Clelia Theodorou bravely showed her scars two years after being in a horror car crash.
The former TOWIE star, 30, whose mother was tragically killed in the terrifying accident, suffered broken legs and feet which left her hospitalised in May 2023.
Two years on, Clelia took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post with her followers.
In the snaps, Clelia wore a chic white mini dress as she enjoyed a trip to the park with her daughter Cielo, who she shared with fiancée Tommy Cole.
She penned: 'I'm really nervous to post this picture as I've been holding off posting anything showing my scars. I want to be completely honest, because as much as I'd love to say its fine and I'm getting on with it, it hasn't been fine and a lot I've had to work through physically and emotionally.
'My body changed overnight and with each surgery has changed further which has been hard to come to terms with. Its only been in the last few weeks I've actually braved having my legs out at all (that and this scorching heatwave).
'I have around 12 scars in total and I think it's time to just brave it and share them, because as much as they affect me I am walking again, able to have lovely trips to the park with Cici and start living again. All of which seemed impossible at one point but here we are walking around the park hand in hand, making memories.
'There's no making the scars disappear, and it's a lot of changes I'm trying to come to accept day by day. Some days are really hard, some days are easier.'
She finished by saying: 'Trauma changes you both inside and out there's no denying that, but I want to be as transparent as possible with my on going recovery and how I feel and let you guys know its okay not to feel okay every day but good days like this are also round the corner.'
It comes just months after Clelia shared a heartbreaking tribute to her late mum Gill on Mother's Day, two years after she was killed in the horror car crash.
The reality star shared a poignant message admitting 'life isn't the same without you here' and her heart 'will ache forever'.
The heart-wrenching caption was accompanied by a slew of black and white snaps to celebrate the special day, with one showing a little Clelia happily hugging her mum.
In the same emotional Instagram post shared on Sunday, Clelia also showed gratefulness for her daughter Cielo, two, whom she called her 'greatest achievement'.
She posted a throwback snap cradling the newborn, while others showed her sweetly sleeping next to the tiny tot as she kissed her.
She penned: 'I'm really nervous to post this picture as I've been holding off posting anything showing my scars'
'My greatest achievement, my reason for everything thank you for making me a mum, my favourite chapter Cielo you are everything & more of what I ever dreamt you'd be,' she wrote emotionally.
Remembering her beloved late, she continued: 'My beautiful muma, life isn't the same without you here.
'I miss you more each day, time isn't making it easier it's showing me more of what your missing my heart will ache forever
'Happy Mothers Day to all your incredible muma's.'
Just earlier last week, Clelia revealed she was forced to undergo further surgery, two years after being left with 'serious injuries' from the horror car crash.
Clelia took to her Instagram stories with snaps from her hospital bed while wired up to a drip ahead of her legs, which were both broken in the devastating 2023 accident, being operated on.
The reality star, who welcomed daughter Cielo with fiancé Tommy Cole just seven months after the accident, told followers: 'Longest day ever, can't wait to go home to my babies'.
She later reassured fans saying: 'I had another surgery today guys. Not an emergency or anything. Thank you for checking in'.
Clelia then returned home and shared a snap of her bandaged foot following surgery which she pixilated, writing: 'Thank you for your well wishes,'
Before adding: 'You guys are so lovely. At home and dosed up on painkillers'.
Last year Clelia admitted that she may never have the strength to share exactly what happened in the horror crash.
In an Instagram Q&A she shared harrowing pictures of her in hospital in recovery and told how it is still too 'raw' to discuss details of the accident.
One fan asked her: 'Will you ever talk about your accident and what happened?', to which she replied: 'I'm not sure. I find it very hard to talk about.
'Maybe in the future I will but it's still really raw. Family and friends that know everything I can talk to, but talking about it to someone new and reliving it is so difficult.'

