Justin Baldoni and Emily Celebrate 12 Years of Marriage with Sweet Tributes Amid Blake Lively Legal Battle

Justin Baldoni and Emily Baldoni marked a major milestone in their marriage this weekend. On Sunday, July 27, the couple celebrated 12 years of marriage with heartfelt tributes on Instagram, just weeks after the legal battle involving Justin and his It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively was dismissed. Here's how Justin and Emily Baldoni celebrate their anniversary Justin shared a throwback photo from their July 2013 wedding in Corona, California. In the picture, the It Ends With Us star is seen dancing with Emily during the ceremony, wearing a cream suit and a white floral boutonniere. Emily matched him with a floral headpiece and a flowing white dress. 'I'd marry you again and again and again and again…' Justin captioned the post. 'Happy anniversary my love. T W E L V E.' Emily also shared her own tribute with a photo of the two kissing while wearing flower crowns. 'T W E L V E. Still madly in love with you,' she wrote, noting that their 9-year-old daughter, Maiya, took the sweet picture. The couple, who are also parents to 7-year-old son Maxwell, have often been open about their love story. Justin proposed to Emily in April 2013 at Blu Jam Cafe in Los Angeles, the same place where they had their first date. His elaborate proposal became an internet sensation, featuring a 27-minute video with boy band skits and hidden cameras capturing Emily's surprise reaction. Here's what else is happening in Justin Baldoni's life The anniversary comes just over a month after Justin's ongoing legal dispute with Blake Lively was resolved in court. In December 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit accusing Justin of sexual harassment and retaliation, claims he has firmly denied. In response, Justin filed a USD 400 million countersuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloane as per PEOPLE. He also launched a separate USD 250 million libel lawsuit against The New York Times. However, on June 9, 2025, Judge Lewis J. Liman dismissed both suits.

Avatar: Fire And Ash Trailer LEAKED: Internet Flooded With Netizens' Reactions To James Camerons Sci-Fi Epic

Los Angeles: The trailer for James Cameron's upcoming fantasy epic, 'Avatar: Fire and Ash', was leaked online shortly after it was exclusively screened in theatres. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Disney had attached the trailer specifically with 'Fantastic Four: First Steps' across cinema halls, only for the unauthorised visuals to make across social media platforms. Efforts are being made to cut down on the viral circulation of the 'Fire and Ash' trailer, with multiple copies now taken down from the internet. The same happened with Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey,' the trailer of which was released in theatres ahead of Jurassic Park Rebirth. Even though multiple videos of the Avatar sequel's trailer have been removed, fan reactions have already gained momentum. One of the fans wrote, "The trailer has some of the most beautiful footage I've seen all year, and I was struck by the real sense of doom and rage -- fist fights inside of cosmic volcanoes, heroes terrified, huge aerial battles," as quoted by the outlet. One more added, "It started out as 'meh, more of the same' and ended with 'yup, another billion to James Cameron." The trailer will send viewers back to Pandora, further introducing two tribes, the Wind Traders and the Ash People clan. It also includes glimpses of Sam Worthington's Jake Sully, Zoe Saldana's Neytiri, and his Na'vi family, embroiled in an intense fight with the Ash People clan, stated The Hollywood Reporter. It also shows the return of Colonel Miles Quaritch. At one point, Sully warned Neytiri and said, "We cannot live like this," before being taken into captivity. Meet Varang in Avatar: Fire and Ash. Be among the first to watch the trailer, exclusively in theaters this weekend with The Fantastic Four: First Steps. — Avatar (@officialavatar) July 21, 2025 The trailer leak came days after the makers unveiled the first look of 'Avatar: Fire and Ash, introducing the first look of Varang - a new antagonist. "Meet Varang in Avatar: Fire and Ash. Be among the first to watch the trailer, exclusively in theatres this weekend with The Fantastic Four: First Steps," they wrote in the caption. The Disney film will be released on December 19, 2025.

Blake Lively Slams Justin Baldoni's Lawyers For Turning Legal Battle Into 'Public Spectacle'

Last Updated: Blake Lively is suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment and retaliation. She criticised his legal team for trying to make the case a public spectacle. Blake Lively has slammed Justin Baldoni's legal team for trying to turn their legal battle into a 'public spectacle". The former Gossip Girl star is suing her It Ends With Us co-star and director for sexual harassment and retaliation and she's now filed a motion requesting the judge agrees to a protective order which would see her sit for her deposition on 17 July at a redacted location, with everyone attending to be identified in advance. The movie came after a lawyer for Justin – whose counterclaims against Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds for extortion and defamation were dismissed last month – previously said he wanted the deposition to be taken in public for people to see. Attorney Bryan Freedman told People magazine in May: 'Hold the deposition at MSG, sell tickets or stream it, and donate every dollar to organizations helping victims of domestic abuse." Following the court filing, Blake's representatives hit out at the 41-year-old actor's team. They told People magazine: 'Ms. Lively is looking forward to her deposition next week, and it should follow the same rules as every other witness in this case. Justin Baldoni's lawyer has tried to make this matter a public spectacle at every turn, even proposing to sell tickets to a televised deposition at Madison Square Garden. This is a serious matter of sexual harassment and retaliation and it deserves to be treated as such." The new filing revealed Blake, 37, asked the judge to block Justin and his team from selecting where the deposition takes place. Her lawyers wrote: '[Baldoni's team have] not denied that their intent is to manufacture a harassing publicity stunt by requiring Ms. Lively to parade through paparazzi, or by inviting unknown attendees to the deposition, including members of the media or social media influencers, or any other number of abusive tactics. Since virtually the inception of this litigation, Defendants have used even the prospect of Ms. Lively's deposition to generate press interest." 'The high-profile nature of this litigation, and the nature of Ms. Lively's retaliation claims, demonstrates a substantial risk of the deposition turning into a publicity event and potentially attracting interested individuals who could pose security risks." The Another Simple Favor star's lawyers insisted the filing was a 'reasonable request to prevent the risk of annoyance, harassment, and verbal or physical threats," and alleged Justin's team 'appear to seek another public relations moment, or to create conditions for intimidation or harassment." A trial is set to take place in March 2026. First Published: July 12, 2025, 21:49 IST Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. Please keep discussions respectful and constructive.
