Spice Girls pay sweet tribute to David Beckham on his 50th birthday with cute nickname
THE SPICE Girls have revealed David Beckham's cute nickname in a tribute post for his 50th birthday.
The football legend reached the milestone age on Friday and has been flooded with celebratory messages from his famous pals.

David has shared a string of tribute posts on his Instagram story including one from his wife Victoria's iconic girl band.
The Spice Girls posted two photos of David on their official social media account and sweetly called him the "original Spice Boy".
They captioned it: "One of our original Spice Boys turns 50 today! Happy birthday David Beckham."
The first snap showed the sports star wearing a blue Spiceworld jumper while Spice Up Your Life played in the background.
The second picture showed David flashing the peace sign while rocking a t-shirt with Victoria's face on it and her "Posh" nickname.
It comes after fashion designer Victoria pulled out all the stops with an early celebration for David.
David hosted a black-tie gathering with wife Victoria, 51, their family and close friends earlier this week at a £10million Cotswolds estate.
The elegant affair saw Becks and his guests donning tuxedos and ballgowns, sipping cocktails, and going for a midnight swim fully dressed.
David's Porsche Penske from the IndyCar Series was seen parked up outside at the swanky soirée.
Victoria Beckham can't keep her hands off husband David as they dance in a restaurant on his 50th birthday
As the night progressed things took a wild turn with some attendees jumping in David and Victoria 's pond, tuxedos and all.
The superstar couple's youngest son Cruz, 20, shared a glimpse of the night on social media, posting a sweet photo with his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 29.
They coordinated their looks with budding rock star Cruz in a classic tux and standout red braces, and Jackie in a striking red satin gown.
NO SHOW?
The Sun revealed that David is hosting a lavish party tonight in London - although there are fears eldest son, Brooklyn, will NOT attend despite being in the capital.
Tellingly, the 26-year-old did not publicly post a 'happy birthday' message to his dad - the first time he has failed to do so.
However, Becks had an 'amazing' day with the rest of his family, as the clan hired a £40 million Brigadier Global 6000 private jet, spending the afternoon supping wines in a Bordeaux vineyard.
Wife Victoria paid tribute to him on Instagram with a montage of photos and a sweet clip of daughter Harper as a toddler, warbling 'There's only one David Beckham'.
A source added: 'David had the most incredible day, and felt truly spoilt.
'The immediate family flew out from Oxford, spent the afternoon supping wines - even Harper had a little sip - and then jetted to Paris in the evening for dinner at one of his favourite restaurants. Victoria went all out.
'It was pretty much a perfect day, although sadly Brooklyn was unable to make it.
'Tonight is the big London bash with his celeb pals, family and friends but although Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola, are invited - and are in town - they have yet to RSVP.
"There has been some contact between them though.
"So it's all very up in the air - there's certainly a lot of tension there right now, but David just wants to focus on the positives, and what will be will be.'
Around 40 guests - including Gordon and Tana Ramsay, Guy Ritchie, Tom Cruise and the couple's personal trainer, Bobby Rich, are expected to attend the three source, sit-down meal.

