SATURDAY Kitchen was unexpectedly paused by host Matt Tebbutt as he made an exciting pregnancy announcement this morning.
The hit show was halted on Saturday, May 24 when an announcement was made to viewers by main man Matt.

Matt, 51, revealed that television co-star and fellow chef Sophie Wyburd, 31, is expecting a baby.
Matt, who was joined by Anita Rani and chefs Scott Hollsworth and Sophie, halted the show when he made the announcement.
He said: "Er Sophie, first of all, congratulations.
"Sophie's pregnant!"
The studio then erupted into applause, with overjoyed faces seen all around.
Matt then spoke of Sophie's bump, saying: "You can just about see it."
Sophie smiled and said: "Just about!"
The chef was then asked if she had felt the baby kick yet and said: "First little punch yesterday, so I'll see if they'll send you a punch later."
Sophie, who is a chef, often appears on the show to showcase her simple recipes.
The London-based chef announced her pregnancy news on Instagram before today's show.

Wearing some black cycling shorts and a grey t-shirt, Sophie beamed and grinned as she cradled her blossoming bump.
In the caption she penned: "Sausage Pasta Wyburd-Kumar, growing steadily in my tummy and landing with us this autumn!!"
Sophie continued: "P.S. writing recipes for a living when for 3 months all you want to eat is spinach and ricotta tortellini is no joke, but the little person in there will be very much worth it I'm sure."
Fans and friends were quick to flood Sophie with sweet messages in the comments section.

Taylor recalled, before she and Travis, 35, proceeded to poke fun at Jason, 37, for his neurotic concerns about his demeanor before meeting them. The hitmaker ended up immortalizing the performances with selfies featuring Prince William — who was celebrating his birthday at the concerts — and his son Prince George and daughter Princess Charlotte. 'I knew you were serious when I was like, "Jason, do you want to go meet [them]?"' she continued, and Travis chimed in to narrate his older brother's reaction. 'He was like, "What do I do with my beer?"' the Kansas City Chiefs tight end said. Taylor played off her boyfriend, adding: 'I watched him have this moment with his beer where he's just like, "But I want to take it. But I know that I probably should not take it." 'I watched this happen and it was kind of the most amazing [thing],' she said with a laugh. Jason confirmed that Taylor was 'exactly' right about his tortured mental process at the time. The singer–songwriter told Travis and Jason that her father had an 'interesting summer' after undergoing an 'intense' quintuple bypass surgery. Later in the podcast, she also shared that her mother Andrea — who was diagnosed with cancer in 2015 and was later revealed in 2020 to have developed a brain tumor — had gotten her knee replaced recently. Taylor said it was a shock that her father needed such a major procedure, as she said he had had a 'perfect EKG' and 'healthy physicals' each year leading up to the surgery in July. The podcast aired live on Wednesday, shortly before Taylor delighted her fans by unveiling the artwork for her new album The Life Of A Showgirl, which she announced after midnight on Tuesday in an advance clip from the podcast. Scott's health was revealed to be far more dire than he or his family realized when he had a resting stress test this year, which revealed 'five hard blockages in his heart.' Taylor said that now her father tells all his friends to get the same resting stress test, 'because that's what's actually preventative.' Taylor added that people who learn that they're suffering from blockages earlier may be able to have less invasive stents put in. By contrast, bypass surgery usually takes the form of open-heart surgery, an extremely invasive procedure in which the breast bone can be cut in order to spread the ribs apart to access the heart, according to the Mayo Clinic. The surgery is used to repair damage from coronary artery disease, in which the arteries in the heart become partially or completely blocked by plaques, which deprives the heart of oxygen and can lead to heart attacks. Medications are used to stop the heart temporarily while a machine helps blood and oxygen flow to the rest of the body during the operation. Healthy, unblocked blood vessels, usually taken from inside the chest or the lower leg, are then grafted to allow blood to bypass the blocked portions of arteries. Recovery from the procedure can take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks. The Reputation singer said doctors impressed the seriousness of the procedure on her father, telling him, 'we've got to do this, like, tomorrow.' According to Taylor, her dad's doctors were surprised that he was even able to walk in without showing any obvious distress considering the degree to which the arteries in his heart were blocked. As he prepared for the surgery on short notice, Scott told Taylor and her brother Austin that they didn't need to rush to be with him because they were busy with their own lives, even though she planned to drop everything to support him. 