PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) — Fourteen people have been placed on Pennsylvania's casino exclusion list, including one woman who left her infants alone in the car.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has placed each of them on the Involuntary Exclusion List, which will prevent them from gambling at any Pennsylvania casino or online.
Pennsylvania gambled over $558M in April, over 10% increase from last year
Among the people excluded is a female patron who left her twin 7-month-old babies in a car at the Valley Forge Casino Resort for 5 minutes to obtain a cash out at the sportsbook.
'Actions such as these to deny statewide gambling privileges serve as a reminder that adults are prohibited from leaving minors unattended in the parking lot or garage, a hotel, or other venues at a casino since it creates a potentially unsafe and dangerous environment for the children,' The PGCB said in a release.
There were also nine people who got placed on the Involuntary Interactive Gaming Exclusion list due to fraudulent activity while online gambling.
The PGCB added that there are a total of 1,391 people on the Involuntary Exclusion List in Pennsylvania.

AG: Pennsylvania man stole identities to buy, sell $100K in merch from Lowe's, Giant Eagle

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Office of the Attorney General has charged a Pennsylvania man for allegedly stealing hundreds of identities and buying over $100,000 in merchandise that he sold on Facebook. The Organized Retail Crime Unit charged Cornelius P. Tucker, 33, of Pittsburgh, with more than 200 counts of felony identity theft and related offenses. According to Attorney General Dave Sunday, Tucker allegedly stole hundreds of identities and made purchases at Lowe's and Giant Eagle. He then put those items up for sale, at a discount, on social media, notably on Facebook. 'This defendant placed hundreds of online orders, under the names and accounts of unsuspecting victims, then fenced the goods to buyers on Facebook,' Sunday said. 'This arrest resulted from a meticulous investigation by our Organized Retail Crime Unit, which would not have been possible without a network of collaborating partners committed to stopping these sophisticated schemes.' Tucker allegedly racked up more than $100,000 by purchasing items such as power tools and home security systems, which he then sold through his Facebook page, 'Pittsburgh Stamps.'Sunday said Tucker would place the order and pick them up at the stores throughout Allegheny, Beaver, Crawford, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. 15 banned from Pennsylvania casinos, gambling

(WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board announced 15 people have been banned from Pennsylvania casinos and online gambling after going against various laws. Being placed on an Involuntary Exclusion List prohibits people from either gaming in a casino in Pennsylvania, via an online betting site regulated by the Board, or at a Video Gaming Terminal location. The Board placed nine people on the Involuntary Casino Exclusion List, including three adults who left minors unattended while gambling in a Pennsylvania casino: A man left his 3-year-old child in a vehicle in the parking lot of Rivers Philadelphia Casino for 4 minutes to gamble at a sports wagering kiosk. A man and woman left a 5-year-old child in a non-running vehicle for 50 minutes in the parking lot of Parx Casino when the outside temperature was 19 degrees, while they gambled at table games. Four banned from Pennsylvania casinos after abandoning kids to gamble The board says denying gambling privileges serves as a reminder that adults are prohibited from leaving minors unattended, since it creates an unsafe environment for the children. Six others were placed on the Board's Involuntary Interactive Gaming Exclusion list for fraudulent actions involving online gambling.
