Samsung teases the Galaxy M36 in India, highlights the M series success over the years
Samsung is getting ready to launch the Galaxy M36 and has already set up a landing page on Amazon.in, as it's about to be an Amazon-exclusive handset in the country. The Galaxy M36 is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated midrangers this year, and Samsung decided to brag about it in its teaser video.
Aside from hyping up users about the upcoming M36, the company also shared some interesting facts about the Galaxy M series legacy and why it is so popular nowadays. For instance, back in 2022, the Galaxy M33 was the best-selling 5G phone during the Great Indian Festival at Amazon. The M34 had the best budget camera under INR 20,000 and was also the best-selling phone on Amazon Prime for 2023. Last year's Galaxy M35 was also the best budget camera phone under INR 20,000.
Clearly, the Galaxy M series is very popular in India, and Samsung promises even better hardware for this year. We already have a hint of the chipset, which will likely be the in-house Exynos 1380, but no other specs have been confirmed so far. Luckily, we won't have to wait long to see. Samsung Galaxy M35

Google mocks Apple for iOS 26 features Pixels have had for ages
After Apple's unveiling of iOS 26, Samsung was quick to poke fun at some of the features that are coming to iPhones this fall after having been available on Samsung devices already, and today Google has joined the fun - better late than never? Google's exceptionally cringy "#BestPhonesForever" campaign has released a new video, and like all the other ones it's set up as a conversation between a Pixel and an iPhone. Only this time, it's all about how iOS 26 has been 'inspired' by Pixel features. Take a look: Auto-translation of messages is mentioned, with the Pixel saying it had that feature four years ago. Then, Hold Assist gets a shoutout too, which the Pixels have had for five years. Next up, call screening - new to iOS 26, but a seven-year-old feature on Pixels. The video ends with the iPhone asking the Pixel what it's working on for the Pixel 10 series, presumably so as to get 'inspired' again for the iPhone 17 family. Cringe-wise, this is one of the tamest videos in the series, and dare we say it - it's actually a bit of fun. That said, expecting competing products and services not to take inspiration from one another isn't very realistic, let's be honest.

Amazon Prime Day will be twice as long this year, starts on July 8
Amazon Prime Day will double up on the deals this year and it will last four days – last year it was only two days. Amazon's biggest deal event will start on July 8 and will end on July 11 (that is Tuesday through Friday a few weeks from now). As usual, we will keep you up to date with the best deals over the four days – we suspect that Amazon will spread out the offers instead of having them available all at once for the full duration of the event. And we can start early – from July 1, a wide variety of Amazon-branded products will be up to 30% off. Some, like the Ring Battery Doorbell and Blink Mini 2 two-pack, will be at their lowest prices ever. The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus, Kindle Essentials bundle, eero Wi-Fi mesh systems and more will be up to 50% off. Check out 17 of the best early Prime Day 2025 deals. It goes without saying that you need to be a Prime subscriber to join in on the shopping bonanza. Thankfully, a free trial period will work just fine for that. If you want to extend the membership beyond that, Amazon offers fast free shipping, 100 million songs in shuffle mode on Amazon Music (and ad-free podcasts), Prime Video and Prime Gaming. Prime Day will take place in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the US and the UK. This year, shoppers from Ireland can shop Prime deals on while people in Colombia can use Source
