USA Today19-02-2025

Nebraska football will get an official visit from a class of 2026 three-star offensive lineman this summer. Mataalii Benjamin will visit Lincoln on June 6. Benjamin will also visit Oklahoma State on April 4, Arkansas on June 13, and Houston on June 20.
The lineman measures in at 6-foot-6, 305 pounds. He is the 75th offensive tackle in the 2026 class and the 17th overall player in his class from the state of Utah, per the 247Sports rankings.
Nebraska has done well at recruiting offensive linemen for future classes. They currently have no offensive line commitments for the 2026 class and three commitments in total. The class itself ranks 37th overall nationally per the 247Sports Team Rankings.
It will be interesting to see how Nebraska fairs in this recruitment. Benjamin is undoubtedly an imposing physical specimen, and Donovan Raiola has improved the offensive line's play throughout the last couple of seasons. Landing Benjamin would give the program another talented lineman to work with.
