Kajari Teej is a traditional festival observed mainly in parts of North India. On this day, married women adorn themselves with solah shringar, sixteen traditional bridal adornments and pray to Goddess Parvati. The rituals are performed to seek blessings for a happy married life, prosperity and good fortune. The celebrations often include fasting until the moon is sighted, followed by prayers and family gatherings.
Rakul is set to reprise her role as Ayesha Khurana in the much-anticipated sequel De De Pyaar De 2. She will be sharing the screen once again with Ajay Devgn, who returns as Ashish Mehra.
The sequel will also see R. Madhavan join the cast as Dev Khurana, Ayesha's father. Alongside them, the film will feature Tabu, Jimmy Shergill, Alok Nath and Inayat Sood in key roles. Audiences can also look forward to cameo appearances by Tamannaah Bhatia and Prakash Raj.
Directed by Anshul Sharma, De De Pyaar De 2 is slated for release on November 14 and promises to bring a fresh twist to the much-loved romantic comedy.
