Two suicide cases reported in Azad Nagar
In the first case, Varsha (22), daughter of Roop Baghel and a resident of Alok Nagar, Musakhedi, was found hanging in her home.
Police said she worked in a private company and was staying away from work for the past two days, telling her family she was feeling unwell.
On Wednesday, while her parents and younger brother were away at work, she allegedly took the extreme step. Her father returned in the evening to find her hanging and alerted other family members.
In the second incident, Ranjit (25), son of Chhotelal Ahirwar and a resident of Virat Nagar, was found dead in his rented room after hanging himself.
He returned earlier that day from his native village, Parsun in Sagar district, and did not open his room since arriving. When calls from his father went unanswered, the landlord contacted Chhotelal, who then reached the room and found Ranjit hanging. TNN
