Daily volumes are forecast to average over 265,000 with the busiest day on 5 July for both departures and transfer traffic. Dubai Airports, alongside its stakeholders, has activated an integrated summer readiness plan to ensure guest journeys remain safe and efficient. Supported by a real-time monitoring and predictive system to optimise manpower and resource utilisation. DXB continues to monitor the situation in close coordination with authorities and airline partners, prioritising the safety of all guests and employees on the ground and through to take-off.

DXB Rolls Out Smart 'Greet & Go' Pickup at Terminal 3

Dubai International Airport (DXB) just made airport pickups smoother with the launch of Greet & Go at Terminal 3. Instead of drivers holding name signs, arriving guests simply scan a QR code at the kiosk to find their driver, car details, and parking spot. How It Works Guests flying into Dubai with a pre-booked hotel, tour, or limo service will get a personalised QR code. On arrival, they scan it, and on-ground staff will help them find their ride quickly—no confusion, no waiting around. Why the Upgrade? DXB says this makes pickups faster and less crowded in the Arrivals area. It's also a smarter, smoother way to welcome guests, cutting down the chaos of traditional pickups. Who Can Use It? The service is open to licensed hotels, limousine companies, and tour operators in Dubai. Businesses simply register their vehicles and drivers on the Greet & Go portal and send guests the QR code before their flight.
