EXCLUSIVE Prince William channels Beckham's style and classic Hollywood charm while also appearing nearly identical to another VERY famous A-lister, according to expert

Daily Maila day ago
Prince William 's appearance at Wimbledon on Sunday was a sign of the 'very glamorous future of our monarchy' with a touch of Hollywood, according to an expert.
All eyes were on Kate, Princess of Wales, who made a surprise appearance at the Women's Final on Saturday where she wore a striking white Self-Portrait dress and her iconic Wimbledon bow.
Royal observers had speculated whether Kate would be seen at the championship this year after she pulled out of Ascot and spoke openly last month about her challenges following her cancer treatment.
The following day, the Princess was accompanied by two of her children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, alongside William, who observers couldn't help but point out how handsome he looked.
William, named the world's sexiest bald man for two consecutive years, usually sticks to autumn colours but wore a pair of crisp, white linen chinos and a double-breasted blazer to attend the tennis tournament.
One MailOnline commenter, aptly making a joke about the tennis tournament, wrote: 'William is serving!'
A Threads user posted two pictures of William at Wimbledon on Sunday with the caption: 'That's got to be the hottest heir apparent that I have ever seen.
'That suit is tailored unlike any suit I have ever seen! When did he become so good-looking?'

The thread, which received more than 2.4K likes, included comments from people commenting on how 'handsome' and 'hot' he looked.
A comment beneath the thread read: 'William looks amazing... He definitely brought the heat to Wimbledon.'
Hilariously, William's outfit was almost a total match for Hollywood actor, Henry Cavill, who also wore a navy blazer and white trousers and an almost identical shirt at the All England Club.
Brand and Culture Expert, Nick Ede, told MailOnline: 'William is looking really good and it looks like he's embracing his 40s with style and sophistication.
'You can see that he's been grooming and also his style, although it has not changed for many years, looks smart and much more tailored than usual.
'Traditionally, the Royal Family have always gone for suits that are well-fitted but not particularly tailored. I think he's taking a leaf out of his friend David Beckham's book and showing that you can look great at any age.
'This is our future King who was a poster boy for many teens when he was younger and now he's beginning to take care of himself and looking more like a Hollywood leading man than a traditional royal.
'He's tall, fit and handsome and it feels like this glow up, along with Kate, shows them to be the very glamorous future of our monarchy.'
William is known to be a long-time friend of David Beckham, 50, who was knighted last month in recognition of services to sport and to charity.
Husband to fashion designer Victoria Beckham (aka Posh Spice) David is known for his overtly masculine style, signature leather jacket and muted colour palette.
And it seems William could be following suit.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told MailOnline: 'William's outfit at Wimbledon shows his fashion sense is reflecting his transition from heir to the throne to King one day.
'He looked stunning, his crisp white trousers were symbolic of the Wimbledon dress code, especially as Catherine had looked stunning in a white Self-Portrait two-piece outfit on the Saturday.
'His white shirt was complemented by a blazer and the effect was striking as it was intended to be.
'His beard has given him a rather rugged look which has enormous appeal.
'He has always been stylish, tending to prefer autumnal colours, but his outfit at Wimbledon reminded me of Queen Elizabeth's comment 'I must be seen to be believed".'
Kate, known for her sophisticated working wardrobe, has a great eye for fashion and once worked as an accessories buyer for Jigsaw.
On X, one royal fan asked: 'Can we talk about William's white pants?!?'
Beneath this a user replied: 'Unexpected choice but ate nonetheless.'
Another X user expressed their approval for William's appearance by captioning an image of him in the Royal Box: 'Prince William, whatever you're doing or eating, keep at it.
'Because honestly, you're looking hot. And whoever told you to wear that outfit? Keep them close. They clearly know exactly what they're doing.'
William also looked dapper on Friday during The Royal Charity Polo Cup 2025.
The Prince previously played in charity polo matches with his estranged younger brother Prince Harry, who lives in Santa Barbara with wife Meghan Markle, son Archie and daughter Lilibet.
Ironically, it seems William is the one bringing Hollywood glamour.
This comes as The Mail on Sunday exclusively reported that King Charles and Harry's senior aides held a secret peace summit, marking the first significant move to resolving their family feud.
Sources said last week's meeting was the initial step in a 'rapprochement process' to restore the broken relationship between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the rest of the Royal Family.
It is not known whether it was Charles or Harry who extended the olive branch, but insiders said the summit is the strongest sign yet of the determination on both sides to resolve the bitter House of Windsor feud.
'There's a long road ahead, but a channel of communication is now open for the first time in years,' said a source.
'There was no formal agenda, just casual drinks. There were things both sides wanted to talk about.'
Harry was represented by Meredith Maines, his chief communications officer and head of his household in Montecito, California, who flew in from Los Angeles.
She met Tobyn Andreae, the King's communications secretary, at the Royal Over-Seas League.
Also present was Liam Maguire, who runs the Sussexes' PR team in the UK.
It was Ms Maines who organised Harry's BBC interview in May in which he said he 'would love a reconciliation' with the Royal Family, but that the King 'won't speak to me because of this security stuff'.
The Duke was referring to the removal of his automatic police security detail in Britain, which he called an 'old-fashioned establishment stitch-up' and suggested his father could have resolved the situation.
Ms Maines is understood to have reported straight to the Duke. She is based at the Sussexes' £15 million mansion, from where they conduct their affairs, rather than using a separate office.
A seasoned Silicon Valley strategist with past roles at Google and a software company, Ms Maines spends most days at Meghan and Harry's home managing their day-to-day operations and overseeing a team of eight staff.
She is the most senior aide in the newly formed 'Sussex Royal Household', which was formed last month in a bid to emulate the rigid hierarchical structure Harry operated in when he was a working member of the family at Kensington Palace.
Ms Maines is said to have masterminded the unveiling of the duchess's Netflix show With Love, Meghan, and her lifestyle brand As Ever.
Nick Ede said: 'I think it's interesting that these peace talks are happening.
'Charles has been sick and no one knows the extent of his illness but he is probably getting things in order for when he decides to pass on the Crown to William.
'I am sure that he wants to spend the rest of his life with a relationship with his son and his grandchildren.
'It will be interesting to see how this maps out but I'm sure both parties will want some kind of resolution before it's too late and they regret their actions
'I think there is still a long way to go with Brand Sussex – they still don't know what they stand for and who their target audience is.
'Harry's private life is just that, private. And although he's used it to make money like any kiss-and-tell celebrity, he also does have a lot of life ahead of him and a family that protected him and loved him for many years.
'I think that he could possibly carve out a relationship with the King and I hope he does.'
This brings fresh hope to the possibility of a reconciliation between the brothers and King Charles.
In the meantime, royal observers will keep a close eye on William's evolving wardrobe.

