Jessie J gives cancer update as she reveals heartbreaking hair loss struggles

The singer told fans her hair has been falling out ahead of further surgery Jessie J has given a health update on her breast cancer fight, after she revealed a 'heartbreaking' development. The mum-of-one underwent a mastectomy in June and has kept fans updated throughout her cancer journey with candid updates. ‌ The singer, 37, revealed on social media this week that she is set for further surgery and that her hair is "falling out like crazy". ‌ The Domino hitmaker spoke to fans in an emotional video as she brushed her shoulder length locks in front of a mirror, sporting a black satin dressing gown. ‌ Addressing her followers, who rushed to send support, Jessie said: "My hair has been falling out like crazy since the surgery. Five weeks today since my surgery and I'm feeling okay. I've still got quite a lot of cording so that's my main focus." According to Macmillan, cording refers to a cord-like formation beneath the skin on the inner arm, which may develop following surgery to remove lymph nodes in the armpit, also known as axillary web syndrome (AWS). The revelation comes as the star, who welcomed two-year-old son Sky in 2023, acknowledged her diagnosis has forced her to re-evaluate her priorities, as reported by the Mirror. ‌ Explaining that she continues to feel "so sore", Jessie added: "My boobs still aren't even, it's still so sore. "I'm just trying to figure out what the next six months will look like. I know I can't do everything that I was suppose to be doing but I just want to be able to make it work the best I can for everybody, me, Sky, my fans but in the right order. ‌ "You are always gonna leave some people disappointed. My perspective on everything has changed so much." The Voice UK judge recently opened up about her diagnosis, which she revealed earlier this year, and how the illness has been somewhat of a wake-up call for her to 'slow down' and take life easy. ‌ "Maybe this has happened to go: slow your roll, girl, let's have a little reassessment," she shared with The Sunday Times last weekend. Jessie first disclosed back in April that she was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer after she detected a lump on her breast, which turned out to be a 5cm tumour, as she underwent a mastectomy for its removal. However despite the success of the surgery and removal of the cancer, Jessie has made it clear her health battles aren't over yet. "People think, once you've got the all-clear, now it's done," she clarified. "But I've got another surgery [to improve the symmetry of her implant with her other breast] and I need to heal, so I have to figure out the rest of this year."

I spotted my pregnant pal's fiancé in Bonnie Blue documentary & exposed his dirty secret but he called ME a homewrecker

