Yo Yo Honey Singh REACTS To Fan's Concern Over 17 Kg Weight Loss: ‘Kuch Nahi Hua Manhoos'
Yo Yo Honey Singh has stunned fans with a jaw-dropping physical transformation, shedding nearly 17 kilos in just one month. The Brown Rang hitmaker went from 95 kg to a leaner 77 kg, and while his chiselled new look has been winning praise, it has also sparked concern among his admirers.
Recently, a fan shared a video on Instagram comparing Honey's current look with his older pictures, pointing out that his face — especially his nose — looked different. The fan speculated that despite his regular gym routine, his body seemed to be 'shrinking" and hinted that something major might be happening in the rapper's personal life.
But Honey Singh was quick to dismiss the speculation in his trademark witty style. Reacting to the video, he wrote, 'Kuch nahi hua manhoos 😂 m working out hard for glorious days."
Arun Kumar, Mr. Asia 2022 and Honey's personal fitness coach, revealed to Aaj Tak that a customised green juice diet played a pivotal role in his rapid transformation.
Morning: A detoxifying green juice, often blended vegetables or pulp.
Lunch: Boiled chicken with rice, maintaining the right protein-carb ratio.
Evening: A light vegetable soup or boiled chicken.
Dinner: Green vegetables or soup for vitamins and fibre.
Alongside this strict diet, Honey follows an intense workout regime involving strength training, cardio, and high-rep sets. According to his trainer, the singer never skips workouts — whether it's early morning or past midnight.
