Quebec woman, 68, dead after 2-vehicle crash in southwestern Manitoba on Monday
A 68-year-old Quebec woman died and several people were injured in a crash in southwestern Manitoba on Monday evening, RCMP say. Police were called to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of highways 83 and 257 in the rural municipality of Wallace-Woodworth, at the southwest corner of Virden, around 5:30 p.m. Monday, RCMP said in a news release on Tuesday. Officers found a heavily damaged SUV and a truck lying on its side farther down Highway 83, police said.
