The reality star, 44, went braless as she slipped her famous curves into the neon number which featured a halterneck design and a bow tied at the bust.
Kim was sure to turn heads in the bold number, which she teamed with matching leggings worn over her pointed heels and oversized dark sunglasses.
Despite looking fabulous, the star was evidently not finished getting ready as she still had hair clips attached to her raven tresses.
The mum-of-four cut a serious figure and failed to raise a smile as she climbed out of her chauffer-driven car and headed inside for the fitting.
The fitting was presumably in preparation for Balenciaga's Paris Fashion week show on Wednesday.
While Kim put on her show-stopping display, her mother Kris Jenner also caught the eye in the French capital.
The Kardashian matriarch, 69, stepped out in the midst of Paris Fashion Week wearing a voluminous mini and tights which showed off her endless legs.
Once again, the business maven was flaunting the results of her incredible new face lift which has left fans in awe having knocked years off her looks.
Her smooth complexion is the result of the skills of celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Steven M. Levine — dubbed the ' facelift maestro' — to achieve her new look.
Prior to Tuesday's outing, Kris took to Instagram to post images from the previous evening, showing her cosied up to her toy boy boyfriend Corey Gamble, 44, who she has been dating for 11 years.
Kris was headed into The Ritz in her mini dress which she paired with opaque tights to help highlight her lithe pins even further.
She cinched in the oversized number with a statement silver buckled belt and accessorised with a pair of sunglasses.
Kris has recently undergone a pricey new facelift, performed by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Steven M. Levine.

All three have been hailed for their stunningly youthful appearances in recent years, but none of the A-Listers have commented on allegations that they've been worked on with Levine's scalpel.
She unveiled her refreshed face while in Paris for daughter Kim Kardashian's armed robbery trial in May.
