Dalmia Bharat felicitates four rath craftsmen
The DBL felicitated - Raghunath Subudhi, Ramesh Mohapatra, Babana Maharana and Kartik Bhoi - for their exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to the sacred tradition of chariot-making.
As part of the fourth edition of the 'DSP Expert Rath Shilpkar Samman', launched in 2022 under 'Saluting the Expert' initiative, the awardees were selected by a jury of veteran craftsmen and cultural experts headed by head shilpkars - Vijay Mahapatra, Nurusingha Mahapatra, and Narayana Maharana, ensuring that only the most deserving artists are recognised.
DBL officials said another major highlight of this year's edition was distribution of around 1,000 miniature Rath replicas to the children of dealers and channel partners to spread awareness on cultural heritage among the younger generation.
Dalmia Bharat is also producing a short film that captures the inspiring journeys of the honoured shilpkars, bringing forth the legacy for wider audiences, their skill and expertise, dedication, perseverance and a sense of devotion towards the service of the Lord.

SBI Revises IMPS Charges: Free Transfers Up To Rs 25,000
Last Updated: State Bank of India now imposes nominal fees on certain online high-value transactions for retail customers using Immediate Payment Service (IMPS). State Bank of India (SBI) has revised charges for retail customers using Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) to send each other money. Following the change initiated on August 15, SBI retail customers will now have to pay nominal fees for certain online high-value transactions. The SBI has kept the small value transfers free, but the fee will be levied on higher-value exchanges. According to SBI's revised structure, all customers will continue to enjoy free online IMPS transfers up to Rs 25,000. Charges will be imposed for different brackets of transfers beyond Rs 25,000. Retail customers using the Immediate Payment Service for payments above Rs 25,000 up to Rs 1 lakh will have to pay Rs 2 + GST. For payments in the 1-2 lakh bracket, the charges will rise up to Rs 6 + GST. For those making payments in the Rs 2-5 lakh range, the charges will be Rs 10 + GST. At higher range of payments, charges can extend up to Rs 20 + GST. With the nominal fees now in place, branch IMPS charges have not been changed. Notably, these SBI revised rates do not apply to salary package account holders of various government, defence and corporate categories. Such employees will continue to enjoy waivers for online IMPS transfers. According to Zee Biz, this includes 'all variants of Defence Salary Package (DSP), Para Military Salary Package (PMSP), Indian Coast Guard Salary Package (ICGSP), Central Government Salary Package (CGSP), Police Salary Package (PSP), Railway Salary Package (RSP), Shaurya Family Pension Accounts, Corporate Salary Package (CSP), State Government Salary Package (SGSP), Startup Salary Package (SUSP), and Family Savings Account–SBI Rishtey." The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) boosts IMPS with a real-time payment system, accessible to Indian citizens throughout the day with a Rs 5 lakh transaction limit and SMS and IVR channels services. No setup is required in advance for branch, ATM, and IVR transactions. But reports suggest that customers using mobile, internet and SMS banking will have to first register. Dilip Buildcon rises after consortium emerges as L-1 bidder for Rajasthan-based Rs 2,952 crore project
Dilip Buildcon advanced 1.66% to Rs 485 after the company announced that the DBL-RAMKY Consortium has been declared as the L-1 bidder for Rajasthan Water Grid Project, which is worth Rs 2,952 crore. The tender for the project was issued by the Rajasthan Water Grid Corporation, previously known as the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project Corporation. The contract, awarded on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) basis, involves the construction of a feeder from Isarda to Khura Chainpura to Bandh Baretha Bharatpur. This includes all necessary components and their operations and maintenance (O&M) for 20 years. The project has to be executed within a period of 27 months. Shares of Ramky Infrastructure were currently trading 1.40% higher, at Rs 564.15 on the BSE. Separately, the company informed that the DBL-RBL JV has received the letter of acceptance (LOA) for Rs 1503.63 crore project from Gurugram Metro Rail (GMRL). The project involves the construction of a viaduct and 14 elevated stations along the Gurugram Metro Corridor. This work covers the section from Millennium City Centre to Sector 9, as well as a 1.85 km spur to Dwarka Expressway and a ramp to the depot at Sector 33. The contract, which is part of a larger 26.65 km corridor, also includes a Bhaktawar Chowk underpass but excludes pre-engineered building (PEB) and architectural finishing works. The project is slated for completion within 30 months. Dilip Buildcon is presently in the business of development of infrastructure facilities on an Engineering Procurement and Construction basis (EPC) and undertakes contracts from various government and other parties and special purpose vehicles promoted by the company. The companys consolidated net profit soared 93.57% to Rs 271 crore in Q1 FY26, compared with Rs 140 crore in Q1 FY25. However, revenue from operations fell 16.40% year on year (YoY) to Rs 2,620 crore in Q1 FY26.

DBL-RAMKY CONSORTIUM has declared as L-1 bidder for the tender floated by the Rajasthan Water Grid Corporation (erstwhile known as Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project Corporation) on Hybrid annuity model. The project entails construction of feeder from Isarda to Khura Chainpura to Bandh Baretha Bharatpur including all components with its O&M for a period of 20 years on Hybrid Annuity Model (ERCP-09-TF-8). The project cost is Rs 2952 crore.
