All is fine now – Harry Maguire joining Man Utd tour after personal matter
The 32-year-old was a half-time introduction in Saturday's 0-0 friendly draw with Leeds but was replaced in the 74th minute, then conspicuous by his absence from Tuesday's 32-man tour squad.
The PA news agency understands Maguire remained at home due to a personal matter and the player has now confirmed he will only be a day late joining up with Ruben Amorim's men Stateside.

'All is fine now,' Maguire posted on an Instagram story. 'I will be travelling tomorrow to meet up with the squad. Thanks for your concern.'
Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia have unsurprisingly joined Barcelona-bound Marcus Rashford in being omitted from the travelling party heading for Chicago.
The five are searching for new clubs and have been training away from Ruben Amorim's first-team squad since indicating that they wish to explore a future away from Old Trafford.
Bryan Mbeumo is part of the group after completing his move from Brentford on Monday for a fee rising to a potential £71million.
Fellow summer arrivals Matheus Cunha, whose partner recently gave birth, and Diego Leon are also on the plane.
Lisandro Martinez is included as he continues his rehabilitation from a cruciate ligament injury sustained in February. PA understands the United defender is not yet ready for team training.
Amorim's side are flying from Manchester to their base in Chicago, where they will play Bournemouth at Soldier Field on July 30 as part of the Premier League Summer Series.
They start the pre-season tournament at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey – host of next year's World Cup final – against West Ham on Saturday evening local time.
United finish their three-game trip against Everton at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Atlanta on August 3.
Amorim's side welcome Fiorentina, including United great David De Gea, to Old Trafford for their final warm-up friendly on August 9 – the weekend before their Premier League opener at home to Arsenal.

Grealish faces awkward reunion if Everton complete move for unwanted Man City
Everton are eyeing up a move for Jack Grealish this summer as Manchester City seek to offload their record signing. However, if the Toffees manage to secure his signature, it could lead to an awkward situation that David Moyes will need to monitor closely. Grealish, 29, joined Pep Guardiola's squad in 2021 when City shelled out £100m to Aston Villa for the England international on a six-year deal. However, the midfielder has struggled to live up to expectations and now finds himself surplus to requirements at the Etihad after two lacklustre seasons. The Toffees are keen on bringing Grealish to Goodison Park on loan, but it won't be a cheap endeavour. City are eager to recover most of the star's £300,000-a-week wages, meaning any club interested would have to fork out nearly £12m to secure his services. David Moyes' side have not been perturbed by such a commitment but Everton are content to see how the transfer window unfolds before choosing whether to action a serious bid. Grealish is training with City and could yet stay at the Etihad as the Merseyside outfit mull over whether to act upon their manager's interest. And perhaps there is plenty to consider with the prospect of some tension should Grealish walk through the doors of Finch Farm. In December 2023, Grealish did not get off on the front foot with some of Everton's stars. Things got feisty after a difficult evening up against defender Nathan Patterson. Come full time, the City midfielder even went to air his complaints to referee John Brooks and did not shake hands Michael Keane and James Tarkowski. The former Villa man was fuming and had to be guided towards the tunnel. After struggling to feature for City last season, Grealish was encouraged to find a new club by England boss Thomas Tuchel, if he hopes to earn a place in the German's World Cup squad next summer. Playing time will be crucial for the contender. Tuchel said: "So is he a player who can be available and have an impact in our squad? Yes - 100 per cent. But lately he simply has no rhythm, and he knows that himself. I think Jack gets better and better the more minutes he plays. He has the character to be the glue in a team, it is easy for youngsters to attach to him."

Manchester United bolster striking options after agreeing £74m deal for RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko
The talented 22-year-old striker has been the subject of a tug of a war as the Red Devils and Newcastle both attempted to bolster their attacks ahead of the new season. Sesko indicated to United that he favoured a move to them over the Magpies and PA understands they have now agreed a deal with Leipzig worth 76.5m euros (£66.3m) plus a potential 8.5m euros (£7.4m) in add-ons. The Slovenia international has been granted permission to travel to Manchester to undergo a medical, believed to be taking place tonight, and complete the move. Sesko scored 21 goals in all competitions last term and has long been on the Red Devils' radar, stretching back to his move from Domzale to RB Salzburg in 2019. Newcastle had made the first move this summer and reacted to seeing an initial bid rebuffed by making an improved approach worth a reported 82.5m euros (£71.9m) plus 2.5m euros (£2.2m) in add-ons. Ruben Amorim's Red Devils were waiting in the wings and followed with a rival proposal of 75m euros (£65.4m), plus a potential 10m (£8.7m) in add-ons. The terms were subsequently tweaked, with United paying slightly more as an initial fee as part of the deal in principle agreed with Leipzig. The PA news agency understands United have agreed to a future friendly match as part of a deal that is also said to include a sell-on clause. Sesko is set to become the fourth signing of the summer as United look to hit back from finishing 15th last season – their worst top-flight campaign in 51 years – and losing the Europa League final to Tottenham. Matheus Cunha joined from Wolves for £62.5m, while Bryan Mbeumo left Brentford for an initial £65m fee that could rise by a further £6m should certain add-on clauses related to team and player be achieved. ADVERTISEMENT Learn more Teenage wing-back Diego Leon has also linked up with United after a deal was struck with Cerro Porteno in January. Sesko's impending arrival raises fresh questions over the future of fellow frontman Rasmus Hojlund, who has scored just 14 goals in 62 Premier League appearances since joining from Atalanta in 2023. The striker, who like the Slovenian is 22, has rarely justified his lofty fee and has been linked with an exit, but the Denmark international recently stressed that he wants to stay at Old Trafford. United have been trying to sign a striker throughout this window and made Sesko their priority over Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins, having been interested in Liam Delap and Hugo Ekitike before their summer moves. Newcastle also held an interest in the pair and missing out on Sesko is another blow in a frustrating summer window that has been compounded by the situation surrounding Liverpool's pursuit of Alexander Isak. The 25-year-old missed Newcastle's Asian tour with what the club called a 'minor thigh injury' but it soon emerged he was unsettled and trained at former club Real Sociedad. Boss Eddie Howe claimed he only found about Isak's whereabouts through the media, with the Sweden international made to train by himself in Tyneside on Wednesday. Liverpool have seen a £110m bid rejected and, while the Premier League champions remain keen on the 25-year-old, sources on Merseyside have indicated they would not enter a bidding war.