'He was being the brave dad, the strong dad, you know,' Travis added. Taylor recalled finding it ridiculous how much her father tried to downplay the seriousness of his condition. 'He said something about, like, "When a cat is injured it curls up around a tree and heals itself." 'I was like, "Dad, cats don't have quintuple bypass surgery. That's wild. You're just saying stuff now. That doesn't mean anything to me."' Taylor said she promised her father she wouldn't make a fuss and fly to be with him, but it was all a fib, and he woke up surrounded by her, her brother, their mother Andrea and his best friend. She recounted how Scott was loopy in his first 15 minutes awake and turned into a comedian, which impressed her, as she thought he was usually pretty funny even when he wasn't drugged up from anesthesia. The Eras Tour singer recalled how her family told him in shock that he had had a quintuple bypass, as they didn't know how many arteries were blocked before he went into surgery. Taylor did her best impression of her dad's groggy post-surgery response with a croaking voice: 'Well, you see, I come from a very competitive family.' Scott was apparently so out of it that he tried to give the doctors and nurses around him some of Taylor's guitar picks just after he woke up from surgery — a standard treat that he carries with him for fans — except that he wasn't wearing pants and didn't have any pockets in his surgical gown to hold the picks. In the early days of his recovery, she realized that the parent–child dynamic had flipped, and now she was one of her father's caregivers. She smiled as she recalled how her parents used to scold her for staying up late to talk to her friend Abigail on the phone when she should have been sleeping, but now her brother was begging her to take her father's phone because he had been FaceTiming his friends all night from his hospital bed instead of getting some much-needed sleep and rest 'That's, like, one of the main things you need,' Travis reiterated. Andrea was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. It went into remission, but Taylor revealed it had returned in 2019. In 2020, she said doctors had discovered her mother had a brain tumor. She also revealed that Scott was at one time diagnosed with cancer; seen in 2013 in Las Vegas Taylor recounted a comical scene in which she, Austin and their mother all refused to be the one to take his phone and possibly earn his ire. The Folklore singer added that it was 'surreal' that her father used to build her cribs and play sets, but now it was her turn to build 'his shower chair and his walker' and his adjustable bed. Because Scott couldn't initially walk on his own, Taylor said she essentially moved in with her father for the summer and had to get him a harness to 'walk' him. Travis then jumped in to say her father was 'full of life' and 'appreciative that he caught it.' Later in the podcast, Taylor revealed that her father wasn't the only one with major health news, as her mother 'just got a new knee.' 'She's doing great. She's scampering around,' she said, before correcting herself. 'We're not quite at scampering yet, but she's doing great.' Travis added, 'She's up and moving around.' Taylor notably didn't share any updates on her mother's previous cancer diagnosis. It was reported in 2015 that Andrea had been diagnosed with an unspecified cancer, though it later went into remission. But Taylor revealed in a 2019 essay for Elle that her mother's cancer had returned, and in 2020 she said doctors had since discovered that Andrea had developed a brain tumor. Since then, the superstar singer has kept her mother's cancer battle behind the scenes. Although there haven't been additional updates, fans took it to be a positive sign that Andrea was such a regular presence on her daughter's whirlwind Eras Tour. Later in the podcast, Taylor went on to dub the last few months 'the summer of my parental upgrades.' 'We're just upgrading the parents, making sure they live to be at least 186 years old, because they're two of my best friends and I just adore them,' she said. The songstress started to sound emotional again as she gushed about how much she appreciated spending so much time with her parents this summer. She said she came to appreciate the 'long talks' that they would have after living together again for an extended period, which wasn't something she was used to happening when she would only see her parents for short, concentrated periods.

