She sang through a coordinated silver bejeweled microphone and accessorised her look with pearl earrings and a gold glittering 'Jennifer' necklace.
At one point, the On The Floor hitmaker added a dazzling gold jacket which boasted long tasseled sleeves.
Elsewhere during the gig, JLo slipped into a daring black cut out number, a blue catsuit and a gold bodysuit.
After taking a selfie on a fans phone on stage, the Maid in Manhattan actress broke out into her hit tracks Booty, Let's Get Loud and On the Floor.
Following the performance, Jennifer took to Instagram to share clips from the gig and penned: 'ISTANBUL! You were an amazing sold out crowd Tonight.'
Jennifer is now said to be an independent artist, releasing her new single Birthday through a smaller company after splitting from her record label, according to The Sun.
Her 2024 album This Is Me… Now was released under BMG, the same label that represents stars like Kylie Minogue and Rita Ora.
However, the publication reported that the deal was only for one album, and following disappointing sales, both parties agreed to go their separate ways.
A music insider told the outlet: 'Jennifer is obviously massively successful and talented but it's been hard for her to find a label who she is on the same page with.

'After her last album came out, it was decided she wouldn't continue with BMG as it wasn't the success she wanted.

It comes after the singer took to the stage for an electric performance at the Regnum Carya Hotel.
The evening held even greater significance as it doubled as a pre-birthday celebration for the star, who turned 56 last month.
In May Jennifer told El Pais that the split from Ben Affleck was a 'difficult time' but she would be stronger for it. 'I'm proud of myself for that and I'm proud that I was able to navigate my children through difficult times, that they're stronger and better because of it.'
Jennifer and Ben tied the knot in 2022 after rekindling their romance.
But in August 2024, she filed for divorce on their second wedding anniversary.
A statement obtained by DailyMail.com at the time read: 'Representatives for Live Nation announced today that the Jennifer Lopez US Summer 2024 Tour THIS IS ME...LIVE is canceled.
'Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends,' it was added.
Jennifer herself also said she was 'heartsick and devastated' over the cancellation but added it was 'absolutely necessary.'
An insider also told DailyMail.com, 'She's taking time off to be with family and close friends. This was a very difficult decision made by Jennifer this week and she's sorry to her fans.'

Kieran Hayler has been seen for the first time since his former stepdaughter Princess Andre revealed how her mother Katie Price fell into a 'dark place' after she split from him in 2018. The former stripper, 37, was Katie's third husband, but their five-year marriage ended after she discovered he had been unfaithful throughout their relationship. In her new ITV2 series The Princess Diaries, the influencer opened up the impact her mother's subsequent chaotic romances and lifestyle had on her growing up. Katie herself has previously admitted to attempting suicide and relying on drugs and alcohol as a coping mechanism at the time, and Princess told how it affected her. After his divorce from Katie, which was finalised three years after their split, Kieran moved on with Michelle Penticost, and while they welcomed a son together three years ago, they split in February after seven years together. Kieran showed off his eye-catching new leg tattoo as he headed to a Sellebrity Soccer charity match at Ashford Town Football Club in Middlesex. The TV personality, unveiled an elaborate new inking of a phoenix that covered much of his right thigh and calf as he arrived for the game. 'She [Katie] is so unpredictable and she lives life and doesn't care,' said Princess. 'I love that, I'd love that mind set of I don't care because deep down I do, I'll get to bed and cry about it. 'I do have a counsellor who I see now and then and I write everything down in my notes. I wish I could have had a happier childhood, I had so much on my plate at such a young age and had things at the back of my mind. 'My mum and Kieran split up when I was 10 years old, we were close to him. He was in our lives for five years. 'He did a lot of stuff and when they split everything went downhill.' Laying bare Katie's 'problems', Princess said she hasn't 'fully recovered' from her mum's breakdown but revealed she did apologise and they now 'talk a lot'. She continued: 'Mum was heartbroken and she went through a dark time and it was things kids shouldn't see and when we needed our mum there, she wasn't there because she had her own problems. 'Kids in school would ask me about it and I was like 11 and I would just cry about it in bed. I couldn't just go to my dad about it because I grew up with them not liking each other. 'I'm not healed or fully recovered from it but mum has fixed herself compared to how she was back then. 'She spoke to me about it and she apologised and I never wanted an apology but it was a lot that she acknowledged it and she realised she needed to prioritise us, we now talk a lot and she is now my best friend.' Princess also revealed how she used to stay at Katie's Monday and Tuesday nights and dad Peter's Wednesday and Thursdays, however the weekends 'it was whoever's turn it was'. Comparing the two households, she added: 'Mum's house was chaotic there weren't many rules, a few boundaries maybe but it was go to bed when you want and eat what you want. Last year, Katie reflected on the emotional time she tried to take her own life after 'reaching breaking point' following her divorce from Kiaran . Katie, who is now in a happy relationship with JJ Slater, at the time admitted herself into the Priory shortly after she noticed she was relying on drugs and alcohol as a coping mechanism amid her suicide attempt. Speaking to You Magazine, Katie opened up about the emotional and difficult time in her life, she said: 'People don't realise what I've been through'. They don't know, for example, that she tried to take her own life, as she got divorced from her third husband, Hayler. 'I just didn't want to be here any more. I thought, "What's the point? No one's here, no one's helping, no one understands what I am feeling." 'I woke up from it thinking, "What the f***? I can't do this to my kids." I was at breaking point.' Katie went to private hospital the Priory, and realised that the suicide attempt was the culmination of a long breakdown. She had been taking cocaine as a means of escape, and this shocked her friends and family, because, she tells You Magazine, she isn't an addict. Katie added: 'I think there's this persona of me that I'm a drinker and a cokehead, but I never have been, ever. Yeah, when I was younger, I would go out and get p***ed. Who wouldn't?' 'It [cocaine] is the dirtiest thing. When you're not in a good place, it taps you on the shoulder and says, 'I'm here, I can help you.' To me, it wasn't a drug that made me want to party. 'It was more a way to block everything out, to suppress me completely. I was like this,' she mimes looking down and in at herself. "It was like I was in rigor mortis." While most people who take cocaine get an intense high, it shut Price down. This is typical of people who suffer from ADHD, and it was after her stay in the Priory that she had a formal diagnosis. "I hate labels," she says, "but it's made me understand more. I found all my school reports and they all say exactly the same thing: 'Dreamer. Gets bored. So capable but gets easily distracted and doesn't concentrate.' It all makes sense.'
