Highway 99W was closed between Salem and the Oregon Coast due to a crash at milepost 18, Oregon Department of Transportation reported on May 26.
All lanes were closed in both directions east of Grand Ronde due to the crash, which was reported at 1:55 p.m.
A detour has been set up that uses McDougall Rd.

Caltrans will close lanes and ramps overnight in both directions on the 5 Freeway next week as part of a $61.15 million pavement rehabilitation project in northern Los Angeles County. The closures are as follows: Sunday, Aug. 17 Up to two lanes will be closed in both directions of I-5 between Lake Hughes Road and Vista del Lago Road from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. The Templin Highway on- and off-ramps in both directions will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18, through Friday, Aug. 22 Up to three lanes will be closed in both directions of I-5 between Lake Hughes Road and Vista del Lago Road from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. The Templin Highway on- and off-ramps in both directions will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. The work includes guardrail upgrades and freeway repaving to improve ride quality and enhance worker safety. Caltrans warns nearby residents and businesses that they may experience noise, vibrations and grinding during the construction period. The project, led by Griffith Company, began in spring 2025 and is expected to continue through winter 2027. Schedules may change due to weather or other factors. PennDOT plans long-term closure of I-83 on-ramp; delays expected next Sunday

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — An Interstate 83 onramp will be closed beginning next Sunday and it'll last awhile. PennDOT says the ramp from 19th Street to I-83 northbound in Harrisburg will close Sunday, August 24. The closure, weather permitting, will begin at 9 p.m. and will be in place until the 19th Street Bridge is replaced and a new ramp is built. Drivers on I-83 should expect delays Sunday night into Monday morning as well in the area of the ramp. A PennDOT contractor will be working on sign structures in the area and there will be rolling stops of up to 15 minutes northbound. These will take place between midnight and 5 a.m. Drivers who normally use the 19th Street ramp should take Paxton Street to 32nd Street, 32nd to Wayne, and enter Interstate 83 there. Air ambulance attends crash that has closed busy A road

A single vehicle crash has caused a busy A road in the south of Suffolk to shut. Suffolk police said they were called to the crash at 3.05pm this afternoon on Melford Road, near Glemsford. An air ambulance has landed nearby. The road has been closed between the Pentlow Lane and Skates Hill junctions. A spokesperson for Suffolk police said: "The road remains closed at this time to allow officers to deal appropriately at the scene and we would ask that alternative routes are found. " They also noted that some surrounding roads are narrow, so they will not be suitable for lorries. More to follow
