Just four episodes into their new BBC reality series, Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash's actions have raised eyebrows.
The couple have been sharing intimate details of their life at Pickle Cottage with their five children on the show. But it's been suggested that their on-screen behaviour could potentially land them in trouble with BBC bosses.

Their series, titled 'Stacey and Joe', has garnered a significant following, attracting over three million viewers per episode. The BBC describes the show as filled with "loads of love and laughs" and offering a glimpse into the "beautiful chaos of life at Pickle Cottage".

However, reports suggest that the pair may be courting controversy with BBC chiefs due to apparent on-air promotion of their personal endorsement deals. As per the BBC editorial guidelines, "no on-air talent should promote products, goods, services or clothing they use on air".
This includes anything they have "agreed, or been contracted, to promote or in which they have financial interest". However, the duo has been seen discussing Stacey's homeware line and a haircare brand she's invested in, reports the Mirror.

In the inaugural episode, Stacey also mentions an unspecified clothing line while filming content for her Instagram. "I'm going to be trying on my last summer collection," she states.
"I have brand partnerships and design different things for those brands. Anything from homeware to clothing lines."
Joe is later shown preparing a dish for posting on his own Instagram, presumably connected to his Lidl range. He explains to the camera: "We have the social media team come round once a month and we'll just do all of the cooking content and then we'll drip feed it on my Instagram through the month."

The programme also spotlights a scene where the Loose Women panellist is filmed hosting a celebration for her ASDA homeware line. The BBC has now responded to the allegations, having issued a statement to the Daily Mail.

A spokesperson for the corporation said: "Stacey and Joe is a reality series following the daily lives of the couple which includes their work. All commercial relationships featured are made clear to the audience and only included where editorially justified."

The series, which is scheduled to span six episodes, does not appear to delve into Stacey's recent distressing news about their family dog, Teddy, who experienced a medical crisis. The event left the singer highly emotional as she communicated Teddy's predicament with her followers.
She disclosed to her audience earlier in the month her and her five children were "truly devastated" upon learning Teddy "might not ever fully recover".
On Good Friday, Stacey shared the unfortunate occurrence of Teddy losing mobility in his hind legs, causing distress for the household. She confessed that the pooch hadn't exhibited any prior discomfort before the unsettling episode.

She continued to describe how their family dog had experienced a ruptured disc, before revealing that the vets had assessed the entirety of his spine as "not looking good at all," with all of the discs appearing "really worn".

Strictly star Wynne Evans announces engagement months after ‘dumping' claims

Wynne Evans has admitted he is feeling 'smug' after announcing he is engaged. Earlier this year the Welsh opera singer, 53, was sensationally dumped from the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour over comments he made involving host Janette Manrara. The 'unacceptable' joke referenced having a threesome with the dancer, 41. Soon after he apologised, saying he was 'deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate action caused' and would take a break from the public eye for 'self-reflection' and to 'prioritise my wellbeing'. At the time it was reported that he's been dumped by his girlfriend Liz Brookes, but it was then quickly clarified she was helping to 'rally around him'. Elizabeth Hurley, 60, strips down to birthday suit and confesses she's 'in love'

