The feature drawing room has an original stone fireplace, a groined ceiling that is 14ft high, and double doors that open onto the doric temple terrace area with original porticoe, overlooking the enchanting garden.
There is an additional good sized sitting room and the kitchen/dining room was added in 2001.

Wynnstay Hall enjoys a delightful tree-lined approach over a long private driveway with parkland to either side.
The property is set in approximately 4.5 acres, the gardens being beautifully designed and include a selection of mature trees, woodland and a pond extending to approximately 0.4 acre, all of which attracts a variety of wildlife.
The garage, having a barrelled ceiling, was the original subway that the cattle came through. The Estate includes a tennis court for use of the residents.
Wynnstay Hall was once the principal seat to one of the most powerful families in Welsh History, the Watkin Williams Wynns.
The family were major landowners and had great political and social influence in Wales.
The first recorded property on the estate known as Watsay and was built in 1616. Over the coming centuries, Wynnstay Hall was enlarged and developed by the family.
In 1944, the hall and 150 acres were sold to Lindisfarne College, a public school.

Neath Port Talbot Council has adopted its Corporate Strategy 2025/2028 outlining its commitment to creating a prosperous, fairer and greener local community. The council faces a number of challenges, including continuing to experience high demand on its vital services with more people seeking help from social services; more presenting as homeless; and more children needing extra help in school and in travelling to school. However, the funding made available by the UK and Welsh Governments for these functions in recent years has fallen significantly short of what is needed to respond to communities, the council said. The council has secured a large amount of investment funding under the UK Government's Levelling Up agenda to help regenerate local communities, it said. In addition, major projects have the potential to grow a large number of sustainable jobs into future years, including the freeport status won by the port of Port Talbot. The council added that Neath Port Talbot has a number of strategic employment sites which present many opportunities to achieve economic growth, including new green jobs as industry and society decarbonises and new industries such as Floating Offshore Wind (FLOW), hydrogen production and other renewable energy projects emerge. The area is well served by rail and road, while the deep-water harbour in Port Talbot is a strategic asset in the delivery of key investments such as the ongoing Celtic Sea Wind Farms Project, the local authority added. Cllr Hunt added: 'We recognise the importance of collaboration and inclusivity in achieving our well-being objectives. By working together with residents, businesses, and our partners over the coming years we aim to create a resilient and vibrant Neath Port Talbot.'

Record Number of Golfers Raise £14,000 for Popham Kidney Support
PKS – Golf Day 2025 – Winning Team, Dunvant RFC, with PKS Trustee, Kim Loosmore More than 200 golfers and 55 teams from across Wales, England and Scotland gathered at Clyne Golf Club for a charity tournament supporting children and families affected by kidney disease. The event was hosted by Swansea-based charity Popham Kidney Support, which provides practical, emotional and financial assistance to people across Wales living with kidney disease. This year's Golf Day raised in excess of £14,000 – the highest total to date – thanks to team entries, sponsorship, and funds raised during the evening's raffle and auction. Main event sponsor, The Construction Club, represented by Jamie Lannen and Geraint Hopkins, contributed £3,000 towards the total. Various businesses from far and wide came together to support the event, including Dawsons, Days Rental, Old Walls Collection, Frames & Sculpts, Chepstow Races, Mahle and GS Yuasa. Golf balls were donated to every team through a partnership between Locker Room and GS Yuasa, coordinated by former Welsh rugby international Tom Shanklin. The winning team on the day was Dunvant RFC with 97 points. Second place went to Shirgar Butter with 93, followed by St Mary's Square in third on 92 points, and Team Yuasa close behind in fourth with 90. Jamie Lannen and The Construction Club Cheque Presentation Golf Day 2025 Individual competition highlights included Ray Tilley of Tilleys Fine Jewellery & Watches winning Longest Drive, sponsored by David North Personal Training, while Sam Webborn won Nearest to the Pin with a hole-in-one. New Food and Drink Producers to be Showcased at Royal Welsh Food Hall
An array of new Welsh food and drink businesses will feature on the Cywain Stand in the Food Hall at this year's Royal Welsh Show (July 21st-24th). From concept to counter, the Cywain stand has been the launch-pad for countless up-and-coming food and drink producers, eager to showcase their products to a broad audience. Four different producers will take to the stand per day, each bringing their individual style and flavours to an audience looking to try and buy something new. Cywain is a programme run by Mentera and funded by the Welsh Government, working with food and drink producers across Wales, helping them grow and develop their businesses. Support is offered in various areas, including marketing, brand development, sustainability, and finance. An essential part of that work includes supporting producers at events and test trading. Alex James, Cywain Project Manager, said: 'We take great delight in helping producers to grow in experience and confidence, bringing new products to the marketplace and adding their talents to the Welsh food and drink industry as a whole. 'The Royal Welsh Food Hall is a hugely important showcase for Welsh food and drink producers, and the ultimate shopwindow – and, for the public, it is one of the 'must visit' attractions of the show.
