A FORMER submarine commander is facing court martial over claims of a drug-fuelled sex assault on a subordinate.
Lt Cdr John Cursiter was charged with possessing illegal drugs, sexual assault and false imprisonment.

The teenager was rushed to hospital on June 6 after collapsing at a bus stop on Leeds Road in Allerton Bywater. The 15-year-old girl sadly passed away six days after being admitted to hospital. Police have confirmed that a 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and supplying a Class A drug, but has since been released on bail.
