfect!!!" — Anonymous
"I bought shades Ashton and Crush and I absolutely love them! They go on so smooth and dry into a nice matte finish (but not dry looking like some other brands.)" — Joann Cous
5. A Magic Touch lightweight concealer to help make any blemishes and discoloration ~disappear~ while also hydrating your skin.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising review:"This product is awesome! I've bought this over and over several times. I have acne prone skin so I tend to get a lot of breakouts before my time of month. I also have really dark circles under my eyes all the time. This product is sheer so it does not cake up on my skin, it's buildable where I need a bit of extra coverage and really easy to apply. Definitely would recommend this product it's a really fantastic product!" — Manderz
6. A lengthening and volumizing mascara for extension-like length without the hassle. Plus, the no-flaking/no-clumping formula means you can really pile it on for MAXIMUM volume if you're in the mood without having to worry about flakey mascara bits destroying the rest of your look.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
7. A stick blush to ~stick~ in your bag for all your bright-happy-cheek needs. If you're like me and your skin seems to ABSORB color throughout the day, this is the perfect throw-in-your-bag item to keep on hand for a touch-up. (Some reviewers mention using it on their lips, too!)
Anastasia Beverly Hills
8. A Brow Freeze gel so you can stick it to any unruly eyebrow hairs... literally and figuratively. Because it's a clear wax-gel hybrid, you'll get that laminated look straight from the bottle without having to raid your piggy bank for salon treatment dollars.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
9. Some decadent matte Lip Velvet lip mousse designed to give you the perfect lip without drying them out or making them too sticky. Cushioned and smoothing, you'll actually look forward to reapplying! (Though you might not strictly need to as reviewers say the color is super long-lasting.)
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising reviews:"I bought this a week ago this shade . It's an awesome product and looks amazing on brown skin tones." — Adhira
"Perfect formula. I just love my purchase. My lips feel so light and it lasts so long, omg. Now a staple in my handbag 😁" — Ammy
10. A waster-resistant liquid foundation for medium coverage days where you want some extra glam without extra clumps and creases. I use this formula in the TEXAS HEAT and it doesn't budge or get oily and gross, which is basically the highest praise I can give a beauty product, tbh.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
This has been my go-to more-coverage foundation ever since I walked into one of those Fancy Makeup Stores and got color matched by a human who took one look at me and said, "You need Anastasia. Everything else will make your skin look orange or yellow," AND THEY WERE SO CORRECT. The color is impeccable, but so is the wear throughout a day of sweating, moving around, and the general mayhem that comes from chasing a small human around.
Promising reviews:"Gorgeous match and dries down to a skin filtered appearance ✨✨" — HerThoughts
"I have been using it for a year. Great skin match. Smooth on my face and lasts for hours. Vegan is a plus." — WR 2024
11. A soft matte liquid blush reviewers call splurge-worthy but without the splurgy price tag. The gel-like texture is enriched with niacinamide and pomegranate peel extract, which is a fancy way of saying, "It'll make you look glowy and pretty without sliding off your face halfway through the day."
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising review:"I am an Ulta worker and let me tell you! This is the BEST blush I have ever used. It is so versatile! It works for natural and bold looks and it blends out beautifully! I recommend this blush to everyone. The best part is, IT DOESN'T PILL OR FADE! I have a medium skin tone with yellow undertones and I wear the shade Peach! I'm normally not one to splurge on makeup but I will buy this over and over again!" — ca33
12. A 24-hour blurring matte setting spray because heck if we're going to let all our hard work perfecting our makeup looks ~vanish~ before the day is done. With a matte finish and stay-put technology, your makeup artistry will be locked in no matter where your adventures take you!
13. A lip liner pencil with a square-shaped design to help you sharpen to the finest of points and keep it from rolling off your GRWM table onto the floor. If you're looking for precision and full pigment color, look no further!
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising review:"I love these lip liners. At first I didn't use it much because I have so many. But when I did I fell in love. It's one of the best pencil liners and really any liner I've ever used. Very creamy and and I don't have to sharpen it very much which is a huge plus! It lasts a long time too. I have the color Sandstone and I wear it with Milani cherry lime lip oil. It's a beautiful combination ❤️" — Mell_Bell
14. A Sugar mini palette if you're looking to add nine new easy-to-blend shimmery hues to your spring and summer looks without making your wallet cry.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising review:"Bought this along with the spice palette and I am so glad. I was totally on the fence but that blue shadow just beckoned me. The collection is stunning and adds that little bit of something extra! ABH keep bringing us these beautiful palettes. I have so much trust in the ABH brand, I buy several of their products to keep on hand to gift to my family and friends! They love your line as much as I do!" — LivingLifeLaird
15. A mini eyeshadow primer for keeping your fave new eyeshadow palette handiwork in place and VIBRANT.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising reviews:" I have tried sooo many eye shadow primers and none of them blew me away like this one did. My entire reason for being on this site now is to buy another one for me and one for my sister. A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. The product is very thin but you don't need much. Half of a pea size will cover both eyes and I use a small concealer brush to put it on. T he shadow colors stay put all day and stay bright and vibrant." — Nic83
"This is one of the greatest eye primers I have used! Eyeshadow will stay for hours. Great product." — Jesd
16. A cream bronzer to give yourself some sun-kissed color vibes *without* actually having to sacrifice your SPF regimen. (Look at you go, you skincare and makeup master!) It's buildable, so whether you're trying to look super defined or just want a touch of warm-weather glow, ABH has got you.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising reviews:"My favorite cream bronzer of all time. It has a hint of red so it makes your contour/bronzer look healthy. I have already purchased a backup. It is very creamy so it gives you time to blend it into your foundation, you must set it with powder. I love it!" — Lilypad
"I got the Sunkissed. Perfect shade for a subtle glow. It looks totally natural, just like skin. Honestly, I want this EXACT formula in foundation shades because I'd wear this as a full face if I could." — NoZrey3er
17. A set of perfectly wispy false lashes because sometimes you just want a little extra flutter power, and what better way to get it than with these lightweight, comfy lash assistants?
