Only one of Dovbyk and Abraham will remain at Roma
Roma are rumored to be preparing for a mini revolution in the offensive department, with the fate of Tammy Abraham and Artem Dovbyk still to be written.
Both forwards have closed seasons with inconsistent performances and, to date, their simultaneous stay in the capital seems complicated, both for technical and economic reasons.

The Englishman, returning from a lackluster loan at Milan, still has an expensive contract with the Giallorossi.
The Ukrainian, signed for a large fee twelve months ago, has scored 17 goals but has not fully convinced in terms of performances.
Now it will be up to Gian Piero Gasperini, recently made official on the Roma bench, to evaluate the possibilities of relaunching both.
Gasperini had already shown interest in Abraham during his time at Atalanta, a sign that the coach values the player for his physical and athletic characteristics.
Dovbyk, on the other hand, could reflect a profile more similar to that of Retegui.

The new coach will want to test both, but he is aware that the economic needs of the club could prevail over the technical choices.
Ricky Massara is called upon to unblock the necessary exits to comply with UEFA agreements, in view of the closing of the budget set for June 30. The sale of Abraham, for example, would free up an important salary and allow for a useful capital gain, writes Il Tempo.

Bayer Leverkusen striker agrees AC Milan move
Victor Boniface has reached an agreement with AC Milan over a potential move to the club from Bayer Leverkusen. Milan are working on the signing of a new striker, following the summer exits of Luka Jovic and Tammy Abraham. The Rossoneri want to bring in competition for Santiago Gimenez and Boniface is the top target. Milan have reached a verbal agreement with the Nigeria international on personal terms and discussions with Leverkusen will continue over a fee. Boniface could be the latest big name to leave Leverkusen this summer, following the departures of Florian Wirtz, Jonathan Tah, Jeremie Frimpong and Granit Xhaka. Head coach Xabi Alonso also left Leverkusen to take charge at Real Madrid. Sky Germany are reporting that Leverkusen are deliberating the offer from Milan but are likely to accept with the player keen on the move. The 24-year-old was a huge hit during his debut season at Leverkusen, where he was named Bundesliga Rookie of the Year. Boniface was recognised after scoring 21 goals in all competitions, as Leverkusen won a historic German double. However, injury problems and Patrik Schick's form reduced Boniface to just 12 league starts last season. Milan's move for Boniface could deal a blow to several Premier League teams. Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham have been among the clubs linked with signing the forward in recent months. Read – See more – Follow The Football Faithful on Social Media: | | | |

Serie A runners-up Inter Milan are desperate to add to their midfield options down the final stretch of the transfer window. According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, they boast a substantial €90 million budget for a top-class midfielder. Furthermore, Cristian Chivu's charges have already drawn a six-player shortlist, featuring Manu Kone as the most notable name. However, Roma are reluctant to sell the Frenchman, who enjoyed an impressive first season in Serie A last year. Therefore, the San Siro giants have identified five more targets. Yet, like in the case of Ademola Lookman, La Dea will not let the Brazilian go unless they receive a mammoth offer. With that in mind, Inter have devised a contingency plan in the form of Parma's Mandela Keita. However, he is only a 'Plan B.' Meanwhile, Chivu's men are monitoring three players outside Italy. Benfica's Florentino, Brighton's Matt O'Riley, and Rennes' Djaoui Cisse are the remaining options.
