SAN DIEGO, July 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announces that purchasers or acquirers of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) securities between June 10, 2024 and June 9, 2025, all dates inclusive (the 'Class Period'), have until August 19, 2025 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff of the Apple class action lawsuit. Captioned Tucker v. Apple Inc., No. 25-cv-05197 (N.D. Cal.), the Apple class action lawsuit charges Apple as well as certain of Apple's top current and former executives with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
If you suffered substantial losses and wish to serve as lead plaintiff of the Apple class action lawsuit, please provide your information here:

CASE ALLEGATIONS: The Apple class action lawsuit alleges that defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) Apple misstated the time it would take to integrate the advanced artificial intelligence ('AI')-based Siri features into its devices; (ii) accordingly, it was highly unlikely that these features would be available for the iPhone 16; (iii) the lack of such advanced AI-based features would hurt iPhone 16 sales; and (iv) as a result, Apple's business and/or financial prospects were overstated.
The Apple class action lawsuit further alleges that on March 7, 2025, Apple announced it was indefinitely delaying promised updates to its Siri digital assistant. The Apple class action lawsuit alleges that on this news, the price of Apple stock fell.
Then, on March 12, 2025, the Apple class action lawsuit further alleges that Morgan Stanley published a report in which analyst Erik Woodring lowered his price target on Apple from $275 to $252, asserting that the delay in introducing advanced Siri features would impact iPhone upgrade cycles throughout 2025 and 2026, and presenting evidence that roughly 50% of iPhone owners who did not upgrade to the iPhone 16 attributed their decision to such delays. On this news, the price of Apple stock fell further, according to the complaint.
Thereafter, the Apple class action lawsuit alleges that on April 3, 2025, the Wall Street Journal published an article titled 'Apple and Amazon Promised Us Revolutionary AI. We're Still Waiting,' which stated, in relevant part, that '[w]ith 'more personal' Siri . . . , the tech giant[] marketed features [it] ha[s] yet to deliver,' and suggested that while 'this is challenging technology and the cost of getting it wrong is devastatingly high, especially for [a] compan[y] like Apple . . . that must build trust with customers,' 'the same responsibility applies to marketing: They shouldn't announce products until they're sure they can deliver them.' On this news, the price of Apple stock fell more than 7%, according to the complaint.
Finally, on June 9, 2025, Apple hosted its Worldwide Developer Conference ('WWDC'), almost one year to the day after first announcing the suite of supposedly forthcoming Apple Intelligence features at the 2024 WWDC, and Apple failed to announce any new updates regarding advanced Siri features, according to the complaint. On this news, the price of Apple stock fell further, according to the complaint.
Last year, Robbins Geller secured a $490 million recovery in a securities fraud class action case alleging Apple CEO Timothy Cook made false and misleading statements to investors – the third-largest securities class action recovery ever in the Northern District of California and the fifth-largest such recovery ever in the Ninth Circuit. In the order granting final approval of the settlement, the court recognized the 'skill and strategic vision, as well as the risk taken by [Robbins Geller]' in securing the sizeable recovery while efficiently managing the 'uniquely complex' aspects of the case against 'highly sophisticated and experienced counsel and defendants.' THE LEAD PLAINTIFF PROCESS: The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 permits any investor who purchased or acquired Apple securities during the Class Period to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the Apple class action lawsuit. A lead plaintiff is generally the movant with the greatest financial interest in the relief sought by the putative class who is also typical and adequate of the putative class. A lead plaintiff acts on behalf of all other class members in directing the Apple class action lawsuit. The lead plaintiff can select a law firm of its choice to litigate the Apple class action lawsuit. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff of the Apple class action lawsuit.

