Citigroup Inc. 's head of equity capital markets for Australia and New Zealand is leaving the bank to pursue another opportunity.
Rob Jahrling will be replaced by John McLean, said a spokesperson for the firm.

Australia's Qantas to Close Asia-Based Budget Carrier
SYDNEY—Australia's Qantas Airways QAN -1.12%decrease; red down pointing triangle will close its Singapore-based budget carrier at the end of next month, blaming intense regional competition and a threefold increase in supplier costs. Qantas on Wednesday said that the closure of Jetstar Asia will signal the end of 16 routes in and out of Singapore. Its Australia-based Jetstar budget carrier will not be affected, it added.