EastEnders star teases 'really disturbing' storyline for the Knight family

EastEnders star Colin Salmon, who plays George Knight on the BBC soap, has teased that a 'really disturbing' storyline is coming up for his Walford family Colin Salmon has teased that he has a 'really disturbing' storyline coming up on EastEnders, The actor, 63, plays George Knight on the BBC soap and while he cannot say much about what to come, he has promised that something is coming up that is 'perfect' viewers right now. ‌ Fans of the London-based soap will know that George was previously at the centre of a baby farming storyline, after he learned from his parents that they were actually paid to take him rather than adopt him of their own choosing, but he explained that something even more dramatic is on the cards. ‌ During an appearance on Friday's Good Morning Britain, he told hosts Rob Rinder and Charlotte Hawkins: "We've got another storyline you haven't seen before. I did the farming storyline, we have another storyline that is perfect for this time, it's real, it's really disturbing and it's coming. I can't tell you what it is." It comes after one EastEnders star was announced to be taking part in this year's Strictly Come Dancing. ‌ Colin, who is known starring in the James Bond franchise, and has also appeared on other TV staples like Doctor Who and Merlin over the course of his career, was introduced to Albert Square as George in 2023, and headed up the Knight family alongside son Junior (Micah Balfour), Anna (Molly Rainford) and Gina (Francesca Henry). He married Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) but began an affair with ex-wife Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins), which culminated in kicking off the Who Attacked Cindy? storyline last Christmas when she was attacked with a shovel. In making history for the soap, George became the first black landlord of the famed Queen Vic pub, and Colin insisted that while he has never tried explicitly to change things in terms of diversity, he has always faced things head on as he has tried to move forward within his career.. He added: "It was interesting because I'd been asked before and I'd known that family that life. If you see it, you can be it, it's a real simple thing. I've lived by life trying to be Avant-garde but not in an aggressive way or an antagonistic way, but just being myself in going forward without fear." Meanwhile, Colin is now reprising his role as as the Barber in Nobody 2, the sequel to the 2021 comedy, alongside Bob Odenkirk, and recalled arriving on the set to discover that his co-star is a fan of the show, and he told him about the workload that comes with making a continuing drama. He said: "When I arrived in Winnipeg I had to shoot all my scenes very quickly. And my manager in Hollywood said 'You can't do that!' I said 'Do you realise what I do for a day job? Once arriving on set, I was asked about EastEnders, and I said 'Oh we shoot a movie in a week, we shoot very quickly.'" ‌ For EastEnders fans, the storyline that Colin teased comes shortly after it was announced that his on-screen daughter Anna is to leave Walford for good. According to a source it was a mutual decision between actress Molly and soap bosses, following new Executive Producer Ben Wadey taking over the soap. It's claimed Molly is ready for new ventures, while details on Anna's exit remain under wraps for now. The BBC told us in June : "We can confirm that Molly Rainford will be leaving EastEnders later this year, and we wish her all the best for the future." Anna's biggest storylines have included her being spiked, being revealed as Cindy Beale's daughter, and her love triangle with Bobby Beale and Freddie Slater. ‌ A source confirmed the decision behind the exit, and said to The Sun: 'New boss Ben Wadey is making sweeping changes on the show and his decision coincided with Mollie deciding she wanted to pursue other challenges." They added: "New boss Ben Wadey is making sweeping changes on the show and his decision coincided with Molly deciding she wanted to pursue other challenges. "She's hugely talented and wants to spread her wings and see what else is out there for her." Molly's character Anna arrived in 2023 as part of the Knight family, with dad George, sister Gina and stepmother Elaine Peacock. They took over The Queen Vic, and soon it was revealed Anna was Cindy's secret daughter."

Bizarre Christmas attractions in the UK that you can visit NOW – from sleigh rides to a festive hotel room

WE are barely through summer and some locations are already looking to Christmas - including year-round spots. Cold winter days and merry jingles seem like a distant memory, but for some destinations across the UK, the holiday season has already arrived. 4 Chessington's Christmas room Missing your festive fix? Then stay at Chessington World of Adventures' year-round Christmas bedroom. Full of twinkling lights, garlands and even a perfectly decorated tree, Chessington's Christmas gets guests into the festive spirit no matter the time of year. There are Christmas mugs in the room as well, to have marshmallow-loaded hot chocolate in. While the room is all things Christmas you can switch seasons with a dip in the hotel's Savannah Splash Pool. The room starts from £77 per person, based on a family of four sharing. If you are feeling extra festive, you can arrange to have an Elf Wake-up Call or Reindeer Encounter too. Santa's Sleigh Ride, Sundown Adventureland Sundown Adventureland markets itself as "the theme park for the under 10s". And while the theme park does have numerous non-festive themed rides, it is also "Christmas every day at Sundown" as the attraction has a year-round sleigh ride. Santa's Magical Sleigh Ride travels through a winter wonderland and has appearances from a number of Santa's helpers like Mrs Claus, Rudolph and dancing snowmen. I visited Lapland's Santa Claus Village in the summer — turns out Santa's not just for Christmas Those on the ride are taken through several rooms, including a quirky house set up where you see woodland animals preparing for the big day cooking and wrapping presents. There is even a reindeer sat in bed and a toy store advent calendar, with doors opening and closing as visitors slide by in the sleigh. Harrods Christmas Store For many festive fans, shopping for Christmas decorations and presents is a day out activity. And some keen holiday lovers will head to specific destinations for this. One such location is the Harrods Christmas Store, which opened last month - yes, in July. Located near the books, Harrods' Christmas World features new decorations including highland cow baubles and jewelled peach decorations. 4 There is even a hair oil bauble full of pink glittering liquid. Several bloggers and vloggers have already headed to the store to document this year's offering, with one view having already racked up 114,000 views. And you can even purchase a nutcracker for £2,539... Bridmas, East Yorkshire The picturesque seaside town of Bridlington in East Yorkshire hosts an annual event called Bridmas. The Christmas-themed festival features a load of Christmas crafts, food, live music and even a panto dame - all in the peak of summer. The event aims to show that the town is more than just a summer staycation spot, and actually features year-round attractions. Bridmas only lasts for one day and includes showings of classic Christmas movies like Home Alone, a 'Santa Express' land train and festive-themed beach games. The event took place on August 6, so if you want to go - you will need to wait until next year. TUI launches day trips to Lapland for 2026 TUI has introduced a new 'extreme day trip' to Lapland for the winter of 2026. The trip, called "Search for Santa," allows families to fly to Kittila, Finland and return on the same day. Flights will be available from 11 UK airports, including Cardiff for the first time. The trip from Bournemouth airport is also returning for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic. On the flight to Lapland, a cooked English breakfast is served, and a Christmas dinner is served on the return flight. Upon arrival, families receive snowsuits and boots before heading to the Snow Village. Activities include reindeer and husky sleigh rides and learning to drive a snowmobile. The day also features a magical journey to meet Santa and his elves. Some Christmas attraction tickets are already selling out – here is how you can still book. Fury as influencer reviews meal from homeless shelter and brags: 'I didn't have to pay for it'