Machine Tools Market worth $105.11 billion by 2032

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., July 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ —The machine tools market is projected to reach USD 105.11 billion by 2032, from USD 81.09 billion in 2025, with a CAGR of 3.8%, according to a new report by MarketsandMarkets. The machine tools market is primarily driven by advanced manufacturing demands, particularly in high-precision sectors such as aerospace, medical devices, and EV powertrain components, which require multi-axis, high-speed, and hybrid machining capabilities. The rapid integration of AI-driven automation, such as adaptive control systems and predictive analytics, is further enabling real-time toolpath optimization and downtime reduction, leading to significant increases in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The customization trend in defense and semiconductor manufacturing has also intensified demand for 5-axis and additive-subtractive hybrid machines that can produce complex geometries with reduced post-processing. Download an Illustrative overview: Browse in-depth TOC on 'Machine Tools Market' 221 – Tables 83 – Figures260 – Pages Milling machines are estimated to hold a prominent share in 2025 Milling machines hold a prominent share in the machine tools market due to their versatility in performing high-precision operations such as face milling, shoulder milling, and contouring across a wide range of materials and industries. Their dominance is further strengthened by advancements in multi-axis CNC milling systems, which enable complex part geometries to be machined in a single setup, reducing cycle times and increasing throughput. For instance, in January 2025, STM (S&T Machinery) launched a new CNC milling machine at the IMTEX 2025 exhibition in Bangalore. The machine, named the 'STM Smart Mill,' is a 3-axis vertical machining center designed for precision and efficiency. These machines are tailored for aerospace, mold and die, and general mechanical engineering. The growing adoption of automation and digital twin technologies in milling machines also cements their critical role in modern smart manufacturing setups. Dealers & distributors are expected to exhibit the fastest growth during the forecast period Dealers & distributors are expected to grow rapidly in the machine tools market during the forecast period due to their critical role in bridging regional manufacturing needs with OEM capabilities, particularly in fragmented and SME-dominated economies such as India, Vietnam, and Mexico. As machine tool manufacturers increasingly focus on their core competencies, namely product development and digital innovation, many are adopting asset-light models and relying on third-party distributors to expand into secondary and tertiary cities. For instance, in April 2024, Accurl partnered with Complete Machine Tools to boost local support and faster service in North America by using the distributor's technical expertise and reach. Furthermore, with the rise of smart and connected tools, dealers are evolving into technical solution integrators by bundling machine tools with industrial IoT retrofitting kits and software, enhancing their role from mere resellers to full-service partners. North America is expected to be the fastest-growing region during the forecast period North America holds a substantial share in the machine tools market due to its advanced industrial base, especially in the aerospace, defense, and automotive manufacturing sectors, which demand high-precision CNC and multi-axis machines. US-based manufacturers such as Haas Automation and Hardinge have expanded their domestic capabilities by integrating automation, AI-based diagnostics, and remote monitoring features into their latest vertical and horizontal machining centers. For instance, in August 2024, Bourn & Koch began transitioning production of Mollart deep hole drilling machine tools to its Rockford, Illinois, facility. This move aims to improve service response times for customers in North America and streamline operations by consolidating manufacturing processes. Additionally, reshoring strategies by US and Canadian manufacturers are increasing local machine tool investments, particularly in high-speed machining centers and hybrid additive-subtractive systems to reduce dependency on Asian imports and improve turnaround times. Strong distributor networks and skilled labor, supported by vocational programs and government-led upskilling initiatives, continue to sustain North America's competitive edge in this domain. ICN Launches $ICNT, latest investment signals $470 million valuation

