Primark's 'hidden gem' £20 outfit shoppers 'can't wait to wear''
Primark shoppers are loving a "hidden gem" outfit they "can't wait to wear" on holiday. The retailer is well known for its affordable fashion and beauty products - and now there's a new must-have in stock.
TikTok user Holly (@imhollyfrances) shared a video showing off her latest Primark haul, which she said was filled with clothes "for a future holiday." Among the products was Primark's Stripe Halter Neck Top and matching Striped Beach Shorts.
The clip was captioned: "girlies I found so many good bit but the candy stripe beach cover is so cute, I can't wait to wear it on holiday." The post racked up more than 172k views, 17.5k likes and many comments from excited shoppers.
Holly tried on the Primark outfit in the clip and said: "This was such a hidden gem find. I almost walked past and didn't pick this up.
"It's a little set, but both pieces are sold separately. I tried it on without a bikini, but I bought it to be like a bikini cover up for holiday.
"And honestly, if you're on the smaller chested side, you can probably get away with wearing this just as a day outfit while you're on holiday. But I would need to wear a bikini with it.
"It's so lightweight, so stretchy, so comfortable. And the candy pastel stripe is just delicious. I love this pattern, I love the colours and I love the shape."
Beneath the post, one person said: "the pieces are so beautiful!!!!" while a second wrote: "OMG I love your style and your overall vibeeee." A third added: "I loved that haul," and another said: "Love this."
The Primark top and shorts are listed separately online, priced at £10 each. Primark's product description for the top states: "This halter top is all about effortless summer style. Featuring a deep V-neckline, low scoop back and a striped pattern that screams beach-ready, it's your new go-to for chilled days and golden hour plans.
"Lightweight, breezy and oh-so-flattering, it's made to pair with the matching shorts for an easy co-ord moment. Just add sunnies, sandals and you're good to glow."
The retailer's description of the shorts reads: "Brighten up your holiday fits with these striped beach shorts. Designed in a relaxed fit, they come in a bold mix of orange, yellow, and pink stripes for fun addition to your warm weather wear.
"The elasticated waistband comes with an adjustable drawstring for a comfy fit, whether you're heading to the coast or just keeping it easy at home. Lightweight and easy to wear, these shorts are ready for whatever your day has in store. Pair them with a simple tee for a city stroll or your favourite bikini top for lounging by the pool!"

The migrant posted eight videos before taking part in a live Q&A with his followers in the Afghan dialect Pashto STOP THE BOASTS Illegal migrant LIVE STREAMS step by step channel crossing & boasts 'my dream was to come here' from 4 star asylum hotel AN ILLEGAL migrant boasted on TikTok of crossing the Channel by dinghy, saying: 'Tell your friends to come.' The man racked up nearly a million views with a step-by-step guide to crossing the Channel on a small boat — and then told others to follow him as he revelled in his taxpayer-funded asylum hotel. His taunts come as figures reveal 50,271 people have crossed in a small boat since Labour and Sir Keir Starmer took office last year. Last night Reform leader Nigel Farage MP told The Sun: 'This is yet another total humiliation for our country. "The Prime Minister's soft-touch approach and refusal to address the root cause of illegal Channel crossings has turned the UK into a global laughing stock.' His first video was a 13-second clip from the middle of the Channel, showing a French lifeboat alongside his dinghy, which was full of fellow migrants. The next clip showed him grinning in an orange life jacket and pointing to the sky. A third video, bizarrely set to the theme tune of US TV drama Prison Break, showed the vessel surrounded by massive freight ships, while in a fourth he dipped his designer trainers in the water. Advertisement He was one of 435 arrivals on Saturday, and was taken in by Border Force officials to be processed at Manston, Kent. He was then bussed to the four-star Crowne Plaza hotel in West Drayton, near Heathrow. The migrant, thought to be from Afghanistan, treats TikTok viewers to a tour of his room, which had two single beds and a double plus an en-suite bathroom. He also shows them the view from his window. Small boat crossings under Labour are on brink of hitting 50,000 - one illegal migrant every 11 mins since the election Triumphing in his good fortune, he said: 'This is dedicated to those haters who were happy thinking we either drowned or ended up dead.' In a later livestream he claimed their boat began to deflate halfway through the crossing and could have capsized if Border Force officials had not rescued them. Advertisement He said: 'It was dangerous. Our boat sank. It was punctured. The water came from the inside of the boat. "On the other side, three people pumped the water. If the British boats hadn't come in an hour, we would have been in trouble.' Those who want to come, this is the best place TikTok influencer Alexandra He then encouraged others to pay thousands to people-smugglers to make the same perilous journey. He ranted: 'I risked my life, I spent my money, I came. Your country is not your mother. Advertisement "Those who want to come, this is the best place. Don't be stingy. Your country is not your father, that you are so stingy. Live your life. 'Tell your four friends to come. Why are you so stingy? Being stingy is not good for God. You see, I risked my life! Why don't you come? My wish was to come to this hotel and live. I came here just for this.' 7 Fellow illegal migrants can be seen in the boat in another clip 7 The migrant's room has two single beds, a double and an en-suite Credit: Tiktok Advertisement He also revealed how he beat warnings of deportation, claiming he had been told by UK officials: 'If I send you to France, you won't have any problem.' But he replied: 'I will commit suicide.' He went on: 'I just said it, and he got angry. I told them, and right there, I swore an oath.' Spinning on his chair with his arms in the air, he then shouted: 'Welcome to London!' It's disgraceful that illegal immigrants are saying it's their dream to be put up in a hotel Chris Philp In total, the migrant posted eight videos before taking part in a live Q&A with his followers in the Afghan dialect Pashto. 'This is a sick joke. Anyone coming to the UK illegally must be swiftly deported.' Dozens of migrants have made social media posts celebrating their arrival in the UK. The Heathrow Crowne Plaza used to cost guests £120 a night — but has been housing migrants for more than four years, and has an 8ft security fence. Advertisement Facilities include a luxury swimming pool with steam room and sauna, gym, an Irish bar, two large restaurants and a theatre. More illegal arrivals were brought in on packed buses yesterday alongside vans delivering food. One Afghan man told The Sun: 'I came to Britain a few days ago on a boat from France. This hotel is nice and we get fed and given clothes. Life is nice here so far.' A TikTok spokeswoman said it has a zero-tolerance approach to content promoting people-smuggling. Advertisement A Home Office spokeswoman said it is unacceptable 'to promote the criminal services of people-traffickers or for social media companies to allow it'. Laws are being brought in to make it easier to prosecute, she added.