A food influencer has caused fury after reviewing a meal served at a homeless shelter and bragging she 'didn't even have to pay for it'. Tracy Cahill, from Glasgow, has amassed a large TikTok following by rating meals and restaurants across the city before declaring whether they're '10/10 banging' or '10/10 stinking'. However, a recent clip did not go down well with Tracy's 45,000 followers after she filmed herself critiquing the food that was served at a local soup kitchen. In the since-deleted video, Tracy was reportedly seen 'laughing and sniggering' while holding up a container of food as she bragged 'I didn't even have to f***ing pay for it'. According to the Daily Record, the blogger declared the 'scran' was '10/10 banging' in the contentious video that sparked fierce criticism from the Homeless Project Scotland that runs programmes to feed those most in need. A spokesperson for the charity said Tracy's TikTok was 'deeply disappointing' and 'undermined' their work, adding: 'Homelessness is not a trend.' Fellow TikTokers, meanwhile, questioned how Tracy could 'take a meal from someone in need' and 'folk with nothing' - before the foodfluencer responded to the backlash in a rebuttal video. Reacting to the food review, one social media user noted: 'She has walked into a soup kitchen and thought she was funny taking food from people who haven't had a hot meal in days. 'I don't know how you can take a meal from someone in need.' Another said: 'You have gone into a space for vulnerable people that is supposed to be safe. This is food being given to folk with nothing and you are treating like content.' Addressing the outrage, Tracy took to Tiktok to clarify that she had, in fact, donated money to the homeless shelter 'because I am a TikToker and people know me' - despite earlier insinuating that she ate for free. She also told her followers that she was accompanied by her sister, who stays in a 'homeless centre', and explained that she began making content to earn a 'wee bit of money' having experienced similar hardships in her own life. Tracy began: 'I went with my sister who is homeless and stays in a homeless centre. I sat with her and had food but I donated money because I am a TikToker and people know me. She suggested the only reason people were criticising her is because 'I'm a big TikToker', adding there are many other influencers that 'video homeless people' without concern for their wellbeing. 'Take some time out of your lives from criticising people,' Tracy continued. 'All because I'm a big TikToker you are criticising me. 'I have had to do a lot of homeless stuff. That's why I started TikTok - to make a wee bit of money and make a better life for me. So, me sitting and having some food with the homeless in a shelter is not disgusting and I'm not mocking them.' Her response video was posted after Homeless Project Scotland said homeless shelters are not meant to be 'used as backdrops for online content or personal publicity' in a scathing response to the food review. 'We find it deeply disappointing when anyone treats the reality of homelessness as entertainment,' the spokesperson added. 'We find it deeply disappointing when anyone treats the reality of homelessness as entertainment.' They reiterated that homelessness 'is not a trend' but rather a 'serious crisis' that must be addressed with compassion. The Daily Mail has reached out to Tracy for comment. Many social media users felt Tracy's response missed the mark, as one person commented: 'Point is the food you had could have been given to an actual homeless person.' Another said: 'Point is the food you had could have been given to an actual homeless person.' A third comment read: 'It was in poor taste. And fyi I do volunteer at a soup kitchen and I do talk to everyone there, they are amazing people.' A fourth added: 'It's nothing to do with the fact that you were with homeless people Tracy. It's about the fact you done a food review! If you've not done anything wrong where is the review you posted?
