Myleene said the heartbreaking moment happened in her own home at her birthday party while she and Graham were in a relationship.
The singer, who did not name the mystery lady, said that while her life had "broken down in public", the woman he allegedly cheated with was continuing to "build a family brand".
Speaking on We Need To Talk podcast, Myleene said: "I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony.
"I've made peace with that situation now but for a long time it was very difficult to see their life… Not that I would wish that on a family.
"I don't know, I feel conflicted.
"But my life literally just broke apart very, very publicly.
"And their life, they've managed to continue building a family brand on it and it felt so difficult for a long time. This is the person I caught him with."
Myleene said she kicked all of her guests out of the party including her ex's parents following the humiliating ordeal.
She continued: "It was in my house, it was my party. They weren't having sex but they were unzipping each other. 'It's not what you think,' but it is what I think. It's the first thing they both said.
"I kicked everybody out of the party including his mum and dad.

"They went back to Ireland. And his dad said, 'He doesn't get it from me.' I was like, OK, I just remember that being quite a weird thing to say."
Despite Graham's alleged infidelity, Myleene claimed he apologised and blamed the booze for his actions
She said: "He said it was the drink. I have to take some accountability, first and foremost to my children.
"My children have asked enough questions and it's never been a case of laying out my stall now, it's got to be as and when.
"But here's the funny thing, school mums, people who just want to gossip, will go to your children before anybody else.
"They'll tell them facts. But they've been raised by me and only me."
Myleene started dating her bodyguard Graham while she was still in Hear'Say.
The couple dated for around six years before having their first child, Ava, in 2007. Their next daughter, Hero Harper was born in 2011.
Later that year Myleene and Graham were married, but just six months later he walked out on her and they were divorced in 2013.
Myleene revealed that she spent her wedding day in floods of tears after he stopped her from "planning" a proper celebration.
She said her ex believed the wedding was "turning into a circus" with "too many people".
The TV said: "It was the most miserable… No one forgot this wedding because I literally cried the entire reception because it wasn't even really a reception. We had to haggle our way through with the restaurant, could we have some burgers and put the tables together?
"There was no planning because I wasn't allowed to plan a wedding."
Myleene is thought to be worth around £11 million, but didn't sign a pre-nup when they signed the knot.
She recalled: "So we'd had the biggest row, myself and my ex, and he'd gone off, because I'd asked him why he wouldn't sign the prenup. I asked him to sign a prenup.
"On the night of our wedding I asked again.
"I just felt something was wrong and he didn't want a big wedding.
"My best mate wasn't even at my wedding. They weren't allowed to come otherwise he wouldn't go through with it and it was just trying to claw, and hold on to those last moments."
Despite the red flags, Myleene still went through with the wedding for the sake of her kids and persuasion from her Catholic mother.
"I had a six month old baby and had my mother, she didn't want me to have children out of wedlock," she admitted.
"He's Irish Catholic and I don't think his family were that happy that he'd had kids out of wedlock either.
"So let's bring in good old Catholicism because that'll fix it."
But just a few months later the pair separated after Myleene believes Graham was cheating on her again.
She said: "I hired a tour manager and I took my babies with me; I took my friend with me; to where I knew he was working, to do a surprise.
"And I knew there'd been somebody in that room.
"Weirdly even then… Christ. The baby was so little and that was trial by papers. It was horrific.
"There's nothing you can't throw at me now ever that I can't come through and I've lost babies, I've been to court, I've lost a house. That divorce and the mud that was slung and the kiss and tells… taking all of that on…"
Myleene believes her ex had been planning to leave her after she found out that he had purchased a house without her knowing.
She continued: "One pop star rang me up and she was like, 'I think I've got your money, it's in my safe'.
"He'd hidden the money because he was way down the line. They say you don't leave when you leave, you've gone already.
"He'd actually got a house. He had a secret house that he'd bought already.
"You don't just buy a house like that. When that came through I was reeling from it."
The most shocking moment came when Myleene claimed he wrote down a figure on a post-it note, which detailed how much he wanted in the divorce.
The singer said: "On the day he decided it was over, he pushed a little Post-It note across the table with the figure he wanted. I was just like, how have you figured this out?"
She added: "All I will say to you is I've raised my children single-handedly, financially, as a sole parent for 12 years."
Myleene is now engaged to Simon Motson, who she met four and a half years after her divorce.
On Valentine's Day, 2019, the television presenter revealed that she was pregnant with her third child - her first with Simon.
She gave birth to baby boy Apollo on August 1, 2019.
Myleene previously talked about her divorce from Graham in an interview with Woman magazine, where she said she felt "so betrayed and so crushed".