18. A contouring powder kit so you can have a one-stop-shop for brightening, sculpting, and color-correcting your perf look. Plus, this all-in-one kit means you can take it along for touchups throughout the day without having to juggle, like, seventeen bottles.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
19. A shimmer body oil PERFECT for giving your skin a subtle lil moisturizing glittery glow-up without going full-blown "the skin of a killer, Bella" vibes we all remember from junior high body shine sprays. Plus, reviewers LOVE the smell, so it's basically a magical two-fer product.
20. And finally, a Glow Seeker pearl highlighter that delivers the highly reflective quality of a liquid highlighter but in powder form, which *basically* means this is for sure in your fairy godmother's makeup bag.
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Promising review:"Finally, an ABH highlighter that's not gold, champagne or yellow/green so those of us with very fair, cool toned skin can wear it and a finish that's not glittery, for anyone that prefers a smooth luminous glow. This is the first ABH highlighter I've been able to use and I've been enjoying it. The dragon imprint is stunning, the pale neutral pink shade is beautiful and the baked gelee formula melts into the skin to give a glassy shine. I can't recommend it enough and suggest buying it now before it sells out. *Baked gelee products require a stiffer synthetic or denser natural hair brush; fluffy brushes won't pick it up." — CaraM380

Nobody wants to shop anymore — and our classic stores are suffering
Shoppers keep dropping America. Land of the Pilgrims' pride. That was yesterday. Today gone like the covered wagon. Because some designers' bills haven't been paid since January, shops are not receiving new merchandise. Thus, a handful of stores are amalgamating — Saks 5th, Neiman's, Bergdorf all snuggling under the same entity — Saks Global. Major outlets have closed. Saks 5th Palm Beach was captivity's most successful outlet. For ladies of a certain age, it was their pastime. Those limbs could no longer do what they used to do so — got nothing to do? You shop. Took up time. That was then. Now not. Dressing today is just for salads. Already on luxury overload they need nothing. Maybe only an accessory like a handbag. Even collectors stopped collecting. Take photographs. Nobody buying. Pics are like Biden. Not moving. Big-time front-cover fashion shots once grabbed big dollars. Now? It's that craggy thing you snap with your crappy cell. Auction sales of formerly big-time photographers have tanked. Why? Collectors grew old. Not selling like 10 years ago. Scenes, faces, models, places, history, geography, nudity, fashion — now, forget it. Worldwide front-cover fotogs like Irving Penn? It's now 'so what?' Christie's and Phillips auction houses once sold him. Not now. Pros tell me that at a 2013 auction of one Irving Penn photo brought $459,000. Now his masterpieces — down to $80,000 — huge drop — remain unsold. Grandkids aren't into black and white. They want showy. Shiny. Glittery. They don't care about the old masters. Owners now sit on their collections. Not even trying to sell. Huge drop. Auction houses were off 40% this season. Famous photo titled 'Woman in Moroccan Palace' sold for $459,000 in 2013. Lately it came back up for $80,000. Didn't sell. Also not moving — clothing. Its buyers only look to wear it once. Disposable goods. Not investment clothing. They'll post themselves on Instagram or TikTok wearing the new cheapo tee then — shove it. Off with it. The designer market has gone the way of zoot suits. They say low-fruit spenders will shop — but not in volume or to show quality. Just 'something to do.' A way to save the day. Not an activity. Not to flash your semi-covered behind at a tennis match. Just something to do before going home to argue with him. Brands are suffering — consumers are stiffing Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Valentino. Unless designers possess their own personal special place, it's sayonara. No room at the inn. Shops aren't paying or ordering. Forget lunch — stylists now hunt for friends to take them to dinner. And nobody's breaking out of the mold. Two nights ago, five people were at the next restaurant table — husband, wife, two children and grandma. All 10 feet were in sneakers. Once big buyers came from overseas, including the Chinese. Now no one. South Americans have their own problems. Europeans? Busy killing each other off. Nobody wants Russians. And if you're US stock and come from places like, maybe, Minnesota — nobody wants you any place. And never — never — forget the immortal words of Irving Hauser who said: 'A penny saved is a point on your credit card.' And he said it: Only in New York, kids, only in New York.

