According to an official announcement, Sunburn Mumbai 2025 will be held from December 19-21, promising three electrifying days of music, lights, and high-octane performances. While the artist lineup is yet to be revealed, expectations are already sky-high.
Welcoming the move, Atul Patne, Principal Secretary of Tourism, Government of Maharashtra, said:, "Maharashtra has always been at the forefront of shaping India's cultural and entertainment economy and music is a vital part of that vision.
By bringing landmark experiences like the Sunburn Festival to Mumbai, we are actively building a robust music tourism ecosystem—one that attracts global attention, fuels local enterprise, and positions our state as a thriving destination for next-generation cultural experiences.

With this relocation, Maharashtra is aiming to tap into the lucrative and rapidly growing music tourism sector, while offering fans a new festival experience in a dynamic urban setting.
From Goa to Mumbai
Sunburn first lit up the sands of Vagator, Goa, in 2007, turning beach sunsets into bass drops and making international DJs a December staple. But the party hasn't always stayed put—between 2016 and 2018, it packed its speakers and made a detour to Pune before coming back to Goa.
Mumbai, Aug 6 (IANS) Electronic Dance Music (EDM) festival Sunburn Festival is set to its 2025 edition in Mumbai, for the first time.
In recent years, the festival has encountered growing local opposition and mounting bureaucratic roadblocks in Goa, nudging organisers to reconsider their long-term game plan.
While Goa's palm-fringed coastline has long been the spiritual home of Sunburn, the move to Mumbai might just unlock fresh opportunities—logistically, commercially, and creatively.

Will Mumbai hit the right note?
Goa gave Sunburn its signature beachy vibe and barefoot freedom, but Mumbai's stepping in with skyscraper swagger, serious infrastructure, and a bigger, buzzier crowd. With its electric nightlife, culture-hungry crowd, and global flight map, the city might just take the festival from sandy grooves to stadium-level spectacles.
Fans and organisers alike are now watching closely to see whether this bold shift will pay off. One thing's certain: Sunburn Mumbai 2025 is set to drop the bass and raise the bar as one of the most anticipated music events of the year.

Too Relatable! Viral Video Perfectly Captures Every Picky Eater's Struggle

We have all met or even lived with that one person who treats mealtime like a high-stakes sorting challenge. Whether it is a friend who is notoriously picky about food or a family member who insists on packing their own snacks for every trip, picky eaters can be both entertaining and irritating. They can turn a simple meal into a slow, careful process, inspecting every bite before eating. Sometimes their habits make everyone laugh, other times they leave you shaking your head. But one thing is certain, their quirks are hard to forget. A viral Instagram clip has perfectly captured this quirk, and it is making the internet chuckle. In the video, an individual is seen enjoying a plate of pulao but only after carefully removing every single pea from the rice. The caption reads, "We all know one namoona who eats like this." This behaviour is bound to resonate with anyone who has ever had a friend or relative with peculiar eating habits, making it a relatable watch. A side note adds, "Every family has that one nakhrebaaz. Relatable?" View this post on Instagram A post shared by Shivangi & Amit | Foodie Siblings (@twistie_bites) Since being posted, the video has been viewed over 3 million times. The comments section is buzzing with people sharing their own stories. One user admitted, "This namoona is me." Another commented, "So true." "You know about me," wrote one. "I do it with shimla mirch," shared another."Meri beti same yehi karti hai (My daughter does exactly the same)," said one user. "Yeh toh meri baat ho rahi hai (This is exactly about me)," added another. Many others dropped laughing emojis and tagged friends or siblings they thought fit the bill. This is not the first time food quirks have gone viral. Earlier, a hilarious Instagram video showed a mother pranking her son by serving him fries that were not made of potatoes but ginger. The clip begins with the woman holding up a large piece of ginger to the camera and slicing it into thin strips resembling fries. With the peel removed, the yellowish ginger looks deceptively like deep-fries the slices until golden brown, tosses them in an orange coloured sauce, and serves them to her son.
