Mother's day, that annual festival of flowers, fond feelings and thinly disguised commercialism. Yes, we are all quite clear that this is a holiday designed to extract our hard-earned cash, but look, there's everything right about celebrating her and all that that she does for you and the family. Correct?
Even if you disapprove of the day entirely, there are few better ways to get any Sunday off to a good start than an excellent present. Plus, a last minute dash for petrol station flowers or a corner shop card, is impossible to disguise as anything but 'I forgot and panicked.'
It's not cheap, but it is a fabulous objet with may be refilled or repurposed for months and years to come. Inspired by the incense-heavy scents of the 70's, expect this to fill the room with heady patchouli and musk perfection. (bellafreud.com)
At-home beauty tools are a luxury, but can make a meaningful difference when it comes to getting the best form from your skin at home. Industry insiders recommend this LED Light Therapy Mask time and time again, making it a failsafe win. (currentbody.com)
These iconic palettes from cult LA brand Hourglass are the insider go-to for achieving perfectly diffused, beautifully soft-focus, alluringly lit-from-within skin. (hourglasscosmetics.co.uk)
A beauty icon defined. Charlotte Tilbury tested the original formula of this cream backstage at endless fashion shows and shoots, and now one sells every two minutes worldwide. Intensely moisturising with Hyaluronic Acid, Rosehip Oil and Vitamins E and C, it is the perfect base for makeup. (charlottetilbury.com)
London-bred Tortware produces well-made clips that hold all hair types and look cool. Plus, because they're hand-poured in eco-resin, each one's pattern is charmingly unique. (tortware.com)
One of my all-time favourites, this super pretty, thrillingly hydrating, PH-activated balm delivers the nonchalant polish we all need more of. Favoured by the likes of Cate Blanchett and Charlize Theron. dior.com
Expect under-the-radar perfume perfection in the form of this elegant, beautifully bottled iris eau from Prada. Whisper-soft and perfectly powdery, it is designed as a second-skin scent, allowing its ingredients to fuse uniquely with each wearer. (sephora.co.uk)
Buttery gifts are always an excellent thing and I'm particularly taken with this cute, croissant candle served up in a diner mug from London Brand Earl of East. Probably best to pick up a couple of the real deal while you're at it. (earlofeast.com)
Slip's signature pure mulberry silk was commissioned (and is constantly refined) to boost the strength, shine and softness of your hair and skin so you can make the most of your beauty sleep. This scalloped edge beauty is firmly on my wish-list. (cultbeauty.co.uk)
Luna Daily The Hospital Bag Essentials Kit, £30 Not the most glamorous gift, but as someone who has been there twice, trust me that this is a must for mamas to be. Developed with gynaecologists, it includes all you need to support skin through late pregnancy, birth and beyond. Particular praise must go to the Post-Birth Soothing Spray… (luna-daily.com)

At first, the price was a shock for me, but after seeing reviews and doing research, it is actually on the cheaper end, and for the quality, it is 100% worth it. SO much as I had to write our first Amazon review for it, lol. This thing is so sturdy, thick quality so it can take on some weight, bonus points for the waterproof pocket for phones, keys, etc and it is cute on top of it. 10/10 recommend this bag! Sometimes I blow my hair dry after I get out of the shower and put it on and then after I blow dry I put it on some more, and it looks absolutely beautiful — no greasy hair here. Its bendable design lets you twist it into all sorts of neat shapes (though the squiggle is classic), and you can program it to all sorts of color combos and lighting effects! The cozy glow this gives at night is unmatched — Hue, who? Some reviewers compare this to the Hue LightStrip and prefer this option, considering it's a fraction of the price!Jenae: "I own the old version of this light (before this newer model released) and still absolutely love it. First of all, it's SOOO easy to put on the wall — it comes with these little adhesive plastic brackets that you just slide onto the rope and then press against the wall, and continue adding them as needed to support the shape you're making. The Govee app makes it so easy to program the lighting however I like, and it's upgraded my nighttime cozy vibes in a MAJOR way. Also, I recently moved apartments and re-mounted my Govee rope light in a different shape on my new wall, and it was just as easy as the first time (just be careful removing the adhesive brackets as it can rip paint off — this happened to me with one of them, but we patched it easily)."I'll probably come back for this improved model eventually, which is made of even more flexible, softer materials and has improved lighting effects and upgraded bend clips. Plus, they now only offer this light in 9- and 16-foot lengths, which totally