"Interview With the Vampire" Season 3 Gets a Release Window
"Interview with the Vampire" remains one of AMC's most noteworthy shows of all time, not only among fans but also with critics.
The vampire drama last aired on June 30, 2024, with its epic Season 2 finale that left fans immediately hungry for more episodes, fortunately, the wait for the new season will not be long as AMC just confirmed the release window for the next chapter while also dropping a thrilling production update via
TV Insider
.
"Interview with the Vampire" will return in 2026 with Season 3, which will see Lestat (Sam Reid) in his rockstar era going on tour.
Production on the season is set to take place later this year in Canada, according to Reid and executive producer Mark Johnson's statement during the Deadline Contenders FYC event.
Johnson said: 'The writers are busy working away, meaning Rolin has no time to himself right now. We are going to be shooting in Toronto, of all places, later in the year, not too far away.'
While no official premiere date has been set yet for Season 3 of the "Interview with the Vampire", fans still have an idea about what's next for the ever-toxic Lestat, who 'sets his story straight by starting a band and going on tour.'
The installment will be an adaptation of Anne Rice's second book in The Vampire Chronicles series, The Vampire Lestat and in it, Lestat turns himself into a rockstar to use his fame to respond to Louis' interview with Molloy, which resulted in a hit book.
In addition to the premiere window, AMC unveiled their plans to bring a bit of Lestat's highly anticipated tour to life ahead of Interview with the Vampire's return.
As the fan-favorite character embarks on the tour, the network will bring advertisers with him and invites partners to join in the fun via a statement that reads: 'Content Room is inviting partners to hit the road with Rockstar Lestat for a Season 3 promotional tour including a variety of stops. This 'Backstage Pass' offering will integrate advertisers across all touchpoints of the tour — from in-show, on-ground and through custom media campaigns. Kicking off later this year, opportunities include first look 'soundchecks' of the new season, shoppable co-branded consumer products in a Rock Shop merch store, and in-world integrated content.'
"Interview with the Vampire" was renewed for a third season in June 2024, with Reid and Jacob Anderson confirmed to reprise their roles as Lestat and Louis, respectively.
Eric Bogosian and Assad Zaman are expected to return as Daniel Molloy and Armand.
The bingeworthy gothic horror resumes in 2026 with new episodes.

"Zootopia 2" Unveils Trailer
Yara Sameh Disney has dropped the official trailer for "Zootopia 2," the highly anticipated animated sequel to its Oscar-winning 2016 hit. The footage features Quinta Brunson as the voice of a quokka therapist, Dr. Fuzzby, who leads a group therapy session for dysfunctional police partners. Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) attend the session just one week after officially becoming partners. Judy insists their being there is a misunderstanding, but Dr. Fuzzby isn't buying it. The second half of the trailer lays out the sequel's plot, which involves Judy and Nick being handed an important assignment involving a snake that has arrived in Zootopia — even though, according to Nick, no snake has set foot in the city "in forever." In the movie, Judy and Nick's partnership is put to the "ultimate test when they find themselves on the twisting trail of a mystery tied to the arrival of a venomous snake in the animal metropolis," Disney's plot synopsis reads. Oscar-winner Ke Huy Quan has joined the sequel's cast as Gary De'Snake, while returning stars include Idris Elba as Chief Bogo, Nate Torrence as Clawhauser, Jenny Slate as Bellwether, Alan Tudyk as Duke Weaselton, Tommy Chong as Yax, and Shakira as pop star Gazelle. The original "Zootopia," set in a city where various species of anthropomorphic animals live together, is one of Disney's biggest hit animated movies of the past decade. It grossed more than $1 billion at the worldwide box office and won the Academy Award for best animated film. "Zootopia 2" will be Disney's latest animated sequel, hoping to make a splash around the Thanksgiving holiday. It will hit theaters on November 26, 2025. In 2023, "Moana 2" set a record for the biggest Thanksgiving weekend box office opening of all time and went on to sail past the $1 billion mark at the global box office. "Zootopia 2" should allow Disney to bounce back from the failure of its original animated film "Elio," which disappointed at the box office in June with the lowest opening weekend in Pixar history domestically. After "Zootopia 2," Disney has the animated sequels "Toy Story 5" and "Ice Age 6" scheduled for 2026, while "Frozen 3" is set for 2027. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results
