3 Barcelona youngsters train with first-team ahead of Valladolid clash
That's according to Jijantes, who point towards Noah Darvich, Dani Rodríguez and Jofre Torrents as the players in question.
Barcelona are of course currently in the midst of a recovery period, following a draining outing on the continent on Wednesday night.
After welcoming Italian champions Inter Milan to Catalunya's capital for a Champions League semi-final first-leg clash, the Blaugrana were forced to settle for a share of the spoils, in a 3-3 draw.
Hansi Flick's squad, though, will now quickly be forced to shift focus back towards matters on the domestic front.
This comes with a La Liga meeting with Real Valladolid to come on Saturday night.
And as alluded to above, amid their early preparations for as much on Thursday morning, three youth team stars were afforded a fresh chance to impress at senior level.
As per Barca insider Gerard Romero of Jijantes, the trio of Noah Darvich (attacking midfielder, 18), Dani Rodríguez (winger, 19) and Jofre Torrents (left-back, 18) joined Flick's ranks at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper earlier today.

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson favours a move to Newcastle United
Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson favours a move to Newcastle United should he leave the Stamford Bridge club this summer, according to the Telegraph. Newcastle have been in the market all summer for a number 9 to play alongside Alexander Isak at the St James' Park club, and they will hope they can finally land one before the transfer deadline. The Magpies target has been training on his own after telling Chelsea he wants to leave and they have agreed to sell the 24-year-old. Newcastle are not the only club interested in Jackson, but he favours a move there, with Champions League football likely a factor. He was left left out of the squad for Friday's friendly at Stamford Bridge against Bayer Leverkusen and was also not on the bench against AC Milan yesterday. The Toons lost the race for Slovenia international striker Benjamin Sesko to Manchester United, and his Chelsea counterpart has emerged as an option. They were ready to do a €85 million deal for the former RB Leipzig star and may need to pay something close to sign Jackson. Chelsea want at least €76m for him – double what they paid to sign him from Villarreal in 2023, and he also has eight years left on his current contract after signing a long-term deal last September. Newcastle could do with his strength and pace in attack and they will hope to beat other suitors to his services after missing out on most of their key transfer targets so far this summer. The Senegalese has found himself behind Liam Delap and Joao Pedro in the pecking order at Chelsea after the striking duo were signed this summer, and he needs to leave if he wants regular playing opportunities. The Toons could provide him with that chance as manager Eddie Howe is open to playing two strikers going forward, and talks could take place between both clubs in the coming weeks.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen: 'It was important to resolve the issue with Barcelona'
Marc-Andre ter Stegen stepped into the spotlight ahead of Barcelona's Joan Gamper Trophy clash against Como and delivered a captain's speech that felt like a fresh chapter for both him and the club. Greeted with warm applause that drowned out a few timid whistles, the German goalkeeper approached the microphone with visible tension, waiting to see how the fans would respond. The presenter lightened the mood: 'Maybe in Catalan, no pressure, Marc,' she teased. Smiling wryly, Ter Stegen replied, 'No pressure, yes…' with a touch of irony, clutching a sheet of paper to make sure he didn't forget his words. The tension melted away when the stadium erupted in applause, signalling a truce between player and supporters. 'Thank you very much,' he said, clearly moved by the reception from the packed Estadi Johan Cruyff. Time of reconciliation From the outset, Ter Stegen struck a conciliatory and forward-looking tone. 'It's a long time coming. Thank you very much for coming to the Johan. 'Obviously, we all share the same excitement and want to return to the Camp Nou, our home. There's very little time left,' he began, before briefly addressing recent off-pitch matters. 'As for me, I think it was important to resolve the issue between the club and me, and it's time to look forward.' The captain then looked ahead to the new campaign. 'We're very excited for this season to get underway, which will be very demanding. 'We've worked hard to achieve many goals. Last season, we won three titles, thanks in part to the players who have left the club. We want to thank them for their efforts last year… 'We now have new faces and a well-known one like Tek; I want to welcome them and offer them my support… With these signings, we're going to be stronger.' Self criticism He didn't shy away from self-criticism either: 'We must improve in some aspects and, as always, we will fight for every trophy again. We hope that, with your help, we can win as many titles as possible.' Before finishing, Ter Stegen expressed gratitude to Hansi Flick and his staff: 'Thank you to Hansi and his staff, with whom we have enjoyed a lot. They have given us back a very successful game.' He ended with a heartfelt declaration: 'Now we have a squad with a lot of character and energy. We hope for success. I appreciate you, culers. Long live Barça and long live Catalonia.' The ovation that followed reassured the German and confirmed his restored standing as the team's leader.

Joan Laporta hints at registration woes causing key Barcelona sale
Over the weekend, Barcelona finalised the departure of Inigo Martinez, who joined Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr on a free transfer. The 34-year-old's exit came as a shock to many, given that he was expected to be a regular starter for Hansi Flick's side during the upcoming 2025-26 season. It had been reported that Martinez had a clause in his contract that allowed him to leave Barcelona for free if he sought a new opportunity, and although that may be the case, club president Joan Laporta has hinted that the veteran was encouraged to make the move to the Saudi Arabia, as he told TV3. 'Deco already said that we had five centre-backs and that one should leave. I think Inigo would've loved to stay here for one more season, but this train passes only once. I think he made a good decision, a decision on a family level. He came for free and we already spoke before that if an opportunity like this comes, we would let him go.' Image via EFE Martinez exit helps Barcelona with their registration issue While losing Martinez is a big blow for Barcelona, getting his wages off the books is good news in their bid to register several players before the start of the new La Liga season this weekend – although it still may not be enough to ensure that the likes of Joan Garcia, Marcus Rashford and Roony Bardghji are able to feature against Mallorca. Despite this, Laporta is confident. 'We are working to ensure that they are all registered. With Marc's decision, we have options – according to what the medical report says. This week, things will happen.' It remains to be seen whether Barcelona can find a solution before the trip to Son Moix at the weekend. Garcia should be registered, but it could be tough for Flick to count on Rashford and co.
