Chiesa prioritising Italy over potential Turkey move
A number of clubs in Italy have since been linked with a move for the former Fiorentina forward, and it is understood that Chiesa is seeking regular first-team football with the 2026 World Cup taking place at the end of the coming season.

According to reports from Calciomercato.com, Chiesa is prioritising a return to Italy this summer, which is part of the reason why he has little interest in joining Mourinho at Fenerbahce.
It is understood that Liverpool are seeking a fee of around €15m, the same as what they spent last summer, to sell Chiesa this window.

Man City drawn with Everton in Women's League Cup
Last season's runners-up Manchester City have been drawn in Group A alongside Women's Super League side Everton and second tier Nottingham Forest and Newcastle in the Women's League Cup. Manchester City were beaten 2-1 in March's final by Chelsea - who have been handed a bye into the quarter-finals alongside Arsenal because of Champions League qualification. Manchester United were also not included in the draw because they have to go through Champions League qualifying.