I bought a 1997 static caravan for £5k & am transforming it into my dream tiny home with DIY & Dunelm buys
Plus, how much it can cost to live in a caravan VANTASTIC I bought a 1997 static caravan for £5k & am transforming it into my dream tiny home with DIY & Dunelm buys BUYING a house can be expensive, so many people are thinking outside the box to find more affordable options. One woman shared how she managed to buy a 1997 static caravan for just £5,000, and is now transforming it into her dream tiny home. 2 Loz bought a 1997 static caravan for £5,000 and was able to put it on private land Credit: Tiktok/@ 2 She showed off her incredible dining room renovation Credit: Tiktok/@ Loz Russell shared how she had found the tiny home from Sambeck Caravans in Essex and viewed around 20 before finding this one, which she was able to put on private land. In a clip on her @ account which has racked up over 126,000 views, she shared how they have already transformed the dining area on a budget to look brand new. She shared: 'Our first project is the dining area. We are completely stripping out the existing banquet seating, removing the panels on the walls, and then insulating, battening, and re-boarding. 'This was actually really funny for us because even though we knew the caravan wasn't winterised, we were not expecting to find literal polystyrene in the walls.' She shared how they stripped and insulated all of the walls, replacing them with V-groove panelling. Loz continued: 'Next week, we cut and sanded all of the new walls. We were able to borrow a workshop for this because the weather was so bad we couldn't do it outside.' They then painted the walls a bright white shade, which gave the place an instant face list. She added: 'This is when I really started to get excited, and it was really starting to come together with the new walls and some paint.' They then added a bench for seating and painted it the same colour as the walls - and then added a Swithland Roman Blind from Dunelm. Perfect for storage, the benches also lift up to reveal some extra space underneath. We moved into a caravan in my mother-in-law's garden for a year, sure it was cramped but we saved £20k She added: 'We still have the backrest to do, a little cabinet at the end to add, and the window to double glaze. But this is how it's looking now, and I honestly love it so much.' Her next jobs include adding a media wall and electric fire to the lounge. Many viewers were impressed with her caravan renovation project, and rushed to the comments to praise Loz's hard work. One said: 'Beautiful, great job, this was always my dream to do this.' Another added: 'Currently debating doing this … TikTok is a bad influence.'

Romeo Beckham shuns first class on Jet2 flight as Brooklyn bonds with billionaire in-laws
Former footballer Romeo Beckham was spotted getting on a budget airline flight in Birmingham as his older brother Brooklyn Beckham snubbed his family at his vow renewals Romeo Beckham had Jet2 passengers doing a double take as he was spotted patiently waiting for a budget flight rather than his parent's private jet. The son of David and Victoria Beckham kept a low profile as he opted for a cheap getaway. He has millions in the bank thanks to his famous mum and dad, but donned a black hoodie and matching jogging bottoms as he queued up with fellow passengers. Romeo kept busy on his phone as he was snapped waiting by barriers at Birmingham Airport. The former footballer was then snapped on the plane as he took a window seat for the journey. It comes after Romeo and his famous family were snubbed from brother Brooklyn's vow renewals to Nicola Peltz, with his billionaire father-in-law officiating the service. Romeo wore a black beanie hat and kept his headphones in as he flew to France. He was captured in zmj703's TikTok video, with many fans stunned he chose to fly with the budget airline. However, it seemed to be his expensive choice of luggage that gave the game away for him. One said: "Blending in with thousands and thousands of pounds worth of bags." Another added: "Just shows he's normal like the rest of us..." It seems Romeo is keen to keep busy and focus on doing his own thing as his family's feud rumbles on. Earlier this month, Brooklyn and his wife of three years Nicola decided to renew their vows but only in front of her family. Not only were his parents David and Victoria in the dark, but so too were his three siblings Cruz, Harper and Romeo, as well as his grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles. None of Brooklyn's UK-based friends were invited to the Los Angeles-based service and it is thought the first everyone knew about the service was when they read about it in media reports. A source told the Mirror: 'It must have been very upsetting to find out this way.' This week, Nicola and Brooklyn revealed photos of their special day as they flooded their social media with the snaps. "We just wanted a really beautiful experience — a really cute memory," Brooklyn told People about the decision. "To be honest, I could renew my vows every single day with her. "I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they're going to spend the rest of their life with. It definitely shapes you as a person. Yeah, it was really, really cute. It was really fun." Nicola's billionaire dad Nelson took on a starring role as officiant, three years on from their $3million bash at the Peltz family's sea front estate in Florida. It's understood that their estrangement from Brooklyn's family was first sparked on their big day, with reports of disagreements with Victoria over the wedding gown and a song choice she was said to have 'stolen' from the couple. Signs of a rift have steadily been showing between Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckhams, with cracks having already been spotted at the pair's original wedding. Since then, Brooklyn has opted to shun his family, going as far as to snub his own father's 50th birthday plans and his knighthood. His brothers Romeo and Cruz are no longer appearing to follow Brooklyn on social media.
