Yahoo6 days ago
Jenna Bush Hager, the host of Today With Jenna & Friends, recently revealed her plans for the future on the show. She has been on the daytime talk show since 2019, but it seems that she has made up her mind about what she intends to do in the future.
Is Jenna Bush Hager leaving Today With Jenna & Friends?
Jenna Bush Hager is not immediately leaving Today with Jenna & Friends, but she revealed in the latest episode of her show, on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, that she is indeed open to moving back to her hometown. She claimed that she would want to move back to Austin, Texas, after this show, or her role in the show, comes to an end. She joined the show six years ago.
'I have this sort of dream — I just think everybody should have chapters in their lives. So, I have a dream, I don't know how realistic it is, but when this chapter, when the Jenna & Friends chapter has come to a close…' Bush Hager said about her potential future exit to guest host Matt Rogers.
When Rogers countered, asking why that would ever happen, the host replied, 'Well, linear television, baby! Who knows?'
She also revealed that her kids becoming teenagers is also another reason she is considering moving back to Austin. 'When I'm ready to go to my next chapter, I think it'd be so nice to move back to Texas and let my kids — I went to a big public high school — like, have a different life,' she added.
As many know, Hager grew up with her twin sister, Barbara, and very famous parents, George W. Bush and Laura Bush, in Texas. She previously taught at educational institutions in Washington, D.C., before becoming a Today correspondent.
While she is not exiting immediately, with this revelation, it is now clear that she may leave soon.

Erin Andrews' Dad Made The Sweetest Admission About His Daughter

Erin Andrews' Dad Made The Sweetest Admission About His Daughter originally appeared on The Spun. Erin Andrews shared a heartwarming moment with her father during an emotional TV interview. Andrews and Steve Andrews, a former award-winning investigative reporter, appeared together on Tuesday's TODAY with Jenna & Friends. Before their interview, the show played a pre-recorded segment of Steve discussing all the adversity his daughter her overcome. The segment ended with a touching soundbite. "I hope that I have been as good of a dad to her as she's been a daughter to me," he said. In the studio together, Steve continued to praise Erin for her achievements outside of FOX's NFL broadcasting team. He recalled her anonymously picking up the tab for service members at an airport and volunteering to give up her first-class seat when one passed her in the plane. "I'm overwhelmed with pride," he said. "It goes beyond, it goes so beyond the sideline reporting." "But you learn it from your parents," Andrews replied after previously calling Steve an "amazing" father. As the Andrews family recalled on TODAY, Erin has endured some harrowing experiences. A stalker secretly filmed her through the peephole of a hotel door as she undressed in 2008. Steve recalled her advocating for stricter legislation through Congress to help others suffering through the same situation. The sideline reporter was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2016. Andrews quickly returned to work days after undergoing successful surgery. "It's scary to hear your child on the phone calling you and saying, 'I have cancer,'" Steve recalled. "I wanted to cry. I was brokenhearted. You have conversations with your God, and as a dad, I just said, 'Let her be OK. Take me, let her be OK.' It was hard." Erin and her husband, former NHL player Jarret Stoll, also underwent years of in-vitro fertilization before welcoming a son through a surrogate two years ago. A previous surrogate had a miscarriage. "Erin is such a fighter," Steve said. "In broadcasting, when you get knocked down, you have to be able to get back up. And Erin has experienced these physical, traumatic incidents, and you would think for the average person ... you're done. "She just used that as motivation to say, 'This is not going to beat me, and they are not going to stop me from what I want to accomplish.' And honestly, I don't know that I have it in me to do what she did. She's just so strong. So amazing." 17 Choppy Bob Haircut Ideas and Styling Tricks

Whether you've already got a shorter haircut (and you're looking for ways to spice it up) or you're about to have a major hair overhaul, let us introduce you—or, perhaps, re-introduce you—to the choppy bob. Popularised in the 90s, thanks to Jennifer Aniston's iconic 'The Rachel' cut on Friends, the choppy bob is once again back in the spotlight, taking over our social media feeds and appearing on the likes of Hailey Bieber, Jenna Ortega, Yara Shahidi, Emma Myers, and more. Leaning towards getting one yourself? We don't blame you! Here's everything you need to know about the choppy bob haircut, including how to style the soon-to-be everywhere look, according to expert Ryan Forsythe at Trevor Sorbie. Plus, scroll on for 17 inspiring choppy bob styles to suit all face shapes and hair types... "A choppy bob is a textured, layered take on the classic bob, with deliberately uneven or piece-y ends that create movement and an effortless, tousled look," says Forsythe, artistic education director at Trevor Sorbie, a multi-award-winning hair salon in London. "A choppy bob is designed to feel modern, a little edgy and low-maintenance," he continues. "A choppy bob style suits a variety of face shapes," the expert tells us, before adding that it works "especially well" on oval and heart-shaped faces because "the texture softens the features and adds balance". As for which hair types work well with a choppy bob, according to Forsythe, this hairstyle is ideal for "straight to wavy hair types". That's because "these textures help show off the layers and natural movement." What's more, the expert explains that fine hair benefits from a choppy bob, too. "The choppiness can create the illusion of volume," he says. "The best way to style a choppy bob is to enhance its natural texture," Forsythe advises. As for how to do that, the expert says to use "sea salt sprays, light mousses or texturizing creams, followed by a rough blow dry or air dry." "A quick bend with straighteners or curling irons can add definition to the layers," he notes, adding: "Finishing with a wax/texture spray will really bring the style to life."
