I guess these two models want to do just about anything! Well, except for high-end gaming or video rendering, probably…The ASUS ExpertBook P3 (P3405) is designed as a versatile tool, combining performance, security, and advanced collaboration tools in a sleek, portable form. Equipped with up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, it delivers reliable power for demanding workloads, multitasking, and AI-driven productivity.Users can choose between vibrant WUXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels) or high-resolution WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixels) 14-inch displays, both featuring a 16:10 aspect ratio and anti-glare coating for enhanced clarity and comfort during long hours of work. I'm a big fan of the 16:10 aspect ratio: if you work with Adobe Photoshop, for example, you know what I mean by that. The extra screen real estate (compared to a 16:9 monitor) makes space for extra toolbars and menus.Back to the laptop, though: it supports up to 64 GB of RAM (that's plenty!) and dual-SSD storage configurations, ensuring speed and ample space for files and applications. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 beats the Dimensity 9500 in CPU clock speed
Yesterday we heard that MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 9500 SoC's CPU would go past the 4 GHz threshold for the first time in the company's history, and today we have news about its main competitor. The Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, due to be unveiled in late September, is now rumored to hit 4.6 GHz for its regular model, and a whopping 4.74 GHz in the "for Galaxy" higher-bin iteration that Samsung will be using in at least some of the Galaxy S26 devices next year. The SoC's GPU is rumored to be clocked at up to 1.2 GHz, and its AnTuTu score, even in the tamer, generally available iteration (not the Samsung special), is rumored to be over 4 million. Qualcomm will keep using its custom Oryon cores in the second generation of the Elite, and the SoC will be made on TSMC's N3p 3nm process. Xiaomi TV Stick 4K 2nd gen unveiled with much faster chipset, HDR10+ support
Just over two years ago, we reviewed the Xiaomi TV Stick 4K. We found it to be a solid player, but its support for HDR formats was lacking. The company just unveiled the second generation model that fixes that and brings a host of other improvements. The Xiaomi TV Stick 4K 2nd gen is powered by a new chipset with a quad-core Cortex-A55 CPU and an ARM Mali-G310 V2 GPU. Compared to the old chip (4x A35, Mali-G31 MP2), this one has 80% higher CPU performance and a whopping 150% boost to GPU performance. The memory capacity remains unchanged at 2GB RAM and 8GB storage, however. This now runs Google TV interface. Google made a mess of its TV product naming, but Google TV is the one you want (Android TV is the older launcher but also the name of the OS). The new stick supports not only Dolby Vision, but also HDR10+ (which was lacking on the first-gen stick). For audio, it handles both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. The original stick already supported AV1 decoding, as does this one. Connectivity has been improved with faster Wi-Fi 6 (ax, up from Wi-Fi 5/ac). Bluetooth is the same at v5.2. The included remote has a few new buttons. It uses Bluetooth, as the stick is likely to be hidden behind your TV and infrared won't work (IR needs line of sight). The new Xiaomi TV+ launches a free live TV streaming service. It also adds YouTube and Apps buttons to the Netflix and Prime Video buttons. Right now, the Xiaomi TV Stick 4K 2nd gen is listed on AliExpress for €40/$46 (this is with a claimed 52% discount). We should start seeing it on other retailers soon too. Source

iQOO Z10R unveiled with the Dimensity 7400 SoC, 4K selfie camera, and quad-curved AMOLED display
As promised, iQOO today unveiled the iQOO Z10R, making it the sixth smartphone in the brand's Z10 series. The iQOO Z10R, "built for new-age content creators," is powered by the Dimensity 7400 SoC and has up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage onboard. The smartphone boots Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 out of the box and comes with the promise of two years of OS upgrades and three years of security updates. The iQOO Z10R is built around a 6.77" quad-curved AMOLED display. It's a 120Hz FullHD+ screen with a 1,800-nit peak brightness and Schott Xensation Alpha glass protection. The display also supports HDR10+ and Netflix HDR. Moreover, the iQOO Z10R's display has a fingerprint scanner embedded for biometric authentication and a punch hole for the 32MP selfie camera, having 72° FOV and support for 4K video recording at 30fps. Around the back is a dual camera setup, which is a combination of a 50MP primary (Sony IMX882) and a 2MP depth camera. The rear cameras are accompanied by an Aura Light and support underwater photography and multi-focal portraits. iQOO Z10R's color options Fueling the iQOO Z10R is a 5,700 mAh battery with 44W charging support. iQOO claims the battery can go from 1% to 50% in 33 minutes. The rest of the iQOO Z10R's highlights include bypass charging, dual stereo speakers, IP68/69 rating, and MIL-STD-810H certification.