85-year-old grandma gets a wholesome surprise at the airport — and her precious reaction goes viral
"This is what life's all about." She thought she was headed to Ireland with her daughter and granddaughter — until two little familiar faces showed up. Great Grandma Mary McCarthy was already thrilled about her 85th birthday trip to Ireland, but her adventure started with an emotional airport reunion that's now going viral. While waiting for her flight at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, Mary suddenly spotted two unexpected travel companions: her great-grandsons, Finley (6) and Wyatt (4), who had secretly flown in from Colorado. The boys ran into her arms yelling, 'We surprised you!' — and the sweet moment was caught on video. 'I looked out there and I said, 'That kid looks just like Finley!'' McCarthy told The video, shared on TikTok, has already racked up more than 700,000 views, with commenters calling it 'the sweetest thing on the internet.' The video has sparked an outpouring of love from strangers around the world. One viewer wrote, 'This made me cry happy tears — she's so precious.' Another said, 'These little boys will remember this forever, and so will she.' A third commented simply: 'Protect Grandma Mary at all costs.' 'I think that's why we knew we wanted to make it a surprise, because she has the best reactions,' granddaughter Sarah Giannini, who planned the big reveal, told TODAY. She explained that the setup involved carefully timed texts to her husband: 'We wanted to see how many times he could walk by with the boys without her noticing. So the video picks up right when I text him, and she saw him instantly.' McCarthy admitted she had to hold back her excitement in the terminal. 'I'm surprised I didn't scream louder, but I knew I was in the airport. I told myself, 'You better tone it down,'' she told TODAY. The family went on to enjoy a week in Ireland filled with castle tours, pub dancing, bagpipes, and even falconry. Still, McCarthy said the best part wasn't the sightseeing but the small, everyday moments. 'In the morning they'd come running, give me a hug, and say good morning. It was so nice every single day. I'm getting tears in my eyes thinking about it,' she shared with TODAY. Already, she's looking forward to their next adventure. 'It was amazing. I'd love to go again. Drop of a hat — I'm ready. [It will] only take me 10 minutes to pack!' she said. Next on the list: Disney World. Until then, TikTok commenters are still celebrating her joyful moment. As one fan summed it up: 'This is what life's all about — family, love, and memories.' Solve the daily Crossword

Mom checks on her toddler and Saint Bernard—and can't believe what she finds
Every mom knows that if their toddler is quiet, something is going on. For one little girl named Lavender, that 'something' was turning her giant Saint Bernard into the ultimate play set. In a TikTok posted by @thanosthesaint, which has already racked up nearly 7 million views, Thanos the Saint Bernard is stretched out on the floor, sound asleep, one back leg pointing straight up in the air. Lavender takes full advantage of the perfect setup: she slides her stacking rings onto his paw like it's the world's most patient toy stand. She carefully stacks and un-stacks them, experimenting with different color orders while her furry 'assistant' stays perfectly still. Even with cartoons playing in the background, Lavender stays laser-focused on her DIY game—and Thanos doesn't move a muscle. The world's most patient playmate At one point, Thanos stirs awake, only to flop back over and resume his nap, giving Lavender even more opportunities to perfect her stacking. Eventually, the video ends with Lavender cuddled up between Thanos and his fellow Saint Bernard, Dunder, proving just how much these dogs adore their tiny human. And as a mom of an 18-month-old and a dog, I'll be honest: my house doesn't always look like this. Sometimes the toddler pulls ears, sometimes the dog steals snacks—and more often than not, I'm playing referee. That's why seeing a moment like this, where a child and a pet fall into an unspoken rhythm of patience and play, feels so magical. It's the kind of quiet harmony every mom hopes for, even if just for a few minutes. Related: Mom says no to another dog—until a senior rescue 'chooses' her teen The comments were just as good as the video Parents and dog lovers alike couldn't get over both Lavender's determination and Thanos' gentle spirit. @Hollymidfield said: 'The fact that she figured out that the rings fit on the dog's leg amazes me.' @Rainonwater: 'He's like: she's quiet, let her do it.' @breezygemini78: 'The dog is giving dad vibes, do whatever, just don't cry.' And honestly, same. Related: You won't believe what this 14-year-old dog did when she heard a crying baby Why moments like this mean so much to parents For moms, seeing a toddler completely absorbed in play—especially quiet, independent play—feels like striking gold. Research from the American Academy of Pediatrics shows that unstructured playtime builds focus, problem-solving skills, and creativity in young kids. It's also a reminder that sometimes the simplest 'toys' are the ones that spark the most joy (and give us a few precious minutes to sip our coffee). Lavender may think she just found a fun way to play with her stacking rings, but what she really showed all of us is the power of imagination and the incredible patience of a family dog.