Emmerdale legend signs new contract ahead of major new storyline that will change the village forever

AN EMMERDALE legend has signed a new contract to take her into next year alongside a huge storyline for her character. Actress Claire King has put pen to paper on a new deal that will keep her on the show for another year. 2 The star has played Kim Tate on and off since 1989, before quitting in 1999 and then making a bombshell comeback in 2018. Kim quickly re-established herself in the village as owner of Home Farm and has had some hugely dramatic storylines since returning. And this year will be no different with a massive one kicking off soon. A source said: 'Bosses love Claire and they are delighted that she's going nowhere. 'Kim Tate is one of the soap all time greats and it's only right that she has a massive storyline. 'It's going to delve into who Kim is and where she's come from and see her rediscover that grit that made her Kim Tate. 'She's going to stop at nothing to get what she wants - and make a few more enemies in the process as well as potentially changing the village forever." Viewers watched today as Kim suffered a blow when she discovered her new man Eddie was in fact the villainous Dr Crowley. He was blackmailing Joe Tate into stealing Kim's money for himself - and had planned to drug her into paralysis and take her assets. However when he tried to put his plan into place, Kim outwitted him and sent him packing - potentially for good. Emmerdale villain returns to torture Joe Tate in grisly scenes She told him: 'If you even try to mess with us again, they'll never find your body. Nothing personal, it's purely business.' An Emmerdale spokeswoman declined to comment. First appearing in 1989, Kim Tate (Claire King) is an iconic Emmerdale character. Here's a look at some of her biggest storylines over the years. MARRIAGE TO FRANK TATE Kim has been married three times in the soap, but her first, volatile pairing was with Frank Tate (Norman Bowler) They were an on-screen partnership for almost a decade - including divorcing and remarrying. However, Frank ultimately suffered a fatal heart attack, brought on by Kim's return to the village after being presumed dead. During the marriage, Kim had affairs with Neil Kincaid (Brian Deacon) and Dave Glover (Ian Kelsey). FAKING HER OWN DEATH Kim disappeared from the village in February 1997. A few days later, Frank identified a woman found dead at the wheel of her car as Kim. However, everyone was in for a shock after Kim revealed she was still alive - and the full extent of her plan. While she'd fled to the Caribbean, Kim had paid a lookalike prostitute to drive her car around the village to fool people into thinking she was still there. It was, in fact, her body that Frank previously identified. JAMES' KIDNAPPING Kim's business partnership with Lord Alex Oakwell (Rupam Maxwell), resulted in the death of Linda Fowler (Tonicha Jeronimo), in a car crash. As an act of revenge, Linda's mother Jan (Roberta Kerr) kidnapped Kim's son James. DEPARTURE After a decade of causing chaos, Kim left Emmerdale in 1999 as she fled in a helicopter with her son James and £190,000 of Chris Tate's money. LATER MARRIAGES Upon Kim's return in 2018, she was first revealed to be married to Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough). However, he was later killed off in a whodunnit storyline. She later pursued a relationship with her employee Will Taylor (Dean Andrews), marrying him in 2022.