Before tying the knot to Sharon, Ozzy had married his first wife Thelma Riley in 1971 after meeting her in a Birmingham nightclub. Together, they welcomed children Jessica and Louis, who have been largely away from the limelight. But today Louis - who works as a DJ - appeared front and centre in a purple tie as he joined the Osbournes to pay respects to his late father. His tie matched the vibrant flowers in Ozzy's hearse, as well as the family's purple floral tributes for the late rock star. Brave Sharon hugged daughter Kelly and held son Jack's hand as she broke down in tears while laying flowers and reading heartfelt messages penned by fans. Thousands gathered to pay their respects to the Black Sabbath legend earlier today. Stoic Sharon and Aimee waved to the emotional crowd and gave peace signs to fans. Chants of "Ozzy, Ozzy, Ozzy" rang out, with many shouting messages of support for Sharon. One could be heard saying "we love you Sharon" as she laid flowers next to the cortege. The procession was lead by a live brass band formed with local musicians from Bostin' Brass in honour of Ozzy's legacy. The Jaguar hearse carrying the singer's coffin went by his childhood home, where tributes also mount, just before 1pm. Ozzy Osbourne funeral plans revealed It was accompanied by six Mercedes funeral cars, police motorcycle riders and a police car, on Lodge Road, before making its way to Broad Street. Fans began gathering from early this morning, with touching floral tributes left by the Black Sabbath bench in the centre of the city. Some have displayed hand-painted banners, while others are holding Prince of Darkness themed balloons. Many in the crowd are showing off their Ozzy tattoos in honour of the late rock legend. The singer, who died last Tuesday aged 76, will be laid to rest tomorrow in a private family service on grounds of his home after today's procession. A source said: 'Sharon and the family want to celebrate Ozzy's life with his fans, with plans for the cortege to travel through Birmingham. 'Tomorrow they will have a closed service at a church in Gerrards Cross, Bucks." Black Sabbath fan Goose said they discovered heavy metal as a teenager. "That's when I found, like millions of people around the world, that there was music that was for us, something that understood us," they said. "We knew that there was somebody out there that felt the way that we did and it was a constant presence. "Ozzy helped give that to the world. He was a family member. He felt like a family member to so many people and he touched so many people's lives." Fellow fan Evie Mayo said the heavy metal star inspired her and everyone in Birmingham. She said: "I think he was so influential, he was such an inspirational person. I think he really impacted everyone here, especially in Birmingham as well. "Now that he's not here any more, you can feel the impact of it. He inspired a lot of people and he was a great person." 7 Vibrant purple flowers featured in the hearse 7 The tributes have been pouring in for the rock icon 7 Visibly emotional, Sharon was supported by her children She added: "He inspired me by, I love his music, absolutely love his music. I'm learning guitar so that I can learn some of his songs." There will be a closed service on Thursday at a church in Gerrards Cross, Bucks, where singer, a friend of the Osbourne's, Yungblud will be giving a reading. Ozzy died at home in his stunning mansion in Welders, Buckinghamshire "surrounded by love". The icon became known as the "Prince of Darkness" in his six-decade career thanks to his on-stage antics that attracted a legion of heavy rock fans. His death drew condolences from stars including Sir Rod Stewart, Noel Gallagher and Sir Elton John. He last graced the stage in July when he reunited with his bandmates Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi and Bill Ward and played a five-song set in a farewell to music. The legend cemented his place in rock history early in his career with controversial displays such as biting the head off a bat. Although his wild behaviour would have been enough to see some artists blacklisted, Ozzy became a loveable rogue who captured fans' hearts across the globe. In 2001, Ozzy appealed to a whole new audience after appearing in reality TV show The Osbournes with his family. Born John Michael Osbourne in Birmingham in 1948, the star had a string of jobs including labourer, plumber and abattoir worker after dropping out of school aged 15. He was raised by his parents Lilian and John, with three older sisters and two younger brothers, in a humble two-bed house. Ozzy became entangled with petty crime and served two months in prison for burglary. The singer then pursued his love of music after hearing The Beatles hit She Loves You in 1963. Ozzy joined bassist Geezer Butler in their first group in 1967 at the age of 19, and would later go on to form Black Sabbath.

