Hilary Duff is "proud" of how she and her husband cope with days that "seem impossible" to deal with.
The 37-year-old actress is married to musician Matthew Koma - with whom she has Banks, six, Mae, four, and 12-month-old Townes - and took to social media to celebrate his 38th birthday on Monday (02.06.25), where she insisted that she has a "more balanced" life now because of him.
She wrote on Instagram: "My sweet insta poet - I can't compete with your compilation of words but I can share that every one of my days are comfier, funnier, sturdier, and more balanced with you in them. We have celebrated a lot of June 2nds together and since slide nine we've tripled in size.
"I'm so proud of us - making it through some of these days seems impossible but you are always there to cook or pack a meal, keep us caffeinated, carry all the bags, let me add one more stop/plan to our day, have a last minute party, or add a new animal into our already pulling at the seams life. "
The former 'Lizzie McGuire' star - who was initially married to Mike Comrie and has 13-year-old Luca with him - feels "lucky" to have had her children with Matthew, but joked that she just "hopes" that they have inherited some sort of "filter" from her.
She added: "This wild house loves you. You have the most curvy/interesting mind. Truly enthralled and entertained to hear takes from it everyday. I'm lucky our kids are half you and dear god hope they get some filter from me. I hope all your dreams come true this year and and I hope we get a few more Ojai sleeps than the last. Happy 38 Daddy!"

Sir Rod Stewart has been "ordered" to "rest" after being struck with the flu ahead of his Glastonbury set. The 80-year-old music legend caused concern after he was placed on vocal rest amid his 'One Last Time Tour'. Following the marketing success of the original 'nipple bra' in 2023, this version has already garnered awe, cringe, and bewilderment. You've got to acknowledge Kardashian's prowess for seeing a gap in the market, filling it, and then piercing it. At $148, this is an investment bra for those likely to show it off on their socials rather than being an everyday basic. Like a Guerlain perfume, or Chanel sunglasses, it makes a statement about your school of style. What kind of statement does it make? While the average reader of this masthead would likely not wear skin-tight crop tops that bare their (seemingly highly aroused) nipples for a casual day out, it's no longer taboo (if a walk through Fitzroy is any indication) to go braless or expose underboob. In March, she told Vogue Business that it matters to her to have shapewear and lingerie that cater to a broad range of body shapes, sizes (Skims go up to the equivalent of Australian sizes 20/22), skin shades and styles. These sculpted bras are not a mere novelty – the nipple bra was embraced by women who'd had a mastectomy, too. Kardashian built this empire all while completing six years of legal studies and advocating for criminal justice reform. At 44, Kardashian refuses to follow the safe marketing route in showcasing Skims lingerie only on 20-something, skinny, white girls. Her models are diverse, and her grey, brown and beige designs are not created predominantly for the male gaze, but for women's comfort. That's radical in itself. So, to the pierced nipples. This bra design is close to my heart (boom, tish!) because in my late teens, nipple piercings were a trend among the cool girls in university. I didn't dare. Then, about six years ago, when the cool girls of Hollywood (Kendall, Miley, Bella Hadid, etc) were all baring their pierced nipples in paparazzi photos, I decided to join the crew.
