Jennifer Aniston admits she and Gwyneth Paltrow gossip about Brad Pitt

Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she and Gwyneth Paltrow gossip about their shared ex, Brad Pitt.
The Friends actress, 56, said that she and the Goop founder, 52, cannot resist trading tales about her husband of five years, who was also engaged to Paltrow in the '90s.
Asked by Vanity Fair about swapping stories about Pitt, 61, with his ex-fiancee, Aniston said: 'Of course, how could we not? We're girls.'
The Golden Globe-winning actress, who was left heartbroken when Pitt fell for Angelina Jolie while they filmed Mr & Mrs Smith, also shared that their separation was a 'vulnerable time' for her.
Reflecting on her previous interview with the US magazine in 2005, when the couple split, she said: 'I haven't looked at that article in forever. I just remember the experience of doing it – which was kind of jarring.
'It was also just a vulnerable time. But yeah, that was one for the memoirs.'
She also spoke about the media frenzy she faced at the time of their high-profile relationship falling apart.
Aniston said: 'It was such juicy reading for people. If they didn't have their soap operas they had their tabloids.

Denzel Washington wishes he had 'prayed more'

Denzel Washington wishes he'd been more active in his faith when he was younger. The 70-year-old actor - who was baptised and obtained a minister license last year - has enjoyed a long and successful career and the only advice he has to offer his younger self is to have been more in contact with God. Asked the advice he'd give a younger Denzel, he told Extra: 'Pray more. That's it. Pray more. That's what I would tell that younger Denzel Washington. Pray more. Get on your knees more.' The Oscar-winning star is currently promoting his new film Highest 2 Lowest - in which he plays a music mogul who is targeted in a ransom plot - and the movie marks his fifth collaboration with Spike Lee, which is always comfortable. He said: 'I don't want to say, 'Just like old times,' but you know, you're back in the saddle. 'He leaves me alone. I don't know what he's doing. And he put together a great team of actors… Wendell [Pierce] and Jeffrey and Michael Potts and myself, and then the young buck A$AP [Rocky], and just let it rip.' Denzel was baptised in a special ceremony at the Kelly Temple Church of God in Christ, in New York City's Harlem neighbourhood just a few days before last Christmas. According to New York Post column PageSix, Archbishop Christopher Bryant revealed Denzel said: "In one week I turn 70. It took a while but I'm here. If [God] can do this for me, there's nothing He can't do for you. The sky literally is the limit." The actor's wife Pauletta Washington - with whom he has four adult children - also spoke of her pride in her husband's spiritual achievements, saying: "Forty-six years later, here I'm still standing next to him as only God will have it. "So, I'm very proud of you. You are the head of our house and you have set a great example for our children, who are now adult children who know the difference because we have shown them the difference." After the ceremony, Denzel posed for a picture holding his certificate of baptism and his minister licence - which will allow him to be ordained in the future. The Training Day star previously opened up about his faith in a recent interview with Esquire magazine, admitting he believes it's not "fashionable" to talk about religion in Hollywood. He said: "When you see me, you see the best I could do with what I've been given by my lord and saviour. I'm unafraid. "I don't care what anyone thinks. See, talking about the fear part of it - you can't talk like that and win Oscars. You can't talk like that and party. You can't say that in this town. "I'm free now. It's not talked about in this town. It's not talked about. It's not talked about. It's not fashionable. It's not sexy. But that doesn't mean people in Hollywood don't believe."

Jennifer Aniston 'fought for her Horrible Bosses wig'

Jennifer Aniston "fought" to wear a wig in Horrible Bosses. The 56-year-old actress played the flirtatious Dr. Julia Harris in the 2011 comedy movie, and Jennifer has revealed that her brunette wig was a point of contention before the cameras started rolling. The Hollywood star told Vanity Fair: "I fought for that wig, by the way. That was not an easy battle. "I wanted her to look different. And the argument from the studio — I'm sorry to call you out — was that, 'We're just afraid it won't look like you.' And I said, 'That's kind of the point.'" Jennifer - who starred in the movie alongside the likes of Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx - doesn't have any regrets about the wig. The actress said: "I just still think it might look a little bit like me, but I'm glad I fought for it, and I stuck to my guns." Jennifer is best known for playing Rachel Green in Friends. However, she relished the challenge of playing the flirty dentist in Horrible Bosses, noting that her character was "so far away" from her real-life self. She said: "I think I was always seen as the girl next door, the ingenue. "It was fairly fun to play somebody like this, because it's so far away from anything that I am. And I think that's what the director liked, was that, 'Oh, this is so not what we would expect from this gal'. "That was the fun of it, though. I think that's what made it more creatively exciting for me, obviously. I remember when I read this script, I was pretty excited about it." Jennifer's distinctive haircut in Friends - which was known simply as The Rachel - proved to be hugely influential in the 90s. However, the actress previously admitted that she wasn't a fan of the style. She told Marie Clare magazine in 2013: "The Rachel was ... horrible and ... high maintenance." Jennifer also joked that she felt frustrated with her hairstylist Chris McMillan at the time. The actress likened maintaining the style to undergoing "surgery". She quipped: "I'd curse Chris every time I had to blow-dry."

Dame Helen Mirren stuns Pierce Brosnan, Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show audience with unexpected 'tomatoes are bisexual' revelation

Dame Helen Mirren has delivered a surprise botany lesson that sent The Tonight Show audience into fits of laughter. The 80-year-old British acting legend, appearing alongside her Thursday Murder Club co-star Pierce Brosnan, shared her newfound tomato knowledge while host Jimmy Fallon made salsa from his homegrown produce. "Incidentally, I just want to give you a tip about growing tomatoes," she told Fallon during the live show on Tuesday evening. "You know the little flower? Well, a good way to get a tomato out of a flower is you have to tremble the flower like this," she added, bending a finger and wiggling it in demonstration. "Did you know that?" Fallon instantly burst into laughter, urging her to "stop doing that" and insisting, "I'm not doing that- at all- to my tomatoes!" "You've got to. A tomato is a bisexual thing, you see," Mirren replied, doubling down with, "Well, it is!" prompting more laughter from Fallon, Brosnan and the audience. "I looked it up very recently because I had a problem with my tomatoes. "It's bisexual, so you have to go around to each tomato, each flower, and go like this," she added, repeating the hand motion. After asking Fallon if she could smell the tomato, Mirren took a sniff and responded to Brosnan's query about its bouquet with a blunt: "Not really." When Fallon prepared to slice the tomato for salsa, the Academy Award-winning actress hid her face, exclaiming, "Ahhhh! How can you be so cruel? I'm amazed." She later declared the salsa "really fabulous", saying "Demi died a noble death" in apparent reference to the tomato. Shortly after the live interview aired, fans flooded social media with praise for the bit. "Love British humour, Helen is hilarious!" one wrote, while another said: "Everything about this interview was perfection." Others commented on the pair's enduring charm, while a handful felt the segment "missed the mark". Regardless of fans' opinions about the interview, Mirren's research appears accurate. According to Seed Collection Australia, tomato flowers are indeed bisexual, as they contain both male and female reproductive parts. Mirren, a celebrated actress with a career spanning over six decades, was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) by the late Queen Elizabeth II in 2003. Her accolades include an Academy Award, five Emmy Awards, a Tony Award, four BAFTA Awards, and a Laurence Olivier Award. One can only assume that her fruit and vegetable garden is equally as impressive.