Woman opens pocket of Vinted jacket and is gobsmacked by item inside
When a woman opened the pockets of the jacket she purchased, she was left gobsmacked to find an item, wondering how the person who sent it hadn't missed it yet The woman couldn't believe what was in the parcel (Stock Image) ( Getty Images/iStockphoto) A woman was left gobsmacked when she opened the pocket of a Vinted jacket and found something shocking inside. Vinted can be a treasure trove for fantastic bargains, with many brand new items for sale with tags, but there are tonnes of things which have been worn too that just need a new home and a new owner to love the item. When Rachel, who posts on TikTok as @rachel_vintagemoonstone, purchased a jacket, she decided to check the pockets of it as it had been worn before – and she discovered her "most bizarre Vinted find ever" and found herself having to contact the seller. "I have just found something in a Vinted parcel that I have never found before, and my mind is slightly blown," Rachel admitted. READ MORE: {{title}} She continued: "I don't quite understand how someone forgets that this particular thing is in this particular item." Rachel held up the "super lovely jacket" which she bought "from Vinted," saying she was trying to get a bit of a winter wardrobe together. But when she checked the pockets just to see whether everything was in order, she got a massive surprise. Rachel explained she was going to put it in the wash, but then "literally found 50 quid" in cash, and held it up to the camera as proof. "My mind was blown," she shared, but continued: "Obviously, I messaged the seller straightaway and said look, in the pocket of this jacket I found £50, which I think belongs to you, so I need to give that back to you. "She messaged me back and was obviously astonished that I'd been honest because she'd been looking for it, and yeah, she got a little bit upset". Rachel transferred the money to the woman, saying she is an "honest person" and wouldn't dream of keeping other people's things, asking her followers whether they would've done the same thing. In the comments, someone wrote: "I received a Christmas card for the previous house owners & I just put it in the mail pile & 6 months later I was having a sort through & was about to rip it up & throw it in the bin but I thought I'd better open it first before I threw it away... it had 100€ in it... "I felt terrible that someone was probably thinking that this was lost forever! I managed to contact the previous owner & she came to collect it... it was from her in-laws who couldn't remember what address they had sent the card to. "She was so happy she bought me a bottle of wine! I'm too honest... my conscience won't allow me to be anything else!" A sceptical woman penned: "Hypothetically speaking, imagine if it was fake money planted in the pockets and she does this to all her Vinted items." Rachel responded: "They were definitely not fakes, thankfully. I spent the money on a Tesco shop today, so now they're in the system. The shop would have 100% told me if they were." She replied: "Phhhhew, sorry if I sounded very sceptical. I've been scammed so many times myself. Thank you for being so honest. There needs to be more people like you in the world."

Gregg Wallace breaks silence after Rod Stewart brands him 'tubby bully'
Gregg Wallace has responded to Rod Stewart's 'hurtful' comments against him, revealing that he is actually a big fan of the singer. MasterChef's Gregg Wallace has broken his silence after Sir Rod Stewart called him a "tubby, bald-headed, ill mannered bully". The 60-year-old initially stepped down from the franchise after the BBC announced it was looking into historical allegations of misconduct against him. He was then officially fired after the bombshell Silkins review, commissioned by MasterChef production company Banijay UK, upheld 45 allegations against him, including a case of "unwelcome physical contact". In the wake of the news that the BBC was investigating Wallace, Sir Rod alleged in a post that the scorned host had 'humiliated' his wife Penny Lancaster when she was on the show in 2021. He wrote: "So Gregg Wallace gets fired from Masterchef. Good riddance Wallace. You humiliated my wife when she was on the celebrity version of the show, but you had that bit cut out didn't you? "You're a tubby, bald-headed, ill-mannered bully. Karma got ya. Sir Rod Stewart." In a new interview with The Sun, Gregg replied to the hitmaker's remarks, stating: "I'm actually a Rod Stewart fan. "I've been to see him twice. So that hurt me. Somebody like that carries a lot of weight. But there was no bullying and no harassing." Talking about Sir Rod's Instagram post on Loose Women in December, host Penny confessed: "I didn't realise my husband had sent that post out until it was out. And of course, you can imagine the influx of inquiries there were." She explained she was on jury duty at the time and didn't realise what had happened until later, saying she was left "shocked" by Rod's message. She explained: "When I did turn my phone back on I got a message from a friend saying, 'Oh my God, how amazing was that message your husband put out!' And I was like 'What message? What has he done?'." Penny explained: "I most definitely was witness and victim to some of the bullying and harassment behaviour of Gregg Wallace, and unfortunately, a lot of those involved in the production team were also witness to that. "I really feel that he used his position of power to, I believe, intimidate and cause distress to a lot of people on set." Wallace's MasterChef co-presenter John Torode followed in Wallace's footsteps after he was also axed following a report that included an accusation that he had used racist language. Wallace went on to say that he had unfollowed John and his wife Lisa Faulkner on social media, insisting that the MasterChef co-presenters "never got on that well". He added that he understands he said offensive things and that those on the receiving end were perhaps "too intimidated or nervous" to report the incidents at the time. Wallace went on to apologise to those he had upset and said he "doesn't expect sympathy".
