Talking to On Manorama, Mahesh Narayanan revealed that about 60% of the shoot is complete, with plans to wrap by October this year. What began as a relatively modest venture has grown significantly during production. 'Some movies have a destiny of their own,' he says, noting that while he aims for a mainstream big-screen entertainer, his signature narrative style will remain intact.
A biopic on Narain Karthikeyan in works
The filmmaker is also deep in pre-production for a biopic on Formula One racer Narain Karthikeyan, a project in the works for over a year and a half, which he promises to share more about soon.
