We exclusively revealed how Aussie content creator Kath, 27, had been hiding in a neighbouring studio, away from prying eyes, to reunite with JoJo.
The secret appearance followed intense speculation on JoJo and housemate Chris Hughes' friendship, which many felt had crossed over into romantic territory following a string of intimate moments.
There didn't appear to be any drama between them in the latest shots, with JoJo smiling as she caught up with Kath.
The runner-up also laughed as she hugged her co-stars while Chris tucked into a burger beside Danny Beard, who finished second.
Winner Jack P Shepherd looked as laidback as ever as he hopped off a minibus holding his luggage.
Kath 's wrap party appearance came after ITV bosses met her "demands".
She asked to remain backstage and not to be filmed or photographed during the live final.
The online star was missing from the side of stage, where the other finalists' families had gathered, when JoJo left the house and finished her eviction interview.
A source told The Sun: "Fans were worried JoJo's girlfriend wasn't going to make the journey over from Australia.
"She's been silent on social media since JoJo grew closer to Chris in the house - and then the letter from home had everyone convinced she would snub the final.
Chris Hughes fights back tears as he breaks silence on JoJo Siwa as he compares her to his ex-girlfriend
"Kath has surprised everyone by coming to meet JoJo after leaving the house, but she gave Celebrity Big Brother bosses strict orders that she wouldn't be in any camera shots - filmed or still camera - nothing.
"She's been stressed and demanded that she remain backstage out of sight.
"Meanwhile every other family or friends are side of stage to greet them as soon as the eviction interview is over.
"JoJo got taken off and put in a car to be whisked away."
Kath hasn't posted about CBB since since the first week of the ITV show as online rumours grew over JoJo and Chris's close friendship.
The pair have come under fire for their intimacy in the house - with co-star Danny Beard telling them: "You two need to either f**k or stop.

"And your bird's about to f*****g pull you when you get out. You're going to have a front page spread in The Sun."
JoJo was told to "go and meet her adoring fans" after leaving the house.
It was in stark contrast to the other housemates who were all greeted by their friends and family on camera.
Quizzed about their friendship in her eviction interview, JoJo said: "My boy, Chris. He's family now."
The Sun has reached out to ITV for comment.
Celebrity Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother: Late & Live are available to watch on ITVX.

The ITV show saw Fraser, from Edinburgh, play alongside Kerry, Ellena and Alex. Fraser, a commercial operations specialist for an online review firm, went last. If he won, he said he'd put it towards visiting every Disney park in the world. He accumulated £5,000 in his Cash Builder ahead of a tough game against The Vixen, reports Liverpool Echo. Fraser managed to outrun The Chaser and bagged himself a spot in the final chase. He wasn't the only Scottish person to make it through, with Alex from Fife joining him alongside Kerry. The three contestants hoped to secure a huge £61,000 as they achieved a combined score of 20. But it proved to be too weak to triumph on the quiz show. The first elimination will take place in just a matter of hours. But who is at risk of being sent home after such a short stay? Love Island's 'summer to remember' has kicked off with a series of increasingly brutal twists. After barely 24 hours in the villa, one star will already be packing their bags to head home - at least the forecasters are predicting a heatwave in Blighty. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad The arrival of the show's first ever American contestant - Toni - has put one of the housemates at risk of going home. Here's all you need to know: When is the first Love Island dumping of 2025? Shakira is at risk of being dumped first on Love Island | ITV The initial islanders have barely had the chance to step through the doors and unpack their suitcases and already a dumping is set to take place. The conclusion of the 2025 launch episode yesterday (June 9) saw host Maya reveal that the first re-coupling is set to take place 24 hours later. After pairing up, the six couples were just starting to get to know each other when the first bombshell of the series entered the villa - in the form of Toni - and she got to steal one of the boys. It leaves one singleton and they are already at risk of going home. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Love Island will be on ITV2 tonight (June 10) at 9pm. It will be a slightly shorter episode at just 65 minutes, including adverts, and will finish at 10.05pm approximately. Who is at risk of being dumped on Love Island? Having seemingly hit it off early doors with Ben, 22-year-old Shakira found the rug being pulled out from under her at the end of episode one. After being welcomed to the villa by host Maya, American contestant Toni swooped in and stole Ben away and left his original partner at risk. While she was not dumped straight away, Shakira was warned that if she wasn't selected by one of the other boys in the re-coupling the following night then it would be a one-way ticket back to the UK. So it promises to be quite the dramatic start to the show - and one of the girls will go home by the end of tonight's episode. The only couple who is exempt from the re-coupling - and thus safe from the dumping - is Toni and Ben. But will Shakira be able to hold onto her place in the villa - and who will go home?
