One act, Auzzy Blood even commented on the announcement: "Can't wait to share the insane things I've been training for!"
He had previously left the judges and audience squirming with his twisted auditon act, where he put metal coils and hooks through his face. Read more here.
This year's semi finals are set to be a little bit different, with Britain's Got Talent's biggest format change in history.

They have announced a significant change to their live shows, as the ITV series will introduce the Golden Buzzer to the semi-finals for the first time in the show's history.
According to an official statement, one judge (and Ant & Dec) will be given one chance to use the Golden Buzzer for a performance they believe deserves a spot in the final during each of the five live semi-final rounds.
This year's judges include Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli, with KSI making his debut as a guest judge in some episodes.

Unfortunately for some fans, KSI won't be appearing in the semi finals or the live finals as BGT said on social media "you've been a knockout Guest Judge KSI."
Since its introduction in 2014, the buzzer has only been used during auditions, so this new twist is set to heighten the tension in this year's semi-finals.
That's not the only alteration, as the broadcast schedule for the semi-finals will also change. Instead of airing across a single week leading up to the final, the semi-finals will now be spread over five Saturday evenings.

Lorraine says 'I've got a belly' as she issues blunt response over bikini snap

ITV Lorraine presenter Lorraine Kelly looked back on a segment from her chat show over 10 years ago, where she danced in a bikini live on air Lorraine Kelly returned to our screens with a fresh episode of her ITV chat show on Thursday (12 June), where she chatted with celebs and delved into the latest entertainment gossip. The beloved TV host tackled a range of topics, including the potentially harmful effects of social media filters on self-perception. ‌ Joining Lorraine was Emily Clarkson, Jeremy Clarkson's daughter, who is known for her candid Instagram posts about body positivity. ‌ In a revealing segment, they displayed a photo of Lorraine in a bikini next to an altered version, highlighting the drastic changes that filters and editing can impose on images. "It just shows you what you can do now," Lorraine declared, recalling her initial reaction to the edited image, reports the Express. She laughed off the transformation, saying, "It depends on what you're using it for. They did it with me, and I looked at it, and I actually laughed! I thought, crikey!" Lorraine pointed out the authenticity of the original photo, commenting: "That's more kind of normal, I've got a belly, who hasn't?" She explained that the process involved perfecting the skin tone before "pulling you in", while Emily remarked on how "too easy" it is to manipulate photos nowadays. ‌ Lorraine also reminisced about a memorable moment from over a decade ago when she famously wore a bikini and danced with her co-stars live on her show. She humorously confessed to slathering herself in fake tan for the filming, chuckling about her unsullied on-screen appearance: "I did lather on the fake tan, and, as you can see, I was the colour of a satsuma!". The beloved TV presenter couldn't help but laugh as she expressed disbelief at her participation in the recently discussed segment. Lucie Cave, who was present with the pair, praised Lorraine for her staunch stance against using filters, highlighting how she was a "champion" of natural beauty during a period when airbrushing and editing images were commonplace.

Laurence Fox could face trial in 2027 over upskirting photo of TV star

The actor-turned-activist is alleged to have shared a compromising image in a tweet posted in April 2024 of Kaur, 52, who appears regularly on Good Morning Britain and has previously appeared on GB News. Ms Kaur, who has waived her right to anonymity, sat in the public gallery at Woolwich Crown Court on Thursday as Fox, of Peldon in Essex, appeared charged with two counts under the Sexual Offences Act 2003. Narinder Kaur sat in the public gallery at Woolwich Crown Court on Thursday (Lucy North/PA) The 47-year-old defendant is accused of sharing a photograph of a person's genitals 'intending that the person or another person would see the genitals, and for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, and being reckless as to whether that person would be caused alarm, distress or humiliation' in the first count. The second count alleges he shared a photograph which showed, or appeared to show, 'another person in an intimate state, with the intention of causing that person alarm, distress or humiliation'. The court hearing on Thursday was listed for plea and trial preparation but Fox, who was wearing a white shirt and grey blazer with jeans, was not asked to enter any pleas. A provisional trial with a time estimate of four days was set for December 6 2027 at the same court, with Fox granted bail to appear for a further case management hearing on November 14 this year. Sarah Forshaw KC, defending, asked the court if it would be possible to look at whether other venues may be able to accommodate an earlier trial as 'December 2027 is a long way ahead'. The police previously said Fox had been 'charged with an offence contrary to section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003' which 'relates to an image that was posted on a social media platform in April 2024'. Fox is an actor-turned-activist (David Parry/PA) Section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act relates to 'cyber flashing'. The charge, introduced in 2023, makes it an offence to intentionally share a sexual image of someone without consent, with the aim of causing alarm, distress, humiliation or for sexual gratification. Upskirting, taking pictures of people under their clothes without their permission, became a specific criminal offence in 2019. Offenders can face up to two years in jail and be placed on the sex offenders' register. Fox was fired from GB News in October 2023 after an on-air rant about journalist Ava Evans. He previously starred as James Hathaway in ITV's drama series Lewis.

Simon Cowell 'very worried' about son Eric as he admits 'things are changing'

More info Music tycoon Simon Cowell has openly reflected on fatherhood in a heartfelt interview with This Morning's Jeff Brazier ahead of Father's Day. In the touching exchange, the 65 year old disclosed how fatherhood has transformed him and expressed worries about his 11 year old son's future. Simon, who welcomed his sole child Eric in February 2014 with his partner Lauren Silverman, has generally maintained a private family life. Nonetheless, during a Britain's Got Talent episode in the 2024 series, viewers were treated to a surprise when Eric joined his father on stage for a memorable Golden Buzzer moment, pressing the iconic buzzer himself. The series also shed light on Eric's budding interest in drumming, but Simon has now divulged further details about his young son to dad-of-two Jeff. The music impresario lovingly expressed how significant his son is to his life. "Honestly, everything. Out of everything I've ever done in my life, this is the best thing to ever happen to me. The very first time I saw his scan, I was literally obsessed," he gushed. Despite the joys, Simon acknowledged the challenges that come with raising a child in today's world, specifically surrounding the topic of technology. "We're getting to a point where the word phone comes up. 'Oh god, here we go,'" said Simon, who notably doesn't use a personal mobile phone, reports the Mirror. Simon's concerns about children's access to mature content were evident as he spoke: "I'm very worried Jeff, about how much kids can see at a certain age. I grew was learning things at the right time, the right age, etcetera etcetera. I just would be petrified of him having access to anything, that would really worry me." Simon continued, expressing his opinion on the pressures placed on children by schools: "I think schools put too much pressure on kids, which is, you're getting up at seven in the morning, you're coming home say at five, six in the afternoon, evening and then you've got to do two hours of homework." He further elaborated: "It's like, they're ten, eleven, twelve years old. It's too much. I would say to any teacher watching, ban homework, you'll have happier kids and they'll do better." Simon, known for being the 'tough' judge since his 2001 appearance on Pop Idol, has mellowed over the years. However, he revealed that his high standards apply even to Eric, his son. In response to Jeff's inquiry about his approach if Eric were to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, Simon confessed that he would be "absolutely honest" with him. Simon explained: "I've thought about this. What if he said to me, 'I want to be a singer' and he couldn't sing, I would be absolutely honest with him. If he couldn't, I would say, 'You know what, be a drummer,'" he joked. However, it appears Eric has a hidden talent as Simon shared: "He actually can play the drums well but he's quite shy. You know, I walk and I hear him, and he stops. I say, 'Why are you stopping?' and he says, 'Well, I'm a bit embarrassed' and I say, 'Well don't be, you're really good."