She explained that she wanted to tune into the Channel 4 show - titled 1,000 Men And Me: The Bonnie Blue Story - to see if there's a "human side" to the OnlyFans creator. 5 A woman was left in a difficult dilemma after spotting her pregnant friend's fiancé in the Bonnie Blue documentary Credit: Getty 5 She tuned into the Channel 4 show to see if there was a "human side" to the OnlyFans creator Credit: Channel 4 5 But she couldn't believe it when she saw her friend's fiancé taking part in Bonnie's disgusting stunt, when she slept with 1,057 men in 12 hours Credit: Channel 4 One thing the documentary covered was Bonnie's disgusting but record-breaking event, during which she claims to have had sex with 1,057 men in 12 hours. And while the programme was shocking enough, it became even more so for the woman when she realised she recognised one of the men who took part in the vile stunt. While she "didn't believe it at first", upon a second watch she realised it was "undeniably" him - with his tattoos confirming his identity. She and some other friends who had also seen the documentary were then left in a difficult situation, and spent hours whether or not to tell their other pal, considering she's eight months pregnant with his baby. Read more about Bonnie Blue BLUE'S BACKLASH C4's Bonnie Blue documentary hit by Ofcom complaints from furious viewers "In my opinion, if someone cheats like that it's not their first time and I rather lose her friendship for telling straight away than her finding out I knew and hid it," she said. "Because let's be real - when you tell someone news like that there's a huge chance they'll hate you not the cheater." Despite her fears, she eventually decided to break the news to her friend. "The minute she looked at the picture she knew it was him and broke down," she sighed. "I expected her to be angry at me but she thanked me for being honest as multiple people have hinted that she should watch the documentary instead of being up front like I was." Following her shocking situation, she drove her friend to her mum's house, where she apparently confronted her man about his part in Bonnie's foul stunt. Viewers outraged at Bonnie Blue claiming she is a 'community worker' as she sleeps with 1,000 men in explosive new doc "He has since been blowing up my phone calling me a evil little homewrecker who ruined not only his life - calling me out on social media for trying ruin his relationship and wanting his unborn daughter to grow up without a dad," she continued. Not only that, but her other friends are angry with her for telling the pregnant woman straight away "and not waiting till she had the baby incase the stress would cause issues to her health". In an update on the Reddit post, she admitted the man wasn't the only one from their friend group to have taken part in Bonnie's 12-hour long sex session - her own boyfriend of three years was another. "I don't want to hear his explanation I feel so humiliated and physically sick," she said, before adding that "another friend's husband" also took part. In response to one comment on the post questioning the timing of the different events, she added: "He was part of the 1000 Bonnie blue line up in January they got engaged on Christmas Day and my friend would have found out around January she was pregnant (she didn't tell us till she was 3 months pregnant). "I really hope he was decent enough to be careful for my friend's sake." Who is Bonnie Blue? Born in May 1999, Bonnie - whose real name is Tia Billinger - grew up in a small Derbyshire village, and attended the Friesland School in the village of Sandiacre. She has two half-siblings - a sister and a brother - who have always remained out of the public eye. She never knew her biological father, and considers stepfather Nicholas Elliott her dad. Bonnie also became something of a dance star in her local area, and competed in the British Street Dance Championships alongside her sister back in 2015. She also had a part-time job at Poundstretcher as a teenager. After school, she began working in recruitment. In October 2022, Bonnie married Oliver Davidson, who she had started dating when she was just 15. Once they were married, they moved to Australia, where Bonnie continued working in recruitment. However, it was in Australia that she decided to pursue a different line of work, and tried her luck as a 'cam girl' - crediting Oliver for giving her the confidence to enter the adult entertainment world. She quickly made a name for herself in the industry, and was soon making £5,000 a week. But while her work life was going from strength to strength, her relationship was crumbling, and she and Oliver split after almost a decade together. She moved over to OnlyFans following her cam girl success, and once again found fame on there. She quickly became a favourite on the site, especially thanks to her "niche" of sleeping with young male students - such as when she bedded 158 students during Nottingham Trent University's freshers week in September 2024. Bonnie is now estimated to be worth £3 million, and makes around £600,000 a month on OnlyFans. Her family are also supportive of her work, with mum Sarah Billinger even claiming she's her daughter's PA, and helps clean up after Bonnie's events - as well as handing out condoms to young clients. In January 2025, Bonnie claimed to have broken the world record for the most amount of sex in 12 hours, after apparently sleeping with 1,057 men from 1pm to 1am at a secret London event. "Your friend needs to be tested ASAP," someone else pointed out. "A lot of STIs are dangerous for the fetus, and the sooner they know, the more they can do." "Luckily they test for those during pregnancy but if she contracted them DURING her pregnancy they may have missed them," another agreed. The shocking documentary revealed behind-the-scenes footage for Bonnie's desperate challenge where she aimed to sleep with 1,000 men in 12 hours - with Channel 4 airing scenes of her naked and having sex with various men. Viewers were left raging as they watched the X-rated moment and took to the regulator to complain about the explicit scenes. In total the documentary received 160 complaints. Bonnie - real name Tia Billinger - also referred to herself as a "community worker" in the show, as she said she sees herself as someone who is teaching men how to have better sex. In the same breath, she argued that she's 'not a world educator' and can't be held responsible for the culture of sexualisation our children are growing up in. 5 While lots of the men wore balaclavas to conceal their identities, her pal's husband-to-be was identifiable by his unique tattoos Credit: Channel 4

I've lost 3.5st on Mounjaro but its ruined so much – yes I'm thin, but I'm disgusted at a side effect no one talks about

