A statement from United said it was finshed on time and within budget.
Equipment and technology have been upgraded throughout the facility with a focus on fitness, nutrition, recovery and team unity.
Upstairs, there will be a recreational area for players to relax.
They can even be pampered with a haircut in a specifically-designed barbers, the first of its kind at a UK training ground.

At the ground there is also a top-class canteen and a new swimming pool.
It is hoped that the improvements will help to persuade the players to stay at Carrington longer after training sessions.
Team bonding is a must for head coach Ruben Amorim, who is determined to bounce back from last season's dismal Premier League campaign.
On the ground level, a flow system has been introduced so that players can visit the changing rooms, gym, pool, medical and massage areas in the right order before they head out to the pitches for training.

State-of-the-art cryogenic chambers have also been installed, with gym facilities upgraded.

The idea is that the training ground will become the club's base of operations, with several senior members of departments other than football, such as commercial, to be transferred from Old Trafford.
Co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe said: "Following a review of the facility last year, we made a quick decision to invest significantly in the creation of a world-class performance environment for staff and players to reflect our ambition and vision for Manchester United.
"We are delighted with the outcome and are confident the new facility will play an important role in building a winning culture at
the club."
Club chief executive Omar Berrada added: "This project represents a clear step towards unifying every part of the club around a shared footballing vision.
"By bringing our staff and players closer together in one integrated environment, we are creating a culture of collaboration and high-performance."