makes sense — mine is the old 6-foot version that they don't even sell anymore, probably because it's not quite long enough to make elaborate shapes with. You might not think you need that much length, but once you start creating waves and shapes on your wall, you'll realize it's very much needed to get the full effect!"Price: $46.99+ (originally $69.99+; available in three lengths) — and shop all the Govee deals here A set of golden bracelets for 20% off, giving ~quiet luxury~ vibes at "I want to pay rent this month" prices. Promising review: "I absolutely love this bracelet set! The pieces are delicate yet sturdy, and they can be worn together or separately for different looks. The design is simple but elegant, making it perfect for both casual and formal occasions. They're also really comfortable to wear all day. Definitely worth the price!" —Brandy Gay Price: $15.19 for a set of three (originally $18.99; also available in sets of two) Or a simple faux diamond tennis bracelet for 20% off to add a touch of sophistication to any outfit without the price of name-brand versions like Swarovski (even though reviewers agree this looks like the Real Deal 👀). I personally own almost all my 'daily wear' jewelry from Pavoi and swear by it. Everything is so easy to accessorize and makes my outfits look and feel so much more put together, and the pieces are so durable that they're easily worth twice what I paid. This picture [on the left] is after using the strips TWICE! I did not use any filters on these pictures! I've never seen whitening results this quickly! Promising review: "Wow wow wow!!! 🤩 This blanket is so soft and the colors and image is so vibrant! The material is great. Lightweight but also snuggly weighted, I don't know how to describe it. I almost bought the one from Anthropologie, but this is exactly like it way less price! Promising review: "I have the Skims bodycon as well, and this is a great alternative! The Skims dress is ribbed, and the fabric is thinner and softer, but I don't think that the Skims dress quality increases proportionally with the higher price point. If I were to purchase another bodycon dress, it would hands down be this one. It hugs my figure beautifully and can be layered and styled for all seasons. It's one of the most versatile pieces in my wardrobe!" —Makayla CurtisPrice: $19.99 (originally $24.99; available in women's sizes XXS–XL and in eight colors) A paraben-free self-tanner for 20% off in case you feel your best with bronzed, sun-kissed skin — in just one hour, you'll have just that so you can ~thrive~ in your sundresses and shorts for well over a week before having to apply again. This lightweight mousse applies evenly and leaves a golden hue (so no worries about looking like a patchy orange Oompa-Loompa). And! If you've been looking for a cheaper alternative to St. Tropez, this bottle is a much lighter hit to your wallet. Promising review: 'If you use St. Tropez tan products or any fake tanner, do yourself a favor and try this. This stuff is AWESOME. Dries quickly, lasts longer, does NOT make your skin stinky, applies evenly, and you get a fair amount of product!! Other tanners I've used become VERY noticeable when they start fading. Gross hand lines, patchy white spots, etc., but not this stuff. The best one-hour tan I have ever used!' —Review Writer Price: $5.67+ (originally $7.09+; available in five tanning levels and various styles) A square-neck lettuce trim "going out" top for up to 25% off that a lot of reviewers compare to an expensive mall brand version that goes for $38, making this one wayyy cheaper. And thank goodness, because once you fall for its comfy stretch and effortless cool, you're going to want it in WAY more colors. Promising review: "Lovely top, the stretch is just right and not super duper spandex like some stretchy things. Getting it on and off was a cinch. The fabric is a nice weight, somewhere between heavy and lightweight. I liked that my bra was hidden by the straps and didn't stick out anywhere, and, it isn't too short — it doesn't show belly. It will be a sweet addition to my summer wardrobe! Highly recommend." —merkie mooPrice: $14.99+ (originally $19.99; available in women's sizes XS–XL and 19 colors) A pair of Buff Bunny-inspired booty-highlighting biker shorts for 20% off for anyone who wants to add some fun prints and colors to their favorite ~asset~ when they're on the move, for a fraction of the usual $48 price. Promising review: "I literally just returned the Buff Bunny Legacy Short to buy this instead since it seemed the same from the reviews. I even like it slightly better." —rebecca"I love Buff Bunny, but I don't love the prices. I went on their website and found the exact fabric makeup for the legacy shorts and put that into Amazon, and boom, these shorts popped up. They are one percent off from the ones that Buff Bunny makes, but these are BETTER. They are so buttery soft; they have good stretch, but they also have a good amount of compression to make you feel snatched, not to mention they give you the juiciest peach!" —JennyPrice: $19.99+ (typically $24.99; available in women's sizes XXS–3X and dozens of styles and prints) A wildly popular set of Tozo wireless headphones for up to 24% off that are super reliable and won't break the bank. These bbs have — no joke — over 160,000 (!!) 