The identity of La Liga giants Real Madrid's next head coach has on Monday been revealed.
As confirmed by journalist and market insider Fabrizio Romano, Xabi Alonso has reached a full agreement to take up the reins at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The name of tactician Alonso has of course dominated the headlines in Spain over recent days.
This comes after the former midfielder finally announced his decision to depart Bayer Leverkusen at the end of the season.
As much came with a view to linking up with the aforementioned Real Madrid, where Alonso is set to replace the outbound Carlo Ancelotti.
And as alluded to above, on Monday, the announcement which all of a Blancos persuasion were so eagerly awaiting has finally arrived.
This comes in the form of Fabrizio Romano's 'Here we go!':
