Accredited Solutions, Inc. (OTC: ASII) Aligns Strategic Focus Around ItsBchain to Launch Telco Blockchain and AI-Powered Settlement Platform

NEW YORK, NY - June 16, 2025 ( NEWMEDIAWIRE ) - Accredited Solutions, Inc. (OTC: ASII) ('Accredited Solutions' or the 'Company') today announced a strategic shift in its operational focus, centering its business model around the upcoming acquisition of ItsBchain, a blockchain subsidiary with deep expertise in telecommunications infrastructure and settlement automation. This move is part of the Company's mission to lead in the next generation of blockchain-based telecom and fintech solutions.
ASII is proud to confirm it is finalizing the acquisition of ItsBchain, as previously disclosed via a signed MOU. The acquisition is expected to close in the coming week. ItsBchain's proven leadership and forward-thinking approach have inspired a strategic partnership built on shared vision and execution discipline. ASII is excited to channel its resources into unlocking the potential of ItsBchain's most advanced platform - one that unites blockchain, telecom, and AI to create an innovative system for carrier settlement and interconnect transaction processing.
'Our decision to realign our strategic priorities is entirely driven by opportunity - an extraordinary one presented by our partnership with ItsBchain,' said Eduardo Brito, CEO of Accredited Solutions, Inc. 'They've developed multiple projects we admire, but one in particular stands out as a game-changer. We are preparing to officially launch this initiative in the coming days, and we believe it has the power to transform telecom and fintech settlements as we know them.'
The upcoming project will deliver blockchain-based infrastructure and AI-powered intelligence for voice, SMS, and data traffic settlements. It is designed to reduce fraud, optimize settlement times, and increase trust between telecom carriers globally.
ItsBchain is led by a world-class team that includes former CEOs of major Latin American telecommunications companies, alongside IT and financial professionals with more than 25 years of industry experience. The strength and credibility of this leadership team further reinforce ASII's belief that this partnership is the most strategically compelling opportunity in the Company's history.
A Strategy Grounded in Forward Momentum
This realignment does not come from improvisation, but from a strategic reassessment of the most accretive and scalable opportunities currently in ASII's pipeline. The partnership with ItsBchain, backed by its exceptional management team, offers ASII a growth roadmap that is not only exciting but also operationally efficient and highly aligned with global technology trends.
Corporate Update on Globetopper
As part of this strategic refocus, ASII will be rescinding its Stock Purchase Agreement with Globetopper effective June 30, 2025. While the Globetopper acquisition offered initial access to the digital gift card market, shareholder response and market behavior made it clear that the structure would have created excessive dilution on ASII - over 300% of ASII's current market capitalization to honor this acquisition. Though the e-gift card industry remains promising, it is highly fragmented and increasingly competitive. In contrast, the opportunity with ItsBchain positions ASII to become a true market leader in a high-demand, innovation-driven sector. This is not a 'me too' entry - it is a move into the epicenter of a transformative global market.
Audit and Reporting Update
The Globetopper transaction introduced unexpected complexities to ASII's audit process. However, those challenges have been largely resolved, and the Company is now in the final stages of completing its financial audit. ASII expects to file its updated financials and regain current status in the coming weeks.

Vistra Stock Could Chart Path Back to Record Highs

Vistra Corp (NYSE:VST) stock is up 0.6% to trade at $198.53 at last check, not too far off from its Aug. 5 all-time high of $216.85. The equity is looking to snap a three-day losing streak, with the $190 region providing support as it pulled back from that record peak. Better yet, a historically bullish signal now flashing could soon help shares extend their healthy 150.4% lead. Per Schaeffer's Senior Quantitative Analyst Rocky White, Vistra stock's pullback placed it within one standard deviation of its 50-day moving average. The equity was above this trendline in at least eight of the last 10 trading days, and spent 80% of the past two months above it. Within these parameters, eight other signals occurred over the last three years, after which the security was higher one month later 75% of the time, averaging an 8% gain. From its current perch, a similar move would place back above $213. At the International Securities Exchange (ISE), Cboe Options Exchange (CBOE), and NASDAQ OMX PHLX (PHLX), VST's 50-day put/call volume ratio of 1.17 ranks higher than all readings from the past year. In other words, the security could benefit from an unwinding of pessimism. Options are affordable, making this an opportune time to bet on VST's next moves. This is per its Schaeffer's Volatility Index (SVI) of 49%, which stands in the 10th percentile of readings from the past year.

Starbucks to give all North America salaried employees 2% raise this year, company says

(Reuters) -Starbucks (SBUX) will provide a modest 2% hike to all salaried employees in North America this year, the company told Reuters on Monday, as the coffee chain tries to keep a tight lid on costs as part of CEO Brian Niccol's turnaround efforts. Starbucks, under Niccol, has cut some jobs, tightened dress codes and incentivized keeping costs under control for executives as it invests in reducing service wait times and returning to a coffeehouse environment at its stores. Bloomberg News first reported on the hike, and added that the raise will apply to all corporate staff, workers in manufacturing and distribution, as well as store managers. The hikes for salaried employees were thus far decided by managers, but as the company invests in Niccol's turnaround plan, Starbucks needed to "carefully manage all our other costs", Bloomberg's report said, citing a company spokesperson. Starbucks is also in the midst of contract negotiations with unionized baristas. In April, union delegates voted to reject the coffee chain's latest proposal that guaranteed annual raises of at least 2%, which the Workers United union said did not offer changes to economic benefits such as healthcare or any immediate pay hike. Thoma Bravo nearing deal to acquire software firm Dayforce, source says

(Reuters) -Private equity firm Thoma Bravo is nearing a deal to acquire HR software company Dayforce, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters on Monday. Shares of Dayforce, which has seen its stock lose more than 27% of its value so far this year, were up about 29% in late-afternoon trading. Dayforce had a market value of $8.44 billion as of Friday's closing price. Dayforce offers a cloud-based human capital management platform that includes payroll, workforce management, benefits, talent management, compliance and analytics. Thoma Bravo has been actively pursuing software acquisitions this year, betting on the build-out of artificial intelligence and the resilience of recurring revenue in a volatile economy. A deal could be announced as early as this week or possibly next week, the source said. Thoma Bravo and Dayforce did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Bloomberg News, which first reported the potential deal on Sunday, said that while the talks were advanced, they could still be delayed or falter. Dayforce beat Wall Street expectations for second-quarter revenue and raised its annual revenue forecast last week, as more enterprises increase use of AI and cloud-based platforms to run day-to-day operations.