Music icon uses final lifeline on tough 90s pop question on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire – but would you have got it?
Keep scrolling to find out what happened when they faced the tough question STOP RIGHT NOW Music icon uses final lifeline on tough 90s pop question on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire – but would you have got it? A MUSIC icon was forced to use his final lifeline on a tough 90s pop question on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - but would you have got it? Jeremy Clarkson welcomed Jools Holland to the ITV quiz's famous hotseat. 7 Jools Holland took on the challenge of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Credit: ITV 7 But the musician was stumped on this question Credit: ITV 7 Jools had to use his last lifeline on the question which was 'ask host Jeremy Clarkson' Credit: ITV Jools was in the hotseat for a special celebrity edition of the show, which also featured, Nina Wadia, and Ugo Monye, all aiming to win money for charity. When it was the piano man's time to face Jeremy, he struggled early on. He used both his "ask the audience" and "phone a friend" lifelines by the time he reached the £1,000 question. Jools then used his "50/50" on a question about Joe Wicks. So when he got to the big £16,000 question, he only had one lifeline left. Which was lucky because he was totally stumped when he was asked a question about the Spice Girls - a band he has a close relationship with. Host Jeremy asked: "The maiden name of which Spice Girl was also the name of two US presidents?" The answers to choose from were: A) Emma B) Geri C) Victoria or D) Melanie C. However the music legend, who appeared in the famous girl group's 1997 film SpiceWorld The Movie - was left scratching his head, and had to use his "ask the host" lifeline. Between him and Jeremy, they managed to answer the question correctly, which was, "C) Victoria." Celeb Millionaire contestant forced to use lifeline on tricky Shakespeare question - but could you get it right- After it was revealed he had got the question right, the pianist pretended to wipe his brow and fall off his chair in exasperation. Jools went onto bow out of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? with £16,000, which he donated to The Prince's Trust and Caring Hands charities. ACTRESS STUMPED In the same episode, fellow contestant, actress Nina Wadia, also found herself stumped - this time over a tricky Shakespeare question. The former EastEnders star has already exhausted three lifelines before facing the big £64,000 question. It posed: "The origin of the modern phrase 'there's a method in my madness' can be traced back to which Shakespeare tragedy?" 7 Jules got the question right in the end, after using his last lifeline Credit: ITV 7 Actress and comedian Nina Wadia also took on Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? Credit: ITV Nina's available options were A) King Lear, B) Macbeth, C) Othello or D) Hamlet. Having been asked by Jeremy, the star admitted she "loves Shakespeare" but was struggling to work out the correct answer. She believed either B) Macbeth or D) Hamlet was right, although wasn't fully certain on either. 7 The actress was stuck on a difficult Shakespeare question for £64,000 Credit: ITV Nina therefore opted to use her last lifeline - Ask the Audience - to help out. The results showed 43% believed the answer was Macbeth while Hamlet placed second with 32%. Nina selected Macbeth, but the correct answer turned out to be Hamlet. She still walked away with £32,000 for her charity - having set her safety net at that amount - in the episode first aired last year. Who has won the jackpot on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Who Wants to Be a Millionaire has offered hundreds of hopeful contestants the chance to become millionaires, but there has only been a handful of lucky winners. There have only been five real winners so far on the show as Charles Ingram, who was the third winner of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? in 2001, had his claim to the prize thrown out because of cheating allegations. The official winners are... Judith Keppel In 2000, garden designer Judith Keppel made quiz show history as she became the first ever winner of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Judith is also the only woman ever to have won the million-pound prize. David Edwards Former physics teacher David became the second contestant to win the top prize in April 2001. Following his success, Edwards went on to compete in both series of Are You an Egghead? in 2008 and 2009. Robert Brydges Oxford-educated banker Robert became the third Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? champion when he won the quiz show several moths after David in 2001. Robert has stayed out of the limelight since his win. Pat Gibson World champion Irish quiz player Pat won the show in 2004. Amazingly Pat had TWO of his lifelines still available for his final question, something no other winner has managed. Ingram Wilcox Ingram came close to losing on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? in 2006 as he had used all his lifelines up at the £32,000 mark, but in a shocking twist he went on to scoop the jackpot. In the end, the right answer ultimately turned out to be B) Serendipity. Nicholas didn't let much disappointment show, as he optimistically said: "Still get £125,000." Speaking afterwards, Jeremy estimated: "We've just seen a contestant lose what we think is the biggest amount of money in Millionaire history." Who Wants To Be A Millionaire airs on ITV1 and ITVX.

Geri Halliwell-Horner insists she snacks all the time to avoid being 'hangry' as she chomps on leftover food in kooky behind the scenes video
Geri Halliwell-Horner posted a kooky video about how she 'snacks all the time' to stop being 'hangry' on Instagram on Wednesday. The Spice Girl, 52, took to her official Instagram account to share the video with her 1.4million followers as she promoted her brand new book, Rosie Frost: Ice On Fire. Geri could be seen with her team in her dressing room during the promotional campaign as she declared she enjoys snacking. She told fans: 'Guess what I'm eating, I can't even tell what I'm eating, it doesn't taste like what it should. Dates with Chia?' As the video progressed, Geri revealed her leftover food habit as she pointed out: 'This is overnight oats, and it's really nice, really nice. I've only just discovered them. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'What I'm going to do is take them with me, I've had it every day. A creature of habit, once I like something.' She added: 'My mother always said "don't waste food", I don't like wasting food.' Ginger Spice then ended the clip by loading her food haul into her bag as she set off on the next stop of her promo tour. Meanwhile, it was recently revealed how Geri is still cashing it in from her Spice Girl days, almost three decades after she quit the band in 1998. The mum-of-two has several profitable business ventures alongside her husband Christian Horner, including a race horse company, real estate investments and as a children's author. However, even without those incomes, the pop star is still sitting pretty, as new accounts filings reveal she made more than £860,000 last year though her former band. Geri's company, Wonderful Productions, was set up to receive income from the Spice Girls, and according to the latest published accounts, has reported an £862,312 profit for the 12 months up to August 2024. This takes the accumulated earnings held by the mum-of-two in the business to a staggering £2.16 million. Geri's latest book Rosie Frost: Ice On Fire, was released earlier this year and immediately became a hit. The new novel soared up the charts to become the #1 best seller on Amazon. Ice On Fire is a sequel to Geri's first book, Rosie Frost & the Falcon Queen, and was released this week, with the singer saying she'd hope it 'empower' the young readers. Earlier this week, MailOnline revealed how Geri and her husband Christian have launched a second bid to have plush gates installed at their giant Grade II listed mansion. The couple wanted to shift their current boundary back from the road and install stone posts on either side, replacing the current timber set-up. But planners rejected their plans as the 10ft tall proposals were 3ft higher than the current gate. Now the couple have re-applied to replace their gates - but this time limited the height of the gate to two meters.
