There are a few concerns about the new Pixel 10 models, especially with the identical design to the previous Pixel 9 series devices, and even the hardware upgrades might be incremental. The new Pixel 10 was spotted on the Play Store, which can only happen from Google, even if it was unintentional. You can see the Pixel 10 in blue, while the Pixel 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL and the Pixel 10 Pro Fold placed alongside in the new grey tone. The new Pixel 10 lineup is likely to get the new Tensor G5 chipset which should be made on the TSMC 3nm process for the first time. We could see them launch with up to 16GB RAM for aiding more Gemini AI features and tools.
The new Pixel 10 Pro leaks have been shared via Android Headlines in a report. The Pixel 10 Pro is expected to sport a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate, while the 10 Pro XL gets a 6.8-inch display with the same panel and refresh rate. The new Pixel 10 Pro Fold model is expected to get a 6.4-inch cover OLED display and an 8-inch inner screen with up to 3000 nits of peak brightness.
The Pixel 10 series launch price details have been shared in a report by Android Headlines. The Pixel 10 model price could start from $799 (Rs 68,000 approx) for the base 128GB variant, going up to $899 (Rs 77,000 approx) for the 256GB model. The Pixel 10 Pro launch price could be starting at $999 (Rs 87,500 approx) that buys you the 128GB model.
While the Pixel 10 Pro XL base 256GB variant could be priced starting from $1,199 (Rs 1,05 lakh approx) going all the way up to $1,549 (Rs 1.35 lakh approx) for the highest 1TB model. And finally, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold model could have the same $1,799 (Rs 1,58,000 approx) starting price for the base model as the 9 Pro Fold version.

Tesla India takes on lease 8,200 sq ft commercial space in Delhi's Aerocity
NEW DELHI: Electric vehicle giant Tesla, which is expanding its presence in India, has rented 8,200 sq ft of commercial space in Delhi's Aerocity for a starting rent of Rs 17.22 lakh per month, according to CRE Matrix. Real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, which has reviewed the registration document of leasing transactions, said that Tesla India Motor & Energy Pvt Ltd has taken on lease 8,200 sq ft area at Worldmark 3 project in Aerocity from Oak Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The space has been taken for a 9-year lease, with a starting rent of Rs 17.22 lakh. The starting rent is Rs 210 per sq ft. The rentals will increase by 15 per cent every 36 months. The lease registration happened on July 30, 2025. Elon Musk-led Tesla made its India retail debut last month with a store in the Bandra Kurla Complex business district in suburban Mumbai. The company is selling the China-made 'Model Y' with a price tag of nearly Rs 60 lakh after accounting for the high import duties. Recently, Tesla leased a 33,000 square feet area in a commercial building at Gurugram , Haryana, which can be used as a service centre and sales outlet, according to CRE Matrix. The company registered a 9-year lease for the unit in Gurugram's Orchid Business Park. Tesla will be paying a starting rent of Rs 40 lakh for the Gurugram property. There is a clause in the agreement under which the rent will escalate by 4.75 per cent per annum. The chargeable area is 33,475 sq ft, while the super-built-up area of the property is 50,914 sq ft, CRE Matrix had said, adding that there is a 3-year lock-in. The property has been leased from Garwal Property, and the lease was registered on July 28.

Microsoft may announce the official release date for its Xbox handheld console very soon, a report claims. The tech giant may unveil its first-ever handheld console on August 20 during Gamescom and is also expected to set a potential launch date on October 16. This follows after the company announced Microsoft-branded handheld gaming devices , which are being co-developed with Asus. According to French publication Dealabs, Microsoft is expected to share pricing and preorder information later this month. The company has already confirmed it will have demos of both the Asus ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X at its Gamescom booth. Oswal foundation donates 172cr to IIM, NIT in Raipur
Raipur: In a philanthropic initiative, Motilal Oswal Foundation committed Rs 172 crore for Chhattisgarh's two premier educational institutions -- Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Raipur. The foundation has pledged donations of Rs 101 crore to IIM-Raipur and Rs 72 crore to NIT. The event was held in presence of CM Vishnu Deo Sai and his cabinet colleagues on Friday. The initiative is spearheaded by Raamdeo Agrawal, chairman and co-founder of Motilal Oswal financial services and trustee of Motilal Oswal foundation.