She's also been stunned by the comments people now say to her face, rather then behind her back NO WEIGH I've lost 3.5st on Mounjaro but its ruined so much – yes I'm thin, but I'm disgusted at a side effect no one talks about Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A WOMAN who has lost almost four stone on Mounjaro has admitted there are more than a few downsides. Sara-Jane has been on the weight loss jabs for the past six months, and has already managed to shed over three stone. "The things that Mounjaro has absolutely ruined for me," she began. "Much to my disgust, I'm back on the male radar again. "Don't hold a door for me, don't smile at me, don't even breathe in my direction." Sara-Jane insisted she "didn't lose this all to become visible again to your breed". "I will gain it all back out of spite just to sumo roll you into traffic!" she raged. "Leave me alone." She also revealed she's been having a "clothing identity crisis" since losing weight, and has been sticking to leggings and T-shirts. And when it comes to exercising, there's nothing Sara-Jane hates more than being asked to join group classes. "I will do weights alone in my bedroom. Matching yoga mats and a yummy mummy club every Wednesday is just never going to be for me!" she insisted. I've lost nearly 6 stone in 9 months on fat jabs - trolls call me 'lazy' & say it's the 'easy way out' but I don't care While she used to be able to avoid theme park rides due to her size, Sara-Jane now has no excuse to join her kids on rollercoasters. And the last thing on her list is that people now say their"most wild comments about you to your face". "Sorry Sue, I didn't actually ask about the lady in Take a Break magazine who jabbed herself in the toe and then had multiple organ failure. "Adding 'I'm sure you'll be fine though' doesn't make you any less of a w**ker. "But you carry on with the diet club my love and keep losing and gaining that same five pounds you've been losing and gaining for the last 10 years." Concluding, Sara-Jane said: "I wouldn't go as far as to say it's ruined my entire life but I am having to develop some new coping skills to deal with all this." What to do if you lose too much weight too quickly whilst on Mounjaro IF you're losing too much weight too quickly while on Mounjaro, it's important to take action to avoid potential health risks like muscle loss, malnutrition, dehydration, and fatigue. Here's what you can do: Evaluate Your Caloric Intake Mounjaro reduces appetite, which can make it easy to eat too little. If you're losing weight too fast (more than two to three lbs per week after the initial adjustment period), try: Tracking your food intake to ensure you're eating enough calories (apps like MyFitnessPal can help). Increasing protein intake to preserve muscle mass (aim for 0.6–1g per pound of body weight). Adding healthy fats and complex carbs (e.g., avocados, nuts, whole grains) for balanced energy. Adjust Your Dosage (With Doctor's Approval) If your weight loss is too rapid or causing side effects, your doctor may: Pause dose increases or lower your dosage. Adjust your treatment plan to stabilise your weight loss. Strength Training & Exercise To prevent muscle loss: Incorporate resistance training at least two to three times per week. Stay active with low-impact exercises like walking or yoga. Hydrate & Manage Electrolytes Drink enough water (Mounjaro can reduce thirst). Electrolytes matter - Consider adding magnesium, sodium, and potassium if you feel weak or fatigued. Monitor for Malnutrition & Deficiencies Rapid weight loss can cause vitamin/mineral deficiencies (especially B12, iron, and electrolytes). If you experience: Fatigue, hair loss, or dizziness, ask your doctor about supplements. Consider Further Medical Guidance If your weight loss is excessive or causing health concerns, speak with your healthcare provider. They might adjust your dosage, diet, or exercise plan to help stabilise your weight loss. In the comments section, others on the injections admitted they'd also noticed the same side effects - particularly what Sara-Jane had said about the attention she now gets from men. "Yes I've noticed I've suddenly become visible to men this past week or so!" one wrote. "The man thing!!! 100%," another added. "Legit had a comment from a customer at work say 'You're fit now you've lost weight - want to go for food? "Like wtf!" While someone else wrote: "I've never been on the male radar, I hope it doesn't start since I'm on this. "I'm scared now lol!"