5-star ratings on Amazon from reviewers who consider them a fantastic AirPods alternative for their low price, great sound, waterproof + sweatproof design, and solid battery life (over 10 hours on a single charge). Promising review: "I bought these for the price and as a trial run on whether or not I could keep up with small wireless earbuds. Comes with a lot of different ear bud sizes, cancels noise well, the sounds is actually decent/better than I expected and I've accidentally thrown these into the washer and dryer and they still work the same. I was gifted AirPods and honestly find myself reaching for the Tozo buds more often because they're so much more comfortable in my ears. Definitely will buy another pair if these die on me." —LiubhardPrice: $18.99+ (originally $24.99; available in five colors) A high-quality, *just* compressive enough layering T-shirt for 20% off reviewers love so much that a ton of them tried it and immediately ordered more colors to stock up. Helps with pain relief and massage in pressure spots I wasn't able to get before. I had access to use a Theragun before and haven't noticed any difference between items, and [this is] at a much lower price point. Whatever extra Theragun features there might be, I haven't needed them, and the heads are interchangeable between Theragun and this. Very happy with my purchase." —tauntaunPrice: $66.49+ (typically $89.99+; available in nine styles) Juno & Co.'s Clean 10 Cleansing Balm for 20% off, a game-changing makeup remover made with a blend of pearl barley and vitamin E that reviewers adore for getting that ✨ CLEAN clean✨ feeling — it's designed to leave zero residue or oiliness, *plus* brighten skin and reduce hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Takes away the winter pallor of my face which definitely has not had enough sun lately. The bottle is small, but you don't need to use much. Reasonably priced for the amount. I would say buy it." —IncognitoPrice: $4.79 (originally $5.99) MagicMinerals AirBrush Foundation for up to 37% off, your new favorite alternative to Dior's (discontinued!!) Here's what BuzzFeeder Emma Lord has to say:"HELLO — I found this through a recommendation on a Reddit beauty forum for people in their thirties, and I am OBSESSED. I am not very skilled with makeup and was intimidated by the brush factor, but it's nearly foolproof. This foundation straight-up glosses over my pores and redness and makes my skin look so even-toned and natural that it doesn't look like I used much foundation at all. It's a bit price-y compared to brands I used in the past, but I'm still on my first bottle of it, and it's been three full months. I hope this never stops getting made. It is so lightweight and lovely and has made my makeup routine feel like a TREAT."Promising review: "Okay WOW. I've never used an airbrush foundation before, so I was pretty skeptical, but oh my goodness, this covered everything and looked SO natural. And it took five seconds! Not tacky or sticky at all, and not drying either. A little goes a long way, lesson quickly learned, and the brush is your best friend for blending it out. Just keep blending and keep blending, and it looks better and better. I still looked fresh-faced and flawless after a full day of family and running around. Revealed: A timeline of Love Island's Harry & Emma's complicated relationship, from first kiss to villa rows

Love Island is currently underway and it's a jam packed villa, following the Casa Amor recoupling. We now have a total of 12 couples in the villa and two singletons floating about. One of the new couples is Emma and Conor. Emma is the ex of Harry, and her arrival in the main villa last night (9th July) caused some tension, as Harry accused her of coming all that way to "throw dirt" on his name. In tonight's episode (10th July), Emma and Helena have a pretty heated chat, as Helena questions why Emma came on the dating show. "Did you come in here for Harry?" Helena asks. "No. You don't for one second need to worry about that," Emma says, before saying: "I think there's been things which I really don't agree with how you've carried yourself… Sneaking off to the Hideaway behind Shakira's back…' As the exes figure how to live together while in villa, here's a timeline of Harry and Emma's relationship from the good ole days, to villa life. Harry and Emma dated for about three to four years. Emma previously shared a selfie on Instagram, where she can be seen cosying up to Harry in matching baseball caps, hers bearing an "E" and, his, an "H". TikTok users pointed out her similarities to Shakira and Yasmin, who Harry previously had an interest in while in the villa before coupling up with Helena. The image has since been deleted from Emma's Instagram, which has no posts