ZUG, Switzerland, July 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Impossible Cloud Network launches token on Bybit, Binance, Kraken, and other major exchanges following $34 million ecosystem raise Impossible Cloud Network (ICN) – a decentralized cloud services provider– is today announcing the launch of its $ICNT token through Tier 1 centralized exchanges Bybit, Binance, Kraken, Bitget, and more. The token launch follows a recently announced investment (valuation: $470 million) from NGP Capital, a deep tech fund that backed Xiaomi and Helium. ICN is the first decentralized cloud provider to match and surpass centralized hyperscalers in latency, availability, and performance. Its service is live and operating a fully open, multi-service, permissionless, and composable cloud infrastructure that integrates storage, compute, and networking at scale. The token listing comes just weeks after ICN attracted a substantial valuation of $470 million from Nokia-backed investor NGP Capital, which joined 1kx, No Limit Holdings, Protocol VC, HV Capital, and more in investing a total of $34 million into ICN. The Switzerland-based cloud network has substantial traction inside its ecosystem, handling over 23,000 cloud requests per second from its 1,000+ enterprise customers. This makes ICN one of the biggest revenue-generating decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePINs) in the industry and places it in pole position to win the AI infrastructure race. ICN's CEO and co-founder is Kai Wawrzinek, a seasoned, billion-dollar company founder who successfully led his project, Goodgame Studios, to NASDAQ unicorn status in 2017. Commenting on the launch of $ICNT, Wawrzinek says: 'As a decentralized cloud provider, ICN is successful because it meets a genuine, growing need. ICN will win the decentralized infrastructure race — because we control the data layer. Once compute goes live, we'll unbundle the internet.'$ICNT will play a pivotal role in ICN's ecosystem, allowing anyone to participate in the network's growth by earning rewards from HyperNodes. $ICNT is used both for provisioning hardware capacity and for staking to secure cloud workloads. This ties the token to real-world infrastructure and the strong and growing demand that ICN's ecosystem is experiencing. ICN is riding a confluence of multiple strong tailwinds in the cloud industry. These include incredible demand for AI, associated hardware shortages, and an increasingly urgent need for sovereign cloud solutions apart from those offered by US hyperscalers. Combined, these drivers are calling for a new foundational layer for the next generation of the internet that can challenge the dominance of centralized tech giants – a layer ICN is pioneering. About Impossible Cloud Network (ICN) Impossible Cloud Network (ICN) is building a permissionless, open cloud network to rival Big Tech giants like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google. With resilient, high-performance decentralized cloud services, ICN is laying the foundation for a scalable, secure, and community-driven global cloud that supports enterprise, AI, gaming, applications, and end-users. With real-world adoption already generating million-dollar revenue and a vision for 200+ decentralized cloud services, ICN offers a true alternative to monopolistic hyperscalers. ReCerf Receives its CE Mark, Advancing Access to Ceramic Hip Resurfacing Across Europe

LEATHERHEAD, England, July 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — MatOrtho® is proud to announce that the ReCerf® Hip Resurfacing Arthroplasty (HRA) has received its CE mark, confirming compliance with European safety and performance standards. This important milestone expands access to hip resurfacing, enabling wider availability across the UK, Europe and internationally where CE marking supports market access. 'This is more than a regulatory milestone. It represents two decades of focused effort to improve hip resurfacing through an advanced material,' said Mike Tuke, Founder of MatOrtho. 'That became a possibility with BIOLOX® delta and cooperation with CeramTec A.G. which led in stages to ReCerf – an all-ceramic resurfacing implant that is already delivering excellent results. We're proud to make this more widely available to specialist hip resurfacing surgeons, and patients who want to stay active.' ReCerf is the world's first commercially available ceramic HRA, first approved by Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration in November 2024. Since its initial use in 2018, over 1,600 patients have received the device. Patient-reported outcomes are highly positive, and the revision rate remains very low up to six years. Made from BIOLOX® delta ceramic, ReCerf eliminates concerns historically associated with metal-on-metal bearings and preserves more of the patient's natural bone. For surgeons, it offers a familiar procedure underpinned by improved materials, and is supported by a company long recognised as the home of modern hip resurfacing. ReCerf's availability under CE marking is matched by a strong commitment to responsible adoption. MatOrtho supports structured education, careful patient selection, and ongoing clinical monitoring. A peer-led surgeon training programme is already in place to ensure safe and effective use. This achievement strengthens MatOrtho's strategic growth and reaffirms its leadership in pioneering orthopaedic solutions designed to restore normal joint function and support high level activity. For more information visit: About MatOrtho: MatOrtho (formerly Finsbury Orthopaedics) is a global leader in orthopaedic invention and innovation, committed to advancing joint replacement technologies that improve patient outcomes and set new clinical standards.
