EA Sports snubs Steelers EDGE T.J. Watt on Madden 26 99 Club
Watt had a 97 rating in Madden 25, up from a 94 in Madden 24. Watt struggled down the stretch last season but was still one of the best defensive players in the NFL. Meanwhile, Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett was on the list and was the only defensive player who earned a 99 player rating. This is a big sting for Steelers fans as the rivalry between Garrett and Watt among the fanbase is heated.
EA Sports is giving early access to Madden 26 for seven days on August 7 if you pre-order the game. The official release date is August 14.

Clark took to social media to share a strong statement about Rodgers. "I can confirm it @AaronRodgers12 can still really throw the football... it's crazy in person!" Clark said. "2010-11 Super Bowl Flashbacks." No one should expect Rodgers to play like he did when he was in his prime. He may not be able to perform at that insane level, but he can still play at an elite level. Last season with the Jets, Rodgers played in all 17 games in his first year removed from the torn Achilles. He completed 63 percent of his pass attempts for 3,897 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. Those numbers were off the charts. Even at his age, Rodgers put together a season that many NFL quarterbacks would love to have. Pittsburgh also has two talented tight ends in town. Both Pat Freiermuth and Jonnu Smith will be quality playmakers for Rodgers. Expect to see the longtime superstar quarterback play at a high level to finish off his career. Rodgers has a huge goal of winning a title with the Steelers and he's looking good on the field so far. In just a few short weeks, much of the NFL's newest wave of talent will experience their official welcome to the National Football League. But before those Week 1 debuts come, several of the top NFL rookies received their "welcome" to the NFL in a different and heartfelt way. On Tuesday, Fanatics released the latest edition of its The Locker Room series, where NFL rookies, like Travis Hunter, Abdul Carter, Cam Ward, and Ashton Jeanty among others, received a message and a signed jersey from either an NFL legend or current NFL player that they are compared to. Before they were legends, they were welcomed the rookie class to the @NFL with a special surprise from some of the game's biggest stars.