Elizabeth Hurley has celebrated turning 60 in style by sharing a cheeky picture in just her birthday suit, confessing she is 'in love'. In her Instagram post, the Austin Powers icon hinted at a 'wild ride' year, which included hard launching her relationship with Billy Ray Cyrus, 63. The pair shocked the world by posting a picture of them kissing on Instagram after meeting on the set of the 2022 film Christmas in Paradise. Weeks later, they were loved up in Rome, walking arm in arm at a Valentino event so things seem to be going strong so far with the famous duo. There was no direct mention of the Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker in her birthday post as Elizabeth stripped down for her 60th — but there was a subtle message to him. 'Happy birthday to me!' Liz captioned the snap on her social media, a sentiment echoed by her friends and family in the comments. She continued: 'This year has already been a wild ride; my 30th year of working with the Estée Lauder Companies, my 30th year as the Global Ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of @elizabethhurleybeach.' Somewhat casually, the model then revealed she is 'in love', which was followed by plenty of heart emojis. Presumably, she means in love with Billy Ray, who she went official with in April after his split with ex-wife Firerose, 36. 'Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world,' Liz said before casually adding: 'Pic taken this afternoon… in my birthday suit xxx.' Over on his Instagram, Billy Ray wished happy birthday to 'the love of my life ❤️' and shared a snap of them together. Liz responded with heart reactions, meanwhile, on her post birthday wishes flooded in from famous faces such as Sarah Michelle Gellar and Richard E. Grant. Her son Damian, 23, wrote: 'Hahahah I LOVE YOU ♥️♥️♥️ happy birthday mama xxx.' 'Congratulations beautiful smart funny Elizabeth ❤️ Wishing you the best birthday. Love you 🥳❤️😘,' added Heidi Klum. Actress Patsy Kensit, 57, penned: 'To my dearest wonderful friend for nearly 30 years …. So privileged to be spending your birthday with you and your glorious family… I never want to leave I have had the best day celebrating you.. 'Your the most beautiful kind human being and I will always love you forever… thank you for including me today and making magical memories and see you with your true love Billy who is so fabulous I'm so happy for you both and aunt ratticus loved her time with my gorgeous nephew D… one of the most special days I've had in a very long time. I love you ratticus rat ❤️❤️. [sic]' Liz and Billy Ray have not publicly spoken about their romance but a source confirmed to People Magazine she reached out after their film together. They said: 'Liz is great and visited him for Easter. They've been seeing each other romantically for a little bit. 'And how lucky is he? Liz is lovely. She's very warm, positive and the best to be around.' More Trending Billy Ray was previously married to Cindy Smith from 1986 to 1991, and then Tish Cyrus from 1993 to 2022, with whom he shares five kids, including Grammy-winning pop star Miley Cyrus, 32. Liz was previously married to Indian entrepreneur and businessman Arun Nayar from 2007 to 2010, and shared son Damian, 23, with late American businessman Steve Bing. EXCLUSIVE Did the dancing Queen put in a good word? Strictly's Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly to be awarded top gongs in King's Birthday Honours list

They are the ultimate double act as television's trailblazing all-female presenting duo. So how fitting for Strictly Come Dancing hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly will both be awarded with top gongs in the upcoming King's Birthday Honours, the Mail can reveal. The King and the Queen are dedicated watchers of the BBC dance programme, which last year celebrated its 20th anniversary, and will bestow the honours on the long-time presenters. The pair have been part of the Strictly team since its launch in 2004, with Ms Daly, 56, presenting the main show with Sir Bruce Forsyth and Ms Winkleman, 53, hosting the BBC2 spin-off It Takes Two. After impressing BBC bosses, Ms Winkleman was promoted to hosting the Sunday results show alongside Ms Daly before becoming the main co-host in 2014 following the departure of Sir Bruce when he reduced his workload. Last year, the Queen described herself as 'one of Strictly's greatest fans' and told Strictly professional dancer Johannes Radebe 'we all watch it'. Ms Daly's husband the BBC radio presenter Vernon Kay has previously talked of the 'real friendship' that has formed between his wife and Her Majesty, with the Queen even keen to know what goes on behind-the-scenes. Kay, 51, said: 'Camilla and Tess have a real friendship through it now. They don't text, but we have mutual friends and messages come through. 'When they see each other, the Queen is always asking: 'Who is your favourite?' She wants to know the backstage gossip. 'It's crazy to think of the King and Queen sat on the sofa with a brew watching your wife present Strictly.' Her Majesty hosted a palace tea party for Strictly where she danced with former professional Brendan Cole, been in the audience and filmed a video message for the 2020 final, which was won by Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse. The Queen is a keen dancer who has attended Silver Swans, classes for elderly ballet dancers run by the Royal Academy of Dance. The news will also bring some joy to the Strictly team after a difficult few years as it faced a number of complaints about mistreatment on the show, which led to the departures of professionals Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima last year. While celebrities Wynne Evans and Jamie Borthwick have also faced accusations of inappropriate behavior on this year's Strictly tour. The Queen is a keen dancer who has attended Silver Swans, classes for elderly ballet dancers run by the Royal Academy of Dance (pictured dancing with the late Strictly judge Len Goodman in 2019) Both Strictly hosts engage in charity work including Daly, who is a proud supporter of the King's Trust and patron of Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, and Winkleman, who is a patron of Child Bereavement UK and Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity. David Beckham is set to be awarded with a knighthood when the full King's Birthday Honour's List is unveiled on Saturday. A Whitehall source said: 'It is the most showbiz list for years, and you don't get glitzier than Strictly Come Dancing.'