pre-2024 and the pair no longer follow each other, but they haven't removed all traces of one another. On 14th March 2021, Harry shared a picture with him and his mother for Mother's Day. "Happy Mother's Day I owe it all to you! #thecreator" he captioned the photo. Emma was one of the people to comment on the picture, sharing three pink double-heart emojis. Harry was also friends with Emma's sister, who commented: "Cool guy" on a snap of him in Egypt back in 2023. "Very good very cool," he replied to the comment. It's not quite clear when the duo broke up, but according to Harry they were together for about three years after he cheated. If they got together around 2021, as their social media interactions imply, the pair will have ended things sometime last year. Speaking to Helena about cheating on Emma, the 30 year-old said: "Yeah, a week in. Then we were together for almost three years after that." Emma gave her side of events during Casa Amor, saying: "Harry and I had been together for four years but unfortunately we broke up because he was misbehaving." She then revealed that Harry "brought girls" back to their home without her permission, leading to their break up. She said: "The fact of the matter is, you've brought girls into our home, and I wouldn't do that to you, because that was the rules, and you think the rules don't apply to you. "It's my house, Harry. You think as soon as there's a boundary in place, cross it? You think, 'Oh yes, let me just f*** this up', like there's just no need for any other woman to be in my house." Harry and Emma reunited on Sunday's episode (6th July) of Love Island as Casa Amor kicked off for season 12. Following the couples breakfast, the Love Island 2025 cast were told to gather around the fire pit as six new girls arrived on the terrace. Harry then noticed his ex, and told the boys she's the reason he has the letter "E" tattooed on his wrist, although some fans have pointed out that he originally said this tattoo was for his late nan. Emma blew Harry a kiss from the terrace, and they later caught up at Casa Amor, as she called him out for his behaviour. They shared a kiss during the game of Raunchy Races, and some fans pointed out that it was quite "long" leading many to think they might be getting back together. "Harry and Emma that kiss was a little long #LoveIsland #LoveIslandUK," one fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter). "That Harry and Emma kissed meant so much didn't think it was going to end #loveisland" another said. Nevertheless, Emma insisted on letting the other cast members know that she wasn't coming to the villa to get back with Harry. During the Casa Amor recoupling, Harry said that it was a "long way" for her to come to "throw dirt" on his name, and she said that he just didn't like being "exposed' for who he really is. New episodes of Love Island air on weekdays and Sundays.

French Montana Pops Out In Paris With New Girlfriend, The Princess Of Dubai

In 2011, French Montana told us he was a 'Shot Caller,' and in 2025, he continues to show that he is a shot maker. The Bronx artist recently popped out with his new girlfriend, who just so happens to be the Princess of Dubai. The Moroccan rapper and Sheikha Mahra, also known as Xtianna due to her Instagram username, were spotted looking cozy in Paris over the last week, just days before Paris Fashion Week's Haute Couture week. There are multiple photos of them holding hands and posing romantically with that 'new couple glow.' On her IG page, she has a highlight titled 'Paris' with a white heart emoji that includes photos of the Eiffel Tower, luxurious dinners, and holding a lock with a red heart placed over it. There is another hand holding that lock, seemingly a man's, with a red fur sleeve showing. It is safe to believe that despite the two being spotted publicly, via The Source and Hindustan Times, they may be interested in protecting their privacy on social media, and thus the red heart was placed over the lock to possibly block their names or initials on it. Modern-day social media users can relate to the 'I want to show I'm with someone, but not reveal who they are yet' type of move. This would make French's recent interview with Rah Ali on Sited make even more sense. Ali praised him for his high energy and credited it to his sobriety journey, but she thought there may be another source of his happiness: a special woman in his life. Montana, however, was not interested in divulging any of that information. 'I'll skip that one,' he said. 'I just want to keep my private life my private life […] I feel like every time it hits the media, it goes down to sh*t after that.' Given the fact that it appears he is dating an Emirati princess, the daughter of the United Arab Emirates' Prime Minister Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, protecting their privacy makes all the sense in the world. Not to mention, Mahra recently divorced her ex-husband, Sheikh Mana al Maktoum, in July 2024, just a few months after they had their daughter due to infidelity.