‘Get him on the first flight home' say Love Island fans as they insist ‘horrid' boy needs to be AXED after steamy scenes

LOVE Islander Boris Vidovic has landed on the wrong side of fans who have demanded he be removed from the villa. The Casa Amor stud won his place in the main villa after striking up a potential romance with Billykiss Azeez, who brought him back with her. 6 6 However, now he's moved on with fellow Casa bombshell Emma Munro – with the pair even sneaking off to the Hideaway for some private time and a snog in the pool. He also officially broke things off with Billykiss, with the pair deciding the spark wasn't quite there for either of them. The move came as a shock to fans, who didn't understand why they suddenly cooled off, although they'd noticed they had not appeared on screen as much over the last couple of days. But fans have become convinced that Boris deliberately used Billykiss to get into the villa, using his charm on her only to ditch her once he had secured his spot. Branding him "horrid", viewers have said that he should be on the "next plane home" as they vented on X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit. "Boris used Billykiss. I was never falling for that propaganda. Get him out. #LoveIsland" wrote one. "Boris wym finally… imma make sure ur ass is on the first flight back to Slovenia," said another. "Send both boris and emma home, they made it easy for the viewers #LoveIsland" noted a third. "Boris literally pretended to like Billykiss. Horrid," noted a fourth, while a fifth said: "Boris playedddd Billykiss to get into the villa icl [I can't lie] #loveisland" To further add to the awkwardness of the situation, Billykiss and Boris are still technically coupled up, with Billykiss being left with no choice but to choose him in one of the most awkward recoupling ceremonies ever. But things are set to get even more dramatic with surprise dumping set to take place tonight, with a major player being axed from the show. A source said: 'The way this dumping played out was truly savage. It was absolutely shocking. 'This Islander has been integral to the series - they'll be talked about for years - and so to lose them was a massive moment for bosses and will be the same for viewers. 'The scenes will play out over the next few episodes.' 6 6 6

Jon Rahm FUMES at fan for rude act in tense encounter at The Open - as he unleashes 13-word sarcastic barb

Jon Rahm was quick to put a spectator in their place on Wednesday afternoon after being irritated by their behaviour. The Spaniard is known for his fiery temper on the course and has already given fans at Royal Portrush a taste of his wrath. Rahm was angered at one bystander for apparently whistling during his backswing while he teed off at the par-four 11th hole. The two-time Major champion watched as his shot sank into a nasty patch of rough to the right of the fairway, leading to his outburst. 'Really? Whistling? Great time,' he started as he gestured at the audience. 'Right in my backswing. Very smart, whoever it was.' Jon Rahm is LIVID 😤 #TheOpen "Really? Whistling? Great time. Right in my backswing. Very smart…whoever it was."' 😙 — NUCLR GOLF (@NUCLRGOLF) July 17, 2025 Jon Rahm fumed at a spectator who apparently whistled during his backswing on the 11th hole Due to the high levels of concentration required, it is considered bad etiquette to distract a golfer during their swing, much like when a tennis player is serving. And that hole didn't end up going to plan for 'Rahmbo,' as he had to settle for a bogey. Rahm is one of the favourites to take home the Claret Jug this year, though the likes of Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele, and Bryseon DeChambeau won't be going down without a fight either. At least this outburst - which was actually delivered in quite measured tones - was lower-key than some of his others. At the Masters in April, the 2023 champion almost snapped his club in fury. On the ninth tee, Rahm fired his tee shot deep into the woods on the right edge of the fairway. As he watched his ball soar way off course, he dropped his club in disbelief before kicking it. Rahm was already two-over for the day as it seemed the errant drive was almost the final straw as he then picked up the club and almost snapped it between his two hands. Since jumping ship to join LIV on a reported $500million deal in 2023, Rahm has struggled on golf's greatest stages. He finished tied for 45th at the 2024 Masters, before missing the cut at the PGA Championship at Valhalla. He didn't even have chance to tee it up at Pinehurst, withdrawing from the US Open due to a toe injury. Rahm did manage to bounce back at The Open last year, finishing tied for seventh at Royal Troon. But he is still searching for a first major title since defecting to LIV Golf.
