Wednesday defender Bernard out for season
Sheffield Wednesday defender Di'Shon Bernard will miss the rest of the season after suffering a knee injury in Saturday's defeat at West Brom.
The 24-year-old had to come off before half-time at The Hawthorns and will have surgery on Thursday.
Talking to BBC Radio Sheffield after the win at Swansea on Wednesday, boss Danny Rohl said: "It's a big one, he's out for around six months.
"It's a setback for him and for us as a group because he helps us a lot."
The Owls are eighth in the Championship, two points off the play-off places.

During a softball season when top pitchers were hard to find, coach Rick Robinson of Norco High was patient, wise and comforting in helping sophomore Coral Williams make the kind of improvement that could lead to a championship. And all Williams did was complete a one-hit shutout in a 3-0 victory, rewarding Robinson and Norco with an eighth championship.