Kanye appeared to hint in March that he and Bianca parted ways when he leaked a new track titled Bianca—in which he alleged she ' tried to get him committed'. The lyrics to the song were uploaded to Genius, and seemed to confirm the ongoing rumours at the time. However, it would seem the pair had never separated—or reunited after a brief split— as they have been seen together several times since. It comes after fans yet again expressed concerns for Bianca when she shared several images to Instagram on Tuesday which showed her standing in a bubble. She left little to the imagination as she struck a series of poses in a revealing silver leotard, which featured a plunging neckline and a pair of matching-coloured pumps. Many of her followers flocked to the comments to express their concern amid fears she is being 'controlled' by her husband Kanye. 'Is the bubble representing Kanye? Pet Shop Boys: The night our ‘foolish idea' brought London to a standstill
It was, on the face of it, a somewhat improbable idea. One of Britain's most successful pop groups, Pet Shop Boys, would write a new 73-minute score for Sergei Eisenstein's 1925 silent movie Battleship Potemkin, about a revolt against the Russian ruling classes. They would then perform this score, as the film played on a giant screen, one summer Sunday night in the middle of Trafalgar Square. The proposal had come from Philip Dodd, the director of the Institute of Contemporary Arts, who approached the two Pet Shop Boys — Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe — in April 2003. There were good reasons to expect that Tennant, in particular, would be receptive to the plan. He had a longstanding fascination with Russian and Soviet history — an interest that has seeped into Pet Shop Boys songs and videos such as Go West and London. Still, Tennant's first instinct was to say no. 'I didn't really want to do it, to be honest, at the beginning,' he says. 'I thought, it's a lot of work and we won't get paid anything.' He laughs. 'And it was, and we didn't.' He also presumed that Lowe wouldn't be enthusiastic, but he was wrong. 'It was something different,' Lowe explains. 'What was appealing was it was for a silent film — a piece of music to go with the visuals. And you weren't dealing with a Hollywood system where they could say, 'Oh, we don't like it — we're going to get John Williams instead.'' So the Pet Shop Boys agreed. As a first step they watched a Battleship Potemkin DVD together twice, muting its soundtrack of Shostakovich pieces, collated from various symphonies, so that it wouldn't influence them. Then they began to strategise. 'It was a challenge to see if we could write a long piece of music,' Tennant says. About half the score was written in the late summer of 2003; the second half was completed in the spring of 2004. As the work progressed their thoughts turned to how this music should be orchestrated. They decided to approach the German composer Torsten Rasch, because they'd liked his album Mein Herz brennt, based on the music of the death metal band Rammstein. • Pet Shop Boys: 'Clubbing in Berlin? It's nice to still dip a toe in there' Tennant simply sent him an email: My name is Neil Tennant. I am half of the British pop duo the Pet Shop Boys. I would like to get in touch with Torsten Rasch to see if he would be interested in collaborating with us on a project mixing electronic and orchestral music. Rasch agreed, although at first the collaboration stuttered a little. 'He thought our music was very repetitive,' Tennant says. And Lowe and Tennant found Rasch's initial orchestrations far too dissonant. But over time they found a productive middle ground. Then, after several delays and crises as sponsorship fell through, a date for the Trafalgar Square performance was set: September 12, 2004. On the afternoon of the premiere, the Pet Shop Boys prepared to soundcheck. They took their places next to the orchestra, behind a light mesh screen: thin enough to be seen through but thick enough to catch the light of the film projection at night. Afterwards they walked to a nearby hotel — 'How did we end up doing this?' Lowe muttered — where, in a typical Pet Shop Boys divergence, Tennant walked up the hotel stairs while Lowe took the lift. • Pet Shop Boys live review — high-end, hit-packed pop spectacle Soon it was time for a press conference. What did this project mean to the Pet Shop Boys, compared with their other work, someone asked. 'Well, it represents a big challenge for us,' Tennant began. 'The film itself is quite romantic and hard-hitting, and with the music we've tried to bring out those aspects, and also to bring out the emotion of it — the excitement, the horror, the freedom.' 'Good answer,' Lowe said. 'Gold star.' They retired to separate rooms to rest and get dressed. At the allotted time Lowe appeared in Tennant's room, full of cheery fatalism. 'Oh, we might as well go out in style,' he declared. 'It was always a very foolish idea.' About 25,000 people had gathered in Trafalgar Square. Tennant would later quote someone's observation that 'it must have been the biggest audience there's ever been for silent film in Britain'. It had been difficult to imagine quite how it was going to work — a huge crowd watching a silent Russian film in one of the busiest parts of London while music pulsed and cascaded over them. The reality was just as difficult to describe, except to say that people seemed captivated. 'It was really a very moving occasion to be standing on the stage,' Tennant recalls. 'We were under the screen with the orchestra, and you could see all these heads looking up at the film, and this drizzle, and the light. There was a very powerful sense of occasion — and meanwhile the buses were going past.' • The 30 best movie soundtracks of all time — chosen by the critics Back at their hotel, Lowe opened a half bottle of Moët & Chandon from the minibar to share and declared: 'Well, we got through it! That was exhausting.' 'Even doing nothing most of the time,' Tennant agreed, 'is exhausting.' They flew to Ibiza the next morning, but it was far from the end of the story, paving the way for other collaborations. In 2011 their ballet based on a Hans Christian Andersen story, The Most Incredible Thing, premiered at Sadler's Wells. In 2014 they unveiled A Man from the Future, an eight-part composition about the life of the computer pioneer and code-breaker Alan Turing, at the Royal Albert Hall. 'I always remember reading a review which was very blasé about it,' Tennant says. 'As though it was the most normal thing in the world for Pet Shop Boys to perform a brand-new soundtrack to a classic silent film in Trafalgar Square with a symphony orchestra. With 25,000 people watching. As though it happened every day of the week. Whereas I think it's the only time it has ever happened.'